Brad Lester speaks

Hey everyone. As part of our continuing coverage of Auburn's Pro Day festivities, let's take a gander at tailback Brad Lester.

(He's a man so fast my camera can't catch him.)

Height: 5-9
Weight: 190
40 time: 4.48 sec
Vertical: 38.5 inches
Broad jump: 10-foot-4
Bench press: 18 reps of 225 pounds

I thought he looked pretty good at the event. He's clearly in shape and focused on marketing himself. That's a change, at least in my mind, because I didn't think he played very hard last season. Injuries were an issue. Still, Lester's poor senior season went beyond physical problems.

He seemed listless to me during the season's second half. I didn't get that sense Thursday.

Here's what he had to say:

On a surprising weight-lifting performance: ``Actually, when I was working out all offseason on it, I was getting like 22, 23. I guess since we did it at the end of workouts today it was hard to get as many, but it was still a good amount."

On people watching him so closely at the event: ``For a lot of guys it’s tough but I came in with the mindset that once I start my drills, block everybody out and just focus on myself and just do the best that I can."

On being anxious: ``I was really nervous. I actually threw up like two or three times before I got here. I was pretty nervous but once I got started and ran my 40, I was alright."

On not being an anxious person by nature: ``It actually surprised me. I couldn’t sleep most of last night and then woke up throwing up this morning. I was surprised myself, but I still came out and performed well and that’s all that mattered."

On how important Pro Day was for him: ``That’s why it was so important and I guess it’s why I was so nervous because I knew how much today could help me potentially get drafted."

On his performance: ``Yeah, I feel like I did pretty well and set myself with a chance to get drafted by somebody."

On his 40 time: ``I felt very comfortable. I used the techniques that I was taught all offseason and I thought today was very productive overall."

On if he'll be drafted: ``I’m pretty confident I will. If I don’t, it’s just going to motivate me to work harder as a free agent and try to get on somebody’s team in mini-camp. But I’m hoping to be drafted."

On where he's working out: ``I was in Atlanta, but I moved up to New Jersey with Joe DeFranco. It’s me, (USC linebacker) Brian Cushing and Tony Fiametta, the fullback from Syracuse. We’re all working together."

  1. Nice article JGT. I read every word before I posted.

  2. Robert Dunn or Marquis Daniels.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Now that I've actually read it,

Any idea how that bunch ended up working out together? Seems to be a pretty varied group.

Brad Lester will have to work the FA market, imo. He may find his way on to a team through either practice squad or special teams work at first.

    ReplyDelete
  5. United by pursuit of money.

Breaks down barriers, I tell ya.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Brad Lester has CFL, UFL, or AFL-CIO in his future.

    ReplyDelete
  7. MSU is killing UGA.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Anonymous4:18 PM

    Jay G.,

Are they united by the pursuit of coin or do these guys pull in a wage just working out and trying to make the NFL?

    ReplyDelete
  9. You think they get paid to work out?

    ReplyDelete
  10. Man, they're holding up signs on the side of the road:

"Will Run 40s And Do Bench Presses For Food"

    ReplyDelete
  11. Anonymous4:26 PM

Brad is working out in NJ. That ain't free....travel, food, lodging, etc.

hmmmm.....Maybe NJ folks respond to those roadside signs.

Did the SEC playoffs disrupt puppet hour?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Lester has shown flashes of ability(other than his senior season) during his time at Auburn, but no way do I see a team drafting him. If a player doesn't play hard during his final season with a potential pro contract on the line, what reasonable GM would invest money in him? Good luck to BL, but I don't see it happening.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Anonymous4:33 PM

Is there a business opportunity for workout/fitness/sports agents to pay workout expenses for late round/FA candidates in return for a % of future contracts?

    Sounds like quite a gamble.

    ReplyDelete
  15. If Lester gets drafted he might be the only back to never rush for a 100 yards in a game and be drafted. It still surprises me when I think he never had a 100 yard rushing game. That might be some good trivia for you trivia buffs.

    ReplyDelete
  16. If Lester has an agent, it is quite likely the agent is paying all his working out expenses.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Is the SEC tourney not on frickin TV??? WTH?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Yes it's on Fox Sports South... I'm watching it online right now on channelsurfing.net which currently has the Raycom feed. It's interesting to watch them test out all the graphics and stuff.

