  1. I am out for a while.

I have to get to Jeff Davis High for a non-Auburn story.

    I'll holla.

  2. Way to go, Choco!

    ReplyDelete
  3. very nice scott chocolate.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Cause & Effect. I liked that touch.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Bilingual Substance, Que bueno!

    ReplyDelete
  6. Cause and Effect?

Didn't they sing "Yo' Mama Don't Dance, and Yo' Daddy Can't Throw a 10-Yard Out?"

    ReplyDelete
  7. Gracias a todos! Viva el futbol americano! (I don't know how to make upside down exclamation points on a pc).

    ReplyDelete
  8. Thanks for puttin on your blog jay, thats awesome...

I must have made some kind of impression..ha.

You are the coolest Auburn reporter ever in my book.

    Keep up the good work.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Taikwon Paige did not qualify.

    ReplyDelete
  10. So, how do you guys feel about the choice of Chris Todd as the starter?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Chris Toddzilla is the starter? I thought it was all a ruse.

    ReplyDelete
  12. I love it. Todzilla is the starter, and the people who catch the ball start practicing from 5 yards out.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Guys, I changed his nickname to Toddroach. Get with it!

    ReplyDelete
  14. I trust that this offensive coaching staff knows what it's doing, so I'm fine with Todd as long as his shoulder is healthy.

After last year, I wasn't comfortable with the thought of Kodi being the QB this year, so I feel Todd is the better option at QB.

This offensive staff isn't Franklin, Nall, Ensminger & Knox, so I trust they know what they are doing.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I am just as happy as a pig eating slop. It is great that a choice was made NOW and let's get on with the program.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Ben Tate looks really different to me this year. He looks older.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I'd say he's about a year older since you last saw him Boxhead.

    ReplyDelete
  18. There is no way he is a year older. That would suggest the last time I saw him was training camp last year. My point is he looks an entire year older, though he is only like 8 months older than the last time I saw him.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I'm with Digger.
I didn't really care who it was, I'll trust the coaches to make the best choice. I'm very glad a decision was made in a timely manner.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Michael I agree he looks a lot more mature this year than at the end of last year
ehyou we need to move forward and become the team that will suprise everone. IT CAN BE DONE

    ReplyDelete
  21. lefy out a "y" sorry

    ReplyDelete
  22. holla back kid.

JGT finally speaks to Eddie's 'Chosen One'. nice.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I feel like I have learned more about what went wrong last season in the last two days than I have in the last year. The split within the team over who should be the starter was the main cause. This happened because of various things, some of which you could even see in the fans.

    - Tuberville thought Kodi should start.
    - Franklin thought Todd should start.
    - Franklin didn't portray himself in a manner that earned respect. People didn't respect his opinion.
    - Other coaches disagreed on the starter.
    - Players disagreed on the starter.
    - Even some fans proposed that Franklin was dumb enough to pick Todd because he had coached him before, which was ludicrous.

Why do I bring this up? Because now we all must trust the OC to make the decision. This is purely an OC decision and he should be judged by the results. Franklin should have been trusted to choose the right QB, although admittedly he did things to make us question him. Trust Malzahn to do the right thing or welcome to another edition of the Franklin Experience.

    ReplyDelete
  24. How come no footage of the business end of that field goal?

    ReplyDelete
  25. I was vocal in saying to not start todd, but hey, if the coaches feel he is the best option then so be it.

and the players are cool with it so I am too.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Michael, Tate only looks 6.5 months older. This kind of age appoximation error is not going to get it done with LaTech looming. Let's get with it.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Yeah, what Kristina said!

    ReplyDelete
  28. "approximation." (Nothing kills an already lame joke like a typo)

    ReplyDelete
  29. Steve selling CT like Obama's health care plan.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Look, my age approximation skills are still in development. It ain't the regular season yet, give me time to get my wheels spinning again!

    And Yeah, waht Kreisteenuh siad!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Well, I did say "about" so I think that left it pretty well undefined. Which is just the way I like it.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Not that I get a kick out of seeing other people almost get hit with a football accidentally, but I am pretty sure if Jay G had footage of one of us about to get hit, it would be posted.

