  1. Sorry about the video being letterboxed so badly. I made an encoding error. I'll get it corrected next time though.

    I like McFadden a lot. He's a steady player.

  2. Jay,
That was a great read by Walt to break on the ball... as of today this Secondary looks really good!

    Reminds me of David Irons.

Powers continues to solidify himself as an excellent DB. He has shown he can cover some large, atheltic guys and also the smaller speedy playmaker types.

What's the latest on Burns NOT leaving? I saw your note on the previous post.

I'm willing top bet my bank account Burns stays. He has 2.85 seasons of college ball left.

  8. He's not leaving.

May have considered that idea at some point. Isn't considering it now.

  9. i think burns stays. he still needs some time to adjust and remember where all of the receivers are at any given time. i think he'll adapt and be fine. lordy, had to delete the first comment? fairly odd. must have been a bama fan, disappointed with their most recent outing.

  10. I'm planning to do a video tonight. I don't know when it'll be up, though. The newspaper wants some stories right now.

  11. That first comment, as I recall, was from aunmobile. It wasn't anything bad.

  13. Just a general thought: Kodi would be very dumb to leave, and I don't think he is. Everybody likes him too much and he has a great opportunity in front of him even if he doesn't realize it.

A prediction: This adversity will prove to be the thing that was missing; the thing that will actually make him a great QB. IF, he does what he should. If he does, and EARNS his way to the top, he'll be seasoned in the way he needs to be. To put it another way - He needs to get mad about it, then go out there and do something about it.

  14. Jay,
Thanks for clearing up my first post it was a duplicate, i guess we were posting at the same time so i deleted my first one....
Phred i totally agree with you Kodi must get mad, work harder and earn the top QB spot if he wants it.... as i recall in a prize fight the challenger must beat the champion not be equal to him.....leave no doubt "Win the d$mn Job no one will give it to you"

  15. #2 DBs. They need to be playing. When the D got tired Saturday, and granted it was pretty hot and humid, I thought it was the backfield that looked the most tired. Gotta get that fixed.