    There is NOBODY there!

    ReplyDelete
  19. apparently here in the Gump, which is very much in the South, we only have Fox Sports NORTH... frickin commies...

i have to watch the pac-10 tourney...

    ReplyDelete
  20. The only thing I like about the Pac-10 is that it gives me some college sports to watch late at night.

    ReplyDelete
  21. DMiller ... if you are on KNology ... Channel 31 ... no HD

    ReplyDelete
  22. The bama game doesn't tip off until 7:30. followed by ARKY/UF.

    ReplyDelete
  23. oh wait ... was that eastern time i was looking at?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Jhag live from willie nelson tailgate

    ReplyDelete
  25. yep ... it was. so I'm stupid. big deal.

    ReplyDelete
  26. If you get SunSports, the SEC games are broadcast in HD

    ReplyDelete
  27. I'm watching the game on Dish Network 452. It's in SD, sadly.

    ReplyDelete
  28. CW21 has the Raycom package in Bhm area but the pic is horrible on Directv. Had to search for a better pic.

    ReplyDelete
  29. UAB pulls one out in ot, 74-73.

    ReplyDelete
  30. So Brad said he used the techniques that he was taught all offseason when he ran his 40. Was he implying Gran didn't teach him anything?

    ReplyDelete
  31. I hate I missed the campfire last night. Mom fell. Broke her femur. Had to have surgery. For a person with COPD, surgery is a scarey situation. She's doing much better now, so I'm home tonight catching up.

Sounds like the topics of the campfire were all over the board!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Matt, thanks for the channelsurfing.net tip.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Kathy, so sorry to hear about your mom. Was someone with her when she fell?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Bama's puttin it on Vandy 13-2 run for UAT. Mullets lead 29-17

    ReplyDelete
  35. What happened? When I turned on the ballgame Bama was up by 12 points. I walk out of the room to come back to a 4 point ballgame.

    BTW, I hate Bama

    ReplyDelete
  36. I think everyone hasd left us AUMom, but I am here with you in hate.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Can someone explain to me why the Pac 10 Tournament would be on Fox Sports South?

    ReplyDelete
  38. dude, the pac 10 is inescapable. i think that, on the dish network out here, you can get live lavatory feeds. quite full of themselves, they are (yoda voice).

    ReplyDelete
  39. HOpe the best for Brad but I am not sure he will ever play in the NFL...Kathy prayers for your Mother hope her recover is a speedy one.

    ReplyDelete
  40. broken femurs are tough. pulmonary toiletry is very important, as is early mobilization, pain control and avoidance of people with the flu or colds.

    ReplyDelete
  41. AUMom, my baby sister and her daughter live with my mom, so fortunately they were there. It happened at 1:00 a.m. They were afraid she would end up on a ventilator if they put her to sleep, but she came through like a trooper and will be going to rehab for 2 weeks.

Thanks digger for the prayers. Prayers are powerful indeed!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Breaks down barriers, I tell ya. HAHAHAHAHAHA

    ReplyDelete
  43. Kathy - So sorry to hear about your mom. Keeping her in my thoughts for a fast recovery.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Kathy, glad your Mom is doing okay. That must have been scary.

Also glad UAB won. I have dual fanizenship...Auburn fan, UAB alum.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Kathy, my prayers are with your mom.

And with you and your sister as care-givers. Please take care of yourself as well as taking care of your mom.

    ReplyDelete
  46. dual fanizenship <-- I like that

Jay G. Tate wrote, "You think they get paid to work out?"

No, I'm not stupid or that idealistic. I do know some players sign with agents/agencies and receive modest compensation until drafted. However, the only examples of those I know of are bonafide first rounders (Brady Quinn was one who came to mind). I was simply inquiring as to whether or not some of the lesser known (and lower round) prospects were able to secure similar deals.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Kathy ... Add my prayers to the list.