(And I totally get a kick out of seeing people almost get hit with a football accidentally)

    ReplyDelete
  33. Tate looks older because he trimmed down and it really shows in his face. It's like a kid losing baby fat.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I'll bet Jay yelled "Great Caesar's ghost!" when he almost got hit. He probably didn't have time to edit out that audio, so he didn't put it in. Those newspaper people are always saying, "Great Caesar's ghost!"

    ReplyDelete
  35. I'm sure that's it, Mhciela

    ReplyDelete
  36. You sure its not Great Googily Moogily?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Are you being sarcastic, Kteicisdfina? You think you can come in here, not hanging out in HABOTN regularly for like 10 months, and then you patronize me? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? I INVENTED PUPPET HOUR! I INVENTED IT!!!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE KRIGHNA? NOTHING! NOTHIIIING!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Dang it... Harrison showed up. Fine Harrison, "we" invented it. Glory hog.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Uh....yeah...alrighty then.

I think someone's crown is a little too tight today.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm not wearing the crown today, I'm wearing the Box. But yeah, the box is a little tight.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Did anyone read the doom n gloom report by Andrew Gribble?

    ReplyDelete
  42. he is the queen though Kristina

    ReplyDelete
  43. Actually, I think he said "jumpin' Jehosaphat!"

    ReplyDelete
  44. michael I will send you a new bigger box. But the box I'll need to send you the new box will be bigger than the new one i got you. it's like 2 new boxes in one

    ReplyDelete
  45. how do you spend two years in a military college, then come up one class short. Wouldn't you have seen the light when you didn't qualify the first time and make sure to plan accordingly?

    ReplyDelete
  46. Norm...

I'm digging the string of Norms you're putting together.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I thought it was "Sweet Sassy Molassy!"

    ReplyDelete
  48. ehyou - wait'll you see the next one. It's obscure, I'll tell you that much.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Some dude in Columbus reported this. I found it funny.

"Wes Byrum went 7-for-8 in the post-stretching field goal drill, missing his seventh try. On the final one, his teammates crowded in and did a soccer cheer to throw him off, chanting, "O-leeeeeeeeee, ole, ole, oleeeeeeeee! O-leeeeeeeeee! O-leeeeeeeeee!" He still made it."

    ReplyDelete
  50. Peter, I am not as much selling Todd as I am selling Malzahn. To have a good offense you have to trust your OC. Your HC has to trust the OC to make the calls. We have made the mistake of questioning the OC before and got what was coming to us for it. It is true of several previous OCs. ChizCo, we will hold Malzahn accountable for the results. I don't care if he discovers Gabe Gross still has some eligibility left and makes him the starter. Lets see what the offense does and I will judge from that.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Sorry to repost, but I was having a CTF moment.

Love this quote from Andy Bitter,

"Malzahn said Tyrik Rollison will get the majority of reps as the backup for now so that the team can make an assessment of where he's at. He said they have a good idea of what Neil Caudle can do, since he had 15 spring practices and the first week of August to evaluate him."

Yeah... they know what he can do. He can hold the hell out of a clipboard.

And for the record, I'm betting Mr. Tate said Thuffering Thucotash.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hehehe, hold the hell out of clipboard. Hahaha

    ReplyDelete
  53. Steve, I don't have to get behind or trust anyone. I'm a supporter and fan, but it doesn't matter what I do. If you're really preaching to the Athletic Director's office, coaching staff, administration, and BOT, fine, but I'm not drinking kool-aid and trusting just because some dude says we should. I've never professed to be an expert, and I've never said my opinion makes a difference, but blind trust is beyond my capability. If Gus proves to be right, I'll sing meaningless praise to his name.

Sign the bill quickly, before anyone reads it, and just trust it's good, okay.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I will say this on a serious note... If Kodi stays true to his word, which I assume he will, his actions throughout this situation may do more to pull this team together than anything short of a predawn run through the battlefield at Gettysburg. The young man has shown character beyond his years... War Kodi.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Thanks, Harrison. I'll just use the really big box to store my @$$hat in.

