First Post: Monday

Hey everyone. We have reached another mildly significant day: An off Monday. Auburn will take Mondays off during the season, so I can suspend my disbelief and pretend this really is game week. It's not, but don't remind me. Please.

Thanks, as always, for your steadfast support of the HABOTN. Traffic has been up up up this season so far and I have you to thank. It means a lot to be and, hopefully, little enterprises like this eventually can help the newspaper business remain relevant (and solvent).

Here's the Auburn situation at this moment:

TODAY'S SCHEDULE
Auburn is off today. No practice. I'm going to consolidate the depth chart approximations and turn that into a big ol' post for discussion. Some guys you may not expect are on it. Some guys you may expect are not. I'll try to get it all straight for you. That's what I do. I'm planning to be around the HABOTN all afternoon -- after a nice lunch with Wifey.

And, of course, I'll be keeping up with Britney Spears' Eric Smith's every move. The goal is to a.) establish that he gets booked on the assault charge and b.) see if the second arrest report explains what happened that night at the Lexington Hotel.

Here's what the next few days look like:

Mon., Aug. 24, OFF
Tue., Aug. 25, 4:20 p.m. (partially open to media)
Wed., Aug. 26, 4:20 p.m.
Thu., Aug. 27, TBA (partially open to media)
Fri., Aug. 28, TBA
Sat., Aug. 29, OFF

Also, please pick up the Advertiser's print edition if you live around here! Our fine Auburn coverage is only one element of our award-winning product.