Now to the hate. I'm hatin' this game. Vandy looks as inspired and dynamic as Dick Chaney on quaaludes

    ReplyDelete
  49. Praying for you mom, Kathy.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Anonymous7:54 PM

Best wishes to your mom, Kath.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Thanks to all the Hotties for the kind words and prayers.

As if my mom's injury wasn't enough, while we were waiting in the Huntsville Hospital ICU waiting room, someone stole my sister's wallet out of her purse.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Kathy, you live in Huntsville?

That is too bad about your sister's wallet. Chasing down credit cards and bank accounts are never fun, especially when you are worried about someone.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Sensi - I know Jimmy Sexton's clients, even the ones who are borderline free agents, get paid to go to these workout places prior to the combine/pro days. If you are an agent and you are willing to take a guy on, it is a good investment to make sure they are trained up, first rounder or not.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Just testing to see if I am here. Love reading the blog, but haven't posted

    ReplyDelete
  55. Kathy,

Thoughts and prayers to you and nightmares to that someone who steals in ICU....

    DL

    ReplyDelete
  56. Kathy, sorry to hear about your mom. Lots of prayers your way for her speedy recovery and lots of patience for you and your sister. Also HATE that bama is winning!!

    ReplyDelete
  57. AUMom, I actually live in Madison, work in Huntsville. My mom and sister live in Meridianville. We moved out of Huntsville about 30 years ago.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Welcome tiger Bill! Once you start you cannot stop!

    ReplyDelete
  59. We used to live in Decatur and I have worked in Madison and Huntsville.

Now when we travel on 72, it seems like the line between Huntsville and Madison is indistinguishable.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Why would they have the SEC tournament in Tampa? Makes no sense. They should have all SEC tournaments in Atlanta. Best arena around.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Kathy ...
Someone close to me works @ HH, I'll let him know what happened. If you have any issues there, let me know.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Traveling 72 is a nightmare now. I live right off County Line Road, so I'm between Limestone and Madison County.

    ReplyDelete
  63. HABOTN is the Lays potato chip of the blogosphere.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Kathy, I'll be traveling your way next week. I am helping my mother in Scottsboro the first part of the week and visiting my mother-in-law in Florence the last half of the week.

Need anything from the East Coast? I'll drop it by.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Thanks Jet. All of the HH personnel, with the exception of the anesthesiologist who basically told my mom she was probably going to be on a ventilator or die, have been wonderful. Security was so upset that they called the HH police. They are going through their security tapes to see if they can identify the thief.

    ReplyDelete
  66. here's the bright side?????? Our RPI should get a slight boost since we beat the crimson necks twice.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Mon, I saw your FB post, are you trying to improve your 40 time?

    ReplyDelete
  68. AUMom, bring back the warm weather when you come. I loved our 80 degrees this week. I had to turn the heat back on today.

    ReplyDelete
  69. okay mon, it took me a minute and then I laughed!

    ReplyDelete
  70. I think Lester has the potential to be one of those wow backs in the NFL that we wonder why he wasn't more productive at Auburn. If Lester can stay healthy and put on 10 or 15 pounds, he could play in the NFL for a while.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Have I said that I hate Bama today?

    ReplyDelete
  72. Why doesn't Vandy have bama's number?

    ReplyDelete
  73. The ladies have ours.

    ReplyDelete
  74. The announcer just made a comment about the rims in Tampa being brutal. That could be bad for Tay and crew.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Why couldn't we have shot free throws like this a week or so ago?...

    ReplyDelete
  76. FSJ how do you feel about UT in the 2nd round?

    ReplyDelete
  77. Anyone unfortunate enough to have Charter in Auburn, there is now a CSS HD channel on #811. They are showing C-USA tourney, but at least it is in HD. Meanwhile, the Fox SportsSouth regular feed is showing the SEC tourney in SD, while the SS HD channel is showing color bars. I apologize if this is old news, I had not realized there was a CSS HD channel.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Will - I'm trying to get a Rivals 5 star ranking. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  79. I'm not sure what the prognosticators base their thinking on, but I'm watching UF and ... to me they look NOT very good.

    ReplyDelete
  80. I know I should pull for Florida, beating UF would help us much more than beating Arkansas, but I'm sorry I just can't do it.