    ReplyDelete
  56. For the record, I have not said that I don't believe that Toddroach is the best option and that I tend to give my undying love and admiration to him. I haven't said the opposite, either, though.

    ReplyDelete
  57. War Eagle!

    Hate $puat!!

I just felt the need to share.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I see Kodi suddenly emerging as an unquestioned leader. You know what leaders do when the starting QB's arm falls off early in the first game? They quarterback.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hey Kristina, you know I was just messing around earlier, right? I think you know, but I just want to make sure I know you know.

    ReplyDelete
  60. You better hope she's not PO'd, Michelle Obama, or it's on brother!

    ReplyDelete
  61. Yeah PF, but if being a leader was the most important part of quarterbacking, then they would send the QB's to a leadership seminar instead of two-a-days. I have never been to a leadership seminar that improved my accuracy.

Also, I think my opinion has a direct effect on the win loss record this year, and as such, my opinion should be valued as if it were gold.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Snacks, you are a veritible buffet of options.

    ReplyDelete
  63. In full disclosure: I have never been to a leadership seminar, so I guess I can't really claim they wouldn't improve my throwing accuracy. Sorry for speaking out of place.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I like the feel I am getting from this team as a whole, not to be confused with a hole. They all seem to be on the same page. Let them make the adjustments to account for depth and I think we are in for a great season.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Successful teams have on field leaders and clubhouse leaders... I'm starting to believe that this team may have both, for the first time since '04.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Jet, it's a lesson I learned from Steve in the Spring. If you say everything, no one will take you seriously.

    ReplyDelete
  67. By the way, I still think Jay G has the best Auburn blog...it's Hot and stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Of course, I know, Michael. I didn't lose my sense of humor while I was gone.

    ReplyDelete
  69. It's funny how many great leaders and unifiers seem to pop up when a team is not losing.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Me too Miller. My next question would be how to define success against Louisiana Tech. If we win 14-10 I will have to take a break to change my shorts.

I think a reasonable expectation would be for us to win 31-10. I would consider that being where I expect us to be.

If we win 42-10 I will run to the store and drink all the coolaid available. We will be gearing up for an run at the SEC West.

    ReplyDelete
  71. If Auburn scores 42 points against anyone this year, I will drink Steve's Kool-Aid.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Phew!

You see that, fellas? She wasn't mad at me. I tried to tell yall. Kristinuh, they thought I may have annoyed you.

    ReplyDelete
  73. I will consider the LaTech game a success IF we walk out of the game with a W and there are no injuries. I would prefer for AU to look organized and make a couple of big plays and see the defense tackle soundly, and the O-line make holes, and the WR's catch passes and run crisp routes.... but as long as they win and stay healthy, I will sleep well that night.

    ReplyDelete
  74. What about against Furman?

    ReplyDelete
  75. Victory Beasley has chosen Clemson over the evil empire.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Think Kodi could play safety?

    ReplyDelete
  77. I will hope that the final score is:
    AU >27
    LT <10

    ReplyDelete
  78. I won't ever drink Steve's kool-aid. Do you have any idea the crazy stuff he puts in there?

    ReplyDelete
  79. He could safety dance.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Peter, I am with you on the execution. Last year I didn't consider some games we won a win because of how poorly we played. All we really proved was they someone else was having even more troubles than we were.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Even Furman, Harry...Oh, Yeah is what the Kool-Aid man says as he bursts through brick walls, right?

    ReplyDelete
  82. Michael, I thought you already drank the coolaid. You exhibit many of the symptoms.

    ReplyDelete
  83. I have to admit that you lost me there PF.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Peter is saying you judge a football team by how they play, not by how good the opponent is.

    ReplyDelete
  85. it's okay, J-Z. I myself fell off the truck a while back and have been wandering aimlessly ever since. If you see me, can you direct me to the nearest pay-phone.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I said that? Dang. It is way more profound coming from Steve.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Kodi can dance if he wants to.

Steve, I don't use the kool-aid metaphor. I am talking about your literal kool aid. I will never drink it.

