  • Auburn's fifth drive: Nothing. (3 plays, 8 yards)

  • Georgia's sixth drive: Knowshon Moreno scores on a 35-yard screen pass. The drive was only 50 yards due to the Tigers' inability to work out of a hole on the previous drive. (3 plays, 50 yards)

  6. Georgia is the better team right now, but they're sloppy.

Auburn has a real chance here.

    ReplyDelete
  7. This is the way the game has to go for AU to win ... Auburn won't stop UGA from moving the ball ... force turnovers, don't turn it over and make some plays along the way

  8. hawthorne sighting. the pass was was too floaty, but I'll take it.

Jay G, your are right about Kodi's maturation. He's playing a lot smarter it seems.

At least Dave Rowe is no longer with them.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I guess I thought the Daves won the "Announce the Game" contest, but nobody's ever pulled them out of the booth.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Lack of discipline from the Doggies?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Kodi looking smart! run up the middle, get the First down, and slide so you don't take a big hit.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Reggie Bush-d it?

More like George H.W. Bush-d it. But it worked.

    ReplyDelete
  33. d ... I vote for Turkey or Pakistan.

  34. Tate showing some life. nice, eh?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Trott couldn't catch ...

    Gimme your best.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Brian, I had to knock that one off. Little too far.

    ReplyDelete
  37. We need some points this time. Even a field goal is big.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Bad time for holding...

yeah, Brian - he's just a kid trying to make do in college (you know college guys can't afford better than the Beast or maybe Natty Light)

    ReplyDelete
  44. Auburn inside Red Zone= Hurry! Go Backwards! NOW!

    ReplyDelete
  45. McKenzie at TE now, yes.

    ReplyDelete
  46. THAT'S COOL JAY...JUST MAKES ILL..THROW IT TO HIM WITH 12 GUYS ON HIM AND HE WILL CATCH IT EVERYTIME. CAN'T DO IT WHEN HE'S WIDE OPEN...

    ReplyDelete
  47. Anonymous12:32 PM

    Told ya

    ReplyDelete
  48. Tyronne didn't have to hold there ... just bust the guy.

    Then the turnover. UGH

    ReplyDelete
  49. Anonymous12:32 PM

Now if they were out there tossing cans of Yeungling......

(Not bottles - that would be ludicrous)

    ReplyDelete
  50. Thanks Ziemba for taking us from the 5 yard line to the 24 to a turnover.

    ReplyDelete
  51. well. The D got some rest at least.

    ReplyDelete
  52. At least we ate up a lot of clock on that last drive. We can't afford turnovers though.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Doolittle doin' it big

    ReplyDelete
  54. GET IT BACK D!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Thorpe gets lucky. He was burned.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Good hit on the QB. Those matter.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Doolittle got a big ole head.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I can't blame Dunn for letting that one bounce.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Raycom bringing some quality camera work.

    ReplyDelete
  60. SPEAKING OF BREW..I SEE A DOS EQUIS IN MY NEAR FUTURE. WILL HAVE ONE FOR YOU JAY. AND DN

    ReplyDelete
  61. I think Dunn was actually smart there. If he had tried to get to it, I saw disaster coming.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Even though Massaquoi had the step ... that's what you have to do ... get in Stafford's face. Let him sit back there, and he'll shred you like incriminating documents.

    ReplyDelete
  63. What did ziemba do? Green on the holding call, not a lot of room left on ziembas back.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Anonymous12:36 PM

Dunn has make two good decisions in a row!

    ReplyDelete
  65. nice similie, jet

    ReplyDelete
  66. Anonymous12:37 PM

My eyes are seeing it but the brain is still trying to register it.
AU 6 UGA 0 and they lead us in yards though most of theirs was early.

Catch you all later. I gotta watch this

    ReplyDelete
  67. This first half has been encouraging. I thought there was a possibility that the game would be over at this point. It hasn't been pretty, but we have stayed in the game.

    ReplyDelete
  68. short side sweep with your slowest back=stupid

    ReplyDelete
  69. I don't understand why they have Tate bouncing outside, rather than Fannin. And, has Lester gotten a carry yet?

    ReplyDelete
  70. We can't keep going to the well on that QB keeper.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Shoemaker in at punter.