    ReplyDelete
  81. UF isn't bad per say... but they are most definitely beatable...

    ReplyDelete
  82. I'm Gator Chopping like crazy.

    ReplyDelete
  83. anybody watching this UF/Arky game?

    ReplyDelete
  84. I've got it on Scottie B

    ReplyDelete
  85. nevermind, Jet is.

i know i want UF to win. i'm having a hard time cheering for them, though. maybe if Tebow was playing. it'd be easier to cheer for them then. :)

    ReplyDelete
  86. Maybe if my cousin, Cornelius Ingram, were still on the hoops team, I'd be pulling for them.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I'm pulling hard for the Gators, actually.

    Nice 8-0 run going.

    ReplyDelete
  88. I don't believe I've ever pulled for Florida, and I'm sorry I can't start now.

Florida is my Bama, I hate them with every muscle in my body.

    ReplyDelete
  89. i'm looking forward to tomorrow. got one of my best friends coming in from college tomorrow. hitting Hooters @ 5:30, the Auburn-Tennessee baseball game @ 7:00, then jetting back to the crib for the AU-UF/Ark game @ 9:45ET. looking forward to a great weekend. hopefully the freakin cold rainy weather doesn't screw up baseball.

  91. since it's just us few men here. i must admit i am enjoying my dark beverage here. after back to back 14 hour days, i freakin' deserve it.

and now that i think of it, i haven't really done my part to HATE BAMA today. ok, i feel better now.

    ReplyDelete
  92. depressed -- exact same issue with Charter in B'ham...boo boo production on WTTO for SEC tourny and HD on CSS for Conf USA
Nice understanding of your local demographic

    ReplyDelete
  93. scottie -- who's coming up to visit? text me if its top secret

    ReplyDelete
  94. busy schedule Jet. u flying for business or pleasure. my best bud lived in San Diego for a few years. he loves it out there.

5am is WAY too early for me to go to the gym. i need my pot of coffee to function every day.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Hornet, my boy!

it's P-Diddy Butler. if you want to run away for the weekend come on up!

    ReplyDelete
  96. Unfortunately, it's 95 percent biz.

I saw "Q" today, and he was really upbeat on all fronts.

    ReplyDelete
  97. that's who I thought it would be -- I see him around Hornet land pretty often...he's buds with one of our coaches. Give him a shout out for me

    ReplyDelete
  98. I've switched to UConn-'Cuse.

Syracuse up 5 with 3 minutes to go.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Smoothie and the cowboy still working out plans for the weekend in may?

    ReplyDelete
  100. i'm a snob in two areas: beer & college basketball. i really could care less about any other conference than the SEC until the field of 65 is set.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Jet - Stanley Robinson from Huffman High in B'ham having himself a night

    ReplyDelete
  102. I like good hoops ... hate to say it, but Big East is good hoops.

UConn has tied it with 2:18 to go.

    ReplyDelete
  103. That's why I've been adamant that we're not getting in unless we win the tournament ... I've seen too many good teams.

    ReplyDelete
  104. it's all good Jet. i'm fine in my SEC box. i can watch any, and EVERY college football game in the fall. just ask my wife. basketball....i just can't do it.

Hornet, "Now that's a name I haven't heard in a long time. A long time."

    ReplyDelete
  105. and yes, the call has been made. the wheels are in motion. i plan to be there in May. WDE.

    ReplyDelete
  106. speaking of a long long time - I think about your old UCF roomie all the time -- you keep up with him?

    ReplyDelete
  107. Scottie B ...

I'd watch 10 year olds play football. I'm wall to wall on SAturdays, if I'm not in Auburn.

    ReplyDelete
  108. McDirmit? i haven't seen him since the 2000 AU-UF game in Gainesville......or what i can remember of it. horrible day.

i make a point to spend an hour in 'Behind the Glass' and buy a cherry lemonade from Toomer's for my wife every time i get her to auburn. she deserves it.

    ReplyDelete
  109. putbacks in late games sits -- gotta block out

    ReplyDelete
  110. WILLIE was aight, lotta old peeopl there

    ReplyDelete
  111. whattup Jhag, where did WILLIE perform?