    Toddroach for Heisman!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Big Snacks out. Enjoy your Puppet Gubberment Hour.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Steve turned Frankenbummer's long post into a succinct Chinese proverb.

    ReplyDelete
  90. I"m outta here too. Gotta go work out to make up for my sinful lunch, and then fry up a mess of chicken wings.

    HDT4Life!

    ReplyDelete
  91. Man, I'm gone for a day and a half (moving ANOTHER family member) and the world goes crazy. We have had nearly 1200 comments and settled on a quarterback. Do you know how hard it is to speed read 1200 comments?

    ReplyDelete
  92. I'm sure I missed some things, but a couple caught my eye.

    1. I love the way Kodi is responding to this disappointment. Whoever said they thought he would be a leader of this team is on the right track.

    2. Regarding the footballs and stuff signed by Carnell & Ronnie. While they were at Auburn my son-in-law gave my daughter (who was just his girlfriend at the time) an official NCAA game football signed by Carnell, Ronnie, Jason and Carlos. After they married I commented on how impressed I was that he gave Kathryn that ball and didn't keep it. He said he was pretty sure he was going to get it back in a merger or he wouldn't have.

    ReplyDelete
  93. safety dance is my #1 fave song of all time.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Just use ctrl +f and search for all the instances of "michael" on each page, and you will get the most enlightened commentary on Auburn football ever.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Safety Dance is a great song, but if you walk around in public singing it people really give you some strange looks.

    ReplyDelete
  96. ^that last post was in response to cincy being behind, but really anyone can follow that advice

    ReplyDelete
  97. The great thing about that is you can leave those people behind, SteveFC

    ReplyDelete
  98. it'll be like that "garfield minus garfield" website where they remove garfield and it leaves poor Jon to look like a lonely, suicidal loser. Right, Michael?

    ReplyDelete
  99. mine was in response to reading all of michaels posts consecutively, obviously

    ReplyDelete
  100. Haha, that's exactly right Harrison. My insanity is tempered by the even keeled posts separating my posts.

I love Garfield minus Garfield, by the way.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Michael,
I'm not sure I can handle that much enlightenment in solid Michael posts.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Thanks for everyone's support!

I didn't include field-goal footage because the movie already was 3:30 or so ... which is 1:30 over budget.

    ReplyDelete
  103. cincy - You should always use a spotter when reading my posts, lest you faint.

Jay - who do you think the starting QB will be?

    ReplyDelete
  104. The coach at Jeff Davis HS, Travis Pearson, was Chizik's director of football ops at Iowa State.

Suffice it to say: Pearson is on the Chiz Train. Fully.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Does Pearson have any prize recruits that just so happen to be showing interest in Auburn?

    ReplyDelete
  106. Noooooooo.

    JD: Winless in 2008.

    ReplyDelete
  107. My choice for starting QB is the former Boston College coach.

Weak arm, great leadership. He's an older player. He's been in the league. A league. Penal league? Something.

    ReplyDelete
  108. California penal? that's the best penal league

    ReplyDelete
  109. Yeah, I would go for the BC coach, but he has some emotional baggage. You know, from the situation. We don't need that on this team.

    ReplyDelete
  110. It produced an awesome Indians picther during the late 80s. Ricky something?

    ReplyDelete
  111. We'd need the BC president to calm the waters with a emotional speech to the Board of Trustees.

    ReplyDelete
  112. What about Louisville's president. He can calm any situation, plus you can do whomever and whatever you want and get away with it

    ReplyDelete
  113. I have my strategy down should we ever play BC. We just interview their coach prior to the game. They fire the coach and....

    ReplyDelete
  114. So Auburn has 72 scholarship players, out of which 13 are seniors. Assuming that 5 non-seniors leave the team (Draft, transfer, go to CFL, discipline issues, etc).

That will leave us with 54, or we will need 31 players to fill the roster.

Where does that leave us? even if every last guy that Auburn signs (28 per the limit) qualifies and enrolls(impossible), we will still be short of 3 players.

Realistic assessment : Auburn is 13 short of full strength right now, and will be around 10 short next year.

