We're discussing the first quarter of Auburn's game at Ole Miss.
- The team's top two LCs, Jerraud Powers and Neiko Thorpe, are out. Dee Hood is playing that position today. I have no idea who is playing behind him today.
- Big Snacks Berry is starting at RG.
Wow, Auburn caught a break there...
ReplyDeleteLots of young guys in the secondary today...
ReplyDeleteThat ball was nowhere near that receiver ...
ReplyDeletewell. the secondary better be on today, because ole miss is challenging them from the start.
ReplyDeleteI'm envious of you today, Jay.
ReplyDeleteThen again, I'm in lovely Cullowhee, N.C., today — watching two teams that are a combined 3-14 face off.
Nice catch!
ReplyDeleteCPF! Welcome.
ReplyDeleteRunning game looks stinky.
We open up slinging it today
ReplyDeleteDunn bobbles the short rainbow...again.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Dunn was starting to run before he caught the ball.
ReplyDeleteDamn they almost blocked that...
ReplyDeleteNo respect for the bootleg therefore swarming the run plays, shoulda went bootleg and make em respect that to help with that clamp down they're trying on our running game
ReplyDeleteBoth teams looking sloppy early
ReplyDeletePretty good two series for the D. They seem to have some intensity, which was missing in the second half at WV.
ReplyDeleteSure is a pretty day.
ReplyDeleteSnead looks off so far. That third-down pass was ooooopen.
ReplyDeleteDunn could make a difference, but, he didn't, looks like a sissy slap fight right now. We got a chance to get the MO right now!! We need to eek out a few first downs and keep them back on their end.
ReplyDeletekodi better be careful on those pitches...
ReplyDeleteRod Smith out for the moment with a back injury. Not sure on his ETR. (return)
ReplyDeletesneed took a good stick from coleman, wonder if that helped.
ReplyDeleteWe are going with a lot of spread early.
ReplyDeleteMaybe they are saving the power stuff for later.
That'd be a switch.
overthrow of about, uh, 15 yards?
ReplyDeleteOverthrown by a mile. Lucky that wasn't picked.
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or does Ben Tate simply not have the speed to run outside?
ReplyDeleteThat WAS an ugly pass...
ReplyDeleteI HATE THAT SWEEP WITH TATE3rd?, no offsides on the
ReplyDeleteTate is struggling with that hamstring and it's slowing him.
ReplyDeleteRoman, he doesn't run well from the 'gun.
ReplyDeletenot an overthrow in mho.
ReplyDeleteSlaughter = Lost
This is shaping up to be a boring game. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteWe could be witnessing a repeat of the MSU game...
ReplyDeletethansk for the replay of the penalty - JP/LF/Raycom - you absolutely suck
ReplyDeleteDee Hood and Spencer Pybus on that tackle.
ReplyDeleteThat's a sign. Holy cow.
First quarter of an SEC game.
D is actually getting some solid pressure today
ReplyDeletenice stick
ReplyDeletenot a sign i wanted to see any of this year.......
ReplyDeleteThis could be VERY bad...
ReplyDeleteshoot. Rod Smith out. Now Coleman?
ReplyDeletedagummit.
Coleman hit in the head awkwardly there. Not good.
ReplyDeleteWe are a MASH unit out there
ReplyDeleteJames Andrews on the scene ...
ReplyDelete(Not unusual.)
injury bug is killin us, mike goggans stuck him
ReplyDeleteDepth problems...not good.
ReplyDeleteGood segment on Doc on HBO Real Sports recently.
ReplyDeleteColeman is up and walking off the field.
ReplyDeleteGlad he's walking on his own there.
ReplyDeleteI'm starting to think Chris Todd needs to come in.
ReplyDeletewhew
ReplyDeleteIf the 3 Daves have said "Wild Rebel" once, they've said it 20 times already.
ReplyDeleteOle Miss been sending their recv's to AU training camp?
ReplyDeleteour offense is so predictable, i'd throw that 7 yd stop til they respected it.
ReplyDeletenice awareness from bosley.
ReplyDeletelooked like a incomplete pass anyways.
They are getting close on those punts
ReplyDeletewho comes in if Kodi gets knocked out?
ReplyDeleteLucky break for the Tigers there ... and quick thinking by Jason Bosley.
ReplyDeleteWe got gashed on that one.
ReplyDeleteFirst quarter and already the sixth punt of the game. This is exciting, yes?
ReplyDeleteThat middle guy on punt rush for Ole Miss is getting mighty close.
ReplyDeleteNow Walt McFadden is down.
ReplyDeleteyou're kidding. McFadden too?
ReplyDeleteWhat will auburn be down to? the 6th string corner?
That was a cheap shot on that one.
ReplyDeletethat's ben tates block, ask tate what kind of shoes that guy was wearin, and what kind of knots he uses to tie his shoes, unacceptable
ReplyDeleteWay to go Walt!
ReplyDeleteI wish we had one LB like the Steelers have. 275 pounder who punished runners.
ReplyDeletemarks hurt now too?
ReplyDeleteCarter got held like crazy.
ReplyDeleteThat was an ugly first quarter...
ReplyDeleteOkay ... pre-game is over. Can we start the game now?
ReplyDeleteWhat a hideous quarter of football.
ReplyDeleteGoodness.
my fiancees dad played for the steelers
ReplyDeleteCool Binoba.
ReplyDeleteWho?
i'm thinkin 3-2, hope we get the field goal
ReplyDeleteThe OM WRs have been open....Snead is luckily overthrowing most everything.
ReplyDeleteThat was some bad ball between the 30s.
ReplyDelete3 rushing yds
ReplyDeleteSecond quarter thread is UP.
ReplyDeletewillie asbury, played rb pre steel curtain, great guy, can really bbq some ribs.
ReplyDelete