    ReplyDelete
  112. that shot wasnt gooid

    ReplyDelete
  113. jhag says no....and last replay confirms, but its as close as it gets

    ReplyDelete
  114. no good, willie was grat

    ReplyDelete
  115. Syracuse knocked off Uconn at the last second... or did they.

    ReplyDelete
  116. How was Jamey Johnson Jhag?

    ReplyDelete
  117. Looked like it was touching his finger ... plus, the clock lagged in starting.

    ReplyDelete
  118. let me be the first to say.....

    BEAT THE FREAKIN' GATORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  119. I hate replays.

    ReplyDelete
  120. but Jim Calhoun loves replays

    ReplyDelete
  121. Absolutely, Scottie B!

    Do your part: HATAGATA!

    ReplyDelete
  122. and he loves his salary

    ReplyDelete
  123. Hornet:

He won't give it back. Not a dime.

    ReplyDelete
  124. i just wasn't as offended by that as most people seemed to be

    ReplyDelete
  125. Anonymous10:48 PM

Just stopped in for a quick read. No SEC BBall on the tube in NW Ga.

I start watching football at the HS on Friday nights and stop until Sat night. Don't watch pro anything!

We've kept our HS reserved seats and attend most home games even though our daughter graduated 3 seasons ago.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Anonymous10:52 PM

Approximately 70% of the UConn fans support Jim Calhoun keeping all of his dimes.

Unlike Michael Vick, I don' have a dog in that fight.

    ReplyDelete
  127. It was a bush-league attack, but Calhoun didn't handle it well.

    ReplyDelete
  128. I've got to get up at 4:45 to go workout, so excuse me gentlemens.

    HATAGATA!
    HATE BAMA!

    ReplyDelete
  129. you inspire me Jet -- enjoy the dawn

    ReplyDelete
  130. I hate the gaytors. I hope Vot drops 50 on them.

UF Fan = Bama fans retarded jean short wearing cousin.

    ReplyDelete
  131. you truly are an inspiration Jet. have a good 4:45 wake up. uh-oh, it's already friday here in knoxville. nite hotties. holla Hornet.

    ReplyDelete
  132. PF -- the kids are calling them "jorts" these days

    ReplyDelete
  133. and there's no way uconn or syracuse win tomorrow after this game

    ReplyDelete
  134. Pf... My fellow gator hatin' brethren

    ReplyDelete
  135. yeah wake, I don't think most Auburn people realize how similar the gaytor fan base is to the evil empire's fan base. I never liked UF growing up, but a month after moving to Florida, I had developed as much HATE for them as I have for the bamzos.

    ReplyDelete
  136. I have to live amongst 250 LSU fans for two weeks every summer -- and its really unenjoyable -- so I can imagine living in FlA full time....of course i live in bammerham full time so......

    ReplyDelete
  137. Raised in Florida, still here, my hatred for the gaytors is very deep down in my soul.

They are the most stuck up obnoxious fans in all of sports.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Anyone still watching this Uconn-Cuse game

    4 OT's, its great.

    ReplyDelete
  139. I'm tuned in. I need to be asleep so so badly, but I can't turn away from this game. Big East hoops is awesome this year!

    ReplyDelete
  140. Crazy game, i'm grillin some swordfish and checkin out the tunes from the flora bama while watchin the game.

    ReplyDelete
  141. They're going 5 OT's at MSG! Unbelievable. UCONN fouled on that last play, but I don't blame the refs for not handing SU the game with a call. WOW.

    ReplyDelete
  142. You've got me beat as far as locales go Bin. I'm just laying on the couch with a snoring dog.

Luckily we can watch the big east tourney and hate bama from anywhere!

    ReplyDelete
  143. yeah my dog won't stop eyeballin me and my fish tacos, the music from the florabama are overrated, my couch will be callin after these tacos.

    ReplyDelete
  144. and some flippin thin mints, score!!!!! It's like i could hear jim fyffe yelling "touchdoooown Auburn" when i set eyes on them, good times.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Perdido Key or Orange Beach?