Stats and stuff. I don't want to 'look at the past' but the damn past has screwed our future. xCTT left us with a psuedo-probation, which is worst than the ones bammers had.

    ReplyDelete
  115. I think the speech would be more emotional if it came from the coaching candidate that came in 4th place after the BC coaching search that ensued.

    ReplyDelete
  116. 4th place is a good spot. Not showing off, not falling behind. No disappointment because you almost won. From now on 4th place is the new 1st place

    ReplyDelete
  117. Psuedo probation is the perfect way to describe our current situation, Aero. Can we use that excuse if bama beats us a few times in a row?

And since we aren't using all of our scholarships as it is, I kind of wish we had cheated a little bit in the past. Might as well get ahead a little bit if you don't need the scholarships anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  118. and sorry about the d*#& word.

I didn't know the stats.. just did a quick run, and threw the tantrum.

Bo is attending practices. Does he have any eligibility left?

    ReplyDelete
  119. Actually, Aero, you can add only 25 newcomers per year. You can sign more than 25, but when it comes time to the the field, you get 25 new guys max.

So it's going to take some time for Auburn to get back to 85.

    ReplyDelete
  120. 4th place is where leaders are born, Harrison.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Aero, keep in mind here that blamming is pointless. There were numerous factors causing the current situation.

Also, there is the possibility of signing JUCOs which count against previous signing classes, so all is not lost.

And division 2 schools have a scholarship limit of 65, so we are still in D1 for a while at least.

    ReplyDelete
  122. If you ain't first, you're last.

    ReplyDelete
  123. I don't mind long movies, JGT... so long as they are informational and entertaining.

    ReplyDelete
  124. But Kristinah, if there are three people racing, the person who finishes second came in second place, not last place. The guy who finished 3rd came in last. This simple logic exercise disproves what you said.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Michael, are you a statistician by day?

    ReplyDelete
  126. MJT out.

    No drops.

    ReplyDelete
  127. You're so keen with these numbers.

    ReplyDelete
  128. You can add more than 25 in a single year....IF a few of them come in the spring and are counted back towards the previous class....

    ReplyDelete
  129. If you didn't win, you lose. Losers are last.

    ReplyDelete
  130. MJT In

    Statistician by morning.

    Sidewalk Out-Patient Surgeon by afternoon

    Romantic Lover by night

    MJT Out

    ReplyDelete
  131. I have to go edge the estate. Try not to do anything exciting until I get back. I hate missing stuff!

    ReplyDelete
  132. So.. It will take 3-4 years for us to have adequate depth, something necessary to be competitive in SEC.

I have no idea how anyone can attempt to defend xCTT and tell me that it's in the past. It aint.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Sometimes last is fun though. you don't have to try hard and no one cares about you

    ReplyDelete
  134. Hmm, you are blaming one person when it isn't justified.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Back for a quick question. If you give a walk-on a scholarship, what class does that count against, if any?

    ReplyDelete
  136. Not to mention very unproductive and backward thinking. Look to the future.

And we can correct some of this with JUCOs. Changing staff costs. It happens. We just deal with it and move on.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Peter, to be honest, I don't know. I know that JUCOs can count against previous classes so I suppose walkons should be able to also.

    ReplyDelete
  138. JGT : I was counting 3-4 against 09 class and 24-25 against the 2010 class.

But I don't think we'd get either of that numbers. We need to add at least 25 players next year, and we'll still be short.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Aero ... not necessarily that long.

As D.Miller points out, you can skirt the rules a tad if you sign prep school kids and count them against an earlier class. Still, those situations are fairly rare.

They need to get 25 and keep at least 22 for a few years.

    ReplyDelete
  140. i just talked to Jackie Sherrill and he said JUCO's is a great idea

    ReplyDelete
  141. man, my grammer sucks. but you get the idea

    ReplyDelete
  142. Most programs have "fluff" from 75-85 anyway. Those are projects that didn't pan out or "package deals" that didn't pan out.

Chizik et al. will have a smaller margin for error. That's all.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Our issue will be depth at OL in 2011. The total number of scholarships isn't a huge concern for me. We just need to find some linemen.

