In this spot once upon a time was a video showing several players working out at Pro Day. Jerraud Powers concluded with a short interview. I thought the production quality was excellent.
I have disabled the auto-play stuff, but the video will wait for you somewhere in the Gannett abyss.

Michael, that was just annoying. Did we need eight lines of that?
ReplyDeleteNo, I would say 4 lines might be annoying. 8 lines is endearing.
ReplyDeleteThat goes for cocaine or gibberish.
ReplyDeleteYea, michael...
ReplyDelete=0)
Michael defaulted on this one.
ReplyDeleteDL gets the win.
Wait, he just copied my gibberish. I still had the first non-Jay-substance-post. Shenanigans!
ReplyDeleteThat's what I call a sticky situation.
ReplyDeleteI hate to scoop you Jay, but Ashlee Simpson is going to be on Melrose Place:
ReplyDelete"Simpson-Wentz will be playing a small-town girl with a "shrewd sex kitten" within"
And the world is officially ending
That show is still on TV?
ReplyDeleteOh, and I still have the window open with my original "first" post prior to deletion, and the tally comes to 11 lines. For those keeping up, that puts it right in the category of "couth."
ReplyDeleteThat's the thing. I guess it is being resurrected a la 90210. So they hit you with that news, and then tell you Ashlee Simpson is playing a sex kitten, and by then the migraine...too...lights....think can't
ReplyDeleteAwesome work as always JGT. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for chip427 to come by, michael, and say he got the first post.
ReplyDeleteAshlee Simpson doesn't cause headaches for me. Of course, I wear glasses.
ReplyDeleteJay GT, did Antonio Coleman stop by to watch? I'm so glad he is returning next year.
ReplyDeleteI didn't see Coleman.
ReplyDeleteI saw: Hot Carter, Robert Johnson, Marcus Washington, Pat Lee, Pat Sims, Marcus McNeill, Marquies Gunn (seriously), Blake Field, Brandon Cox and John Vaughn.
I spoke briefly with Chris Todd. He thinks his shoulder is going to be "a lot better" this season, but he still hasn't been cleared to throw deep balls.
Tim Hawthorne was out there, too.
ReplyDeleteFYI: I'll be late getting to the Aub/Ala baseball game (I'm leaving Auburn now) so I'll start it up as soon as I can.
ReplyDeleteI expect that will be around 7:25.
I told you Jay G. wants DL to get the first post, he must have forgot to call him today
ReplyDeleteI believe I heard on the news last night that WSFA is going to be webcasting the baseball game tonight.
ReplyDeleteWSFA is in fact streaming the game. I have it going in another window now. War Eagle.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, it won't let me link webcast. But if you go
ReplyDeletehere and hit "webcast" you'll have it.
For the record:
ReplyDelete1. War Eagle
2. I hate Bama
So Tez has lost a significant amount of fat, put on a ton of muscle, he's faster, stronger...did you see A-Rod's cousin hanging around the practice field?
ReplyDeleteDo they do urine tests at these pro days?
Yes
ReplyDelete3-0 Good guys in the top of the first with 1 out.
ReplyDelete3-0
ReplyDeleteMarqueis Gunn showed up? That had to be the biggest surprise of all.
ReplyDeleteI have started the baseball thread!
ReplyDeletejay gt- i really enjoyed the pro day video. Thanks!
ReplyDelete...and thirty-ONE!!!
great vid JG. one of your best.
ReplyDeleteWell, it bothers me that Marks didn't perform better.
ReplyDeleteI want the best for Auburn players in every situation, and I know he is a great player that could make a difference on a pro team.