Now you got me hungry again, and theres no fish tacos around.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Orange beach, i make a mean cilantro and lime aioli for a fish taco, hopefully we can have a HABOTN gathering at some time and have a cookout

    ReplyDelete
  147. UCONN shouldn't lose their #1 seed if they lose this or the game tomorrow. This league really really deserves 3 of the 4. If Memphis with their giant cluster f of a conference usa schedule steals one it will be a joke!

    ReplyDelete
  148. This is unbelievable. I actually played in a 4 overtime game in HS, but I have never seen or heard of a 6 overtimer.

    ReplyDelete
  149. 6 OTs is nothing. When they reach 9, then start talking.

    ReplyDelete
  150. I won't be talking. I'll be snoozing!

    ReplyDelete
  151. I have to be in bed, this is beyond ridiculous.

Cuse has to win this game, with them never leading at any point during OT. They are good when it counts, Uconn hasn't been.

    ReplyDelete
  152. First lead for syracuse, its over

    ReplyDelete
  153. I'm just trying to soak it in to make up for the mundane atmosphere/play that I watched in Tampa tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  154. yeah the sec tourney in tampa is silly, the atmosphere will be less than electric for all the games.

    ReplyDelete
  155. UCLA and wazzu have almost played a whole game during these overtimes.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Man, billy packer is so annoying, i'd just as soon listen to foghorn leghorn call a basketball game given the chance between the two.

    ReplyDelete
  157. He's somewhere around Eli Gold status to me. Bilas is good at least.

    ReplyDelete
  158. It's over. I'm logging off fellas. War Eagle! I hope we wipe the floor with UF later on today.

    ReplyDelete
  159. I like eli gold for one reason only, one nigth bama was playing a late game and stabler told eli that his (eli's) eyes were red, so red they matched his crimson jacket, eli said " i wouldn't wanna take your look from you kenny", since then, i've had more of an appreciation for him, but he's still a mouth breathin bama homer, the other shoe drops soon for them anyhow.

    ReplyDelete
  160. Great game, time for some sleep. Hope the hottie nation is sound asleep.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Six OTs? Six OTs!

I made myself go to bed after the first one since I had to get up to go to the gym.

    Man alive.

    ReplyDelete

Good morning, Hotties! It's finally Friday! Some weeks are longer than others...

Good article on Brad Lester, Jay G.

    ReplyDelete
  163. A good morning to you all!!!

    War Eagle
    I Hate Bama

    ReplyDelete
  164. I'm with you Jet. I made it to the second OT am glad I didn't invest any more time.

I was asleep on the sofa at 8:30! I didn't miss much, though, by not seeing the FL/AR game.

I need to get a good nap in this afternoon so I can stay awake for Auburn/FL!

Hotties, what are your thoughts on this matchup?

  167. Value the ball + 65% FT percent + defend the 3 = victory

When was the last time the Auburn men's FT % was 65%?

  169. Good morning, hotties.

  180. Everyone excited about taking down the Gators tonight?

If we do that, we end their NCAA bid. Not to mention that we tend to own them recently in football- -I'd say overall, AU has UF's number. I feel confident about tonight.

    Any takers?

  187. Lester is training with Brian Cushing? He's the Lattimer of USC. Steroid rumors everywhere around him

    ReplyDelete
  188. dunno Hornet. that's a tough one. i guess both sides feel a little betrayal on this one. a lifelong bama fan turns his back on the tide and chooses auburn baseball but still cheers for their football team. it vexes me. i am utterly vexed.

  189. Hey everybody! Hope you all have a fine Friday! It was fun sitting up last night and watching the big east tourney and talking to a few hotties that know their roundball!

I like this game for Auburn tonight! That place really lacks energy and we're more than used to playing in that type of environment. We just need to keep Calathes from getting off and knock down those free throws (like someone said already).

    War Damn Eagle!

  190. Btw, I say to bloody hell with him if he cheers for bammie's football team.

    ReplyDelete
  191. looking forward to tonight's game. tucson is glum right now, az lost to asu yesterday and may have ended their streak of tourney bids at 24.

  192. I wonder if there are any AU football players on the baseball team (No I don't follow AU baseball like I probably should)? And if there are, what an odd thing to want to prop up your teammate, then hope he gets stomped down in the fall. It's just...... weird.