    ReplyDelete
  144. I've gotta write for a bit.

Remain civil. That's what I love about the HOTTIES.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Hey, that guy at K-State built a decent program based on JUCO. He also forgot to share the trick to maintaining this with the next guy, which left the program in shambles, got the next guy fired, and got him his original job back after a few years vacation.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Crap!!! I gotta take a break until this civil period ends!!!

    ReplyDelete
  147. Walk-ons and JUCOs etc are counted against the last signed class.

That is if you have room in the last signed class. So if you enrolled 25 in 09, you can't sign more guys as 'against the last signing class' either.

How is that for some doom n gloom.

    ReplyDelete
  148. true Peter- i don't see Snyder doing that again though.

    ReplyDelete
  149. Your lack of concern is good to hear, SteveFC. It might not be a concern to you. It is to me and the rest of Auburn family.

    2. None of it was the cost of coaching change. All of it was the cost of keeping xCTT.

Here are some more fun facts:

    > The number of 4* that enrolled in 09 is one short of the number of 4* that enrolled in 07, xCTT's best class.

    > Out of the non-qualifiers this year, 2 were Chizik's recruits. 4 were xCTTs.

    ReplyDelete
  150. We now return to your regular scheduled programming.

    So how about them braves?

    ReplyDelete
  151. Nicely put Aero.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Thanks to all of you for visiting the HABOTN during two-a-days.

Traffic is somewhere in the neighborhood of 250% over August 2008. That's a satisfying thing for me.

    ReplyDelete
  153. So what happened?!?! Everyone on their commute home? Puppet hour too taxing?

    ReplyDelete
  154. maybe that is why you got the flat. With that much wear and tear you may need new tires all around...

good job JGT..... keep the substance up...they will come

    ReplyDelete
  155. ellooo.... anyone home? mytommyd are u still around?

    ReplyDelete
  156. Yes honorable Dear Leader, some of us are still here. Ya know there's nothing much more fun that getting to stay at work late on a Friday night. woo hoo

    ReplyDelete
  157. I'm so used to seeing this blog scroll at the speed of a campfire, when people don't post 2 or 3 times a minute it seems like everything stopped.

  158. Aero,

    I share your concern.

  159. Speaking in regards to it taking a while to get from 74 back to 85 scholarships ... I think it's a fair assessment to say we're in the same boat as a team that's been on probation from that regard.

  161. I share your concerns Aero and I realize there is nothing I can do about it. Therefore, I just want to see some real football.

    How many days??

  162. Which also means this coaching staff better be on its game. Like JGT said the last 10 are somewhat "extras" so there's no wiggle room for weak links. If Chiz and Company can have this group of young men prepared to play and executing to the best of their ability, they will be rewarded.

  163. Mon- I have no idea how many days until football. I wish someone would post it on here or something

  165. I skipped the workout and went straight to frying wings. I did have a salad to go with them, so the day's not a total waste.

    ReplyDelete
  166. You should put that idea in the Suggestion Box, Harry.

You've inspired me, JZ. Day 3 here.

    ReplyDelete
  171. That's what I thought Mrtommy. Stay hidden in the traffic and blend in. Drive safe, I'll be waitin' when you get home! ;)

May I ask, have we seen the end of Bobby Lowder?

    ReplyDelete
  175. AU1- One would think we won't see Bobby Lowder for awhile, but at the same time, he is probably still doing just fine and won't be seeking any unemployement pay.

    ReplyDelete
  176. Eddie, did you get my text/pic message?

  181. Am I the only one sad to see Lowder lose money? That dude donated like a mug to Auburn. He hasn't successfully meddled in years. I wish he was still a kajillionaire.

    ReplyDelete
  182. I'm not happy he lost money.

    ReplyDelete
  183. I do not know lowder at all but from where I sat it seemed that he donated more for the power it gave him than the love of the school.

    just my humble perspective...

A lot of people lost money. Hell, I lost money. My kids college fund lost money.

Banks have no one to blame but themselves for poor lending habits. That is why we are here. So I don't feel bad.