    ReplyDelete
  72. HEY//HAS AUBURN GONE INTO THE CONSERVATIVE MODE NOT TO LOSE THE GAME ALREADY?

    ReplyDelete
  73. Lester hasn't touched the ball. I haven't even seen him in the game.

    ReplyDelete
  74. brian, you aren't making much sense.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Lester's knee remains a problem for him.

    ReplyDelete
  76. nevermind. I'm stupid

    ReplyDelete
  77. Halftime campfire? Interested?

    ReplyDelete
  78. how bout his mouth, you sure that isn't what is keepin him out?

    ReplyDelete
  79. UGa is getting that 10 yd route across the middle consistently.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Anonymous12:42 PM

I will try a campfire - see how much delay I get

(I'm always on 30-second delay anyway)

    ReplyDelete
  81. Moreno is a stud.

    ReplyDelete
  82. need to hold em scoreless

    ReplyDelete
  83. well, a tie isn't bad. oh. wait.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Campfire sounds good.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Steve..there it is..run a few times and punt..put it on the defense to hold em...and there's a touchdown.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Their screens seem so well-designed and executed ... ours seem is obvious ... does Kodi have a lapel mic on in the huddle?

    ReplyDelete
  87. Incredible grasp of the obvious brian.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Anonymous12:46 PM

    We have field position again.

We need at least 3 before half

    ReplyDelete
  89. Thanks Steve, I really appreciate it.

    ReplyDelete
  90. after a horrible fake, watch for the screen, ya see, it's a token move, not like a true play action cause they want you to disgard that horrible fake and rush to the passer, makes me grind my teeth we don't recognize stuff a high school junior could.

    ReplyDelete
  91. That is running with attitude!!! Fannin is looking pretty good. I like the effort.

    ReplyDelete
  92. FOUR 15-yard penalties against Georgia.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Fannin and his showboating seems a little silly.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Nice, kodi. mckenzie with the catch

    ReplyDelete
  95. Incredible play by Burns. Dangerous pass.

    ReplyDelete
  96. damn right gabe mckenzie

    ReplyDelete
  97. nice play Kodi ... good to see Gabe back at TE

    ReplyDelete
  98. gabe is our deion sanders ya know

    ReplyDelete
  99. Anonymous12:50 PM

gabe mc...fianally a te that can catch

    ReplyDelete
  100. We need at least a field goal here bad. Georgia has been nice enough to help us out. We have to take advantage.

    ReplyDelete
  101. ... Gabe gives us a blocker at TE ... instead of Trott, whose speciality is dropping wide open passes.

    ReplyDelete
  102. We need to try to hit something in the endzone.

    ReplyDelete
  103. thats alright. play it safe. thats better than forcing a bad throw

    ReplyDelete
  104. It's so windy here it's messing with our DirecTV

    ReplyDelete
  105. Horrible play call ... horrible ... ridiculously obvious ... particularly if we're going for it on 4th down.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Gotta make it, but that's obvious..oh wait a minute..

    ReplyDelete
  107. Trott headed to the locker room after Dr. Andrews was checking him out on the sideline.

    ReplyDelete
  108. you kiddin me, THAT RIGHT THERE is what is wrong with auburn. Makes me wanna throw my laptop in the damn gulf.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Ensminger is worried to do anything even remotely risky on third-and-manageable.

Nobody knows that better than Georgia.

    ReplyDelete
  110. WE've got a better chance of making the 3 now, then getting a first down ... even with the wind.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Richt should be flagged for his hair being parted down the middle.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Anonymous12:53 PM

How much time is left in 2nd quarter?

Auburn's best play is coming at the start of the second half - KO return

    ReplyDelete
  113. Anonymous12:53 PM

We need Wes Byrum from last year...

Tough kick in that wind never had a chance

    ReplyDelete
  114. i'm now expecting Byrum to miss.

    ReplyDelete
  115. SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  116. if I told you we'be down by 1 at the half, we'd take it.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Tough miss, but I consider that a good half for us. Considering who we are playing, staying in the game and having a chance in the second half ain't bad.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Nice Virgil Starks embroidery on coaches caps

    ReplyDelete
  119. My confidence level in Byrum is somewhere near my confidence level in my discipline stopping me from walking in the kitchen and grabbing 2-3 triple chocolate chip cookies.
