    ReplyDelete
  10. I'm jumping up and down in my living room. Alone. I don't care - it's the IB. F'yeah!

    ReplyDelete
  11. That was a strong run. Alabama was totally off-kilter ... nobody on that side of the field at all.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Who let the dogs out!!! Who? Who? Who? Who let the dogs out!!! Who? Who? Who?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Ziemba was down there for sure.

    ReplyDelete
  14. That's exacly what we needed. plays like that are essential; i dont see much success with the inside running game

    ReplyDelete

  20. Misdirection all the time.

    ReplyDelete
  21. okay lets not get too cute and kill our momentum with a mistake

    ReplyDelete
  22. They're running it all.

    ReplyDelete
  23. BUrns missed a TD with that no-pitch

    ReplyDelete
  24. Get Burns out from under center.....

    ReplyDelete
  25. NO BURNS ON 3rd and 6

    ReplyDelete
  26. and we have our first Ziemba of the day

    ReplyDelete
  27. yay for Ziemba's penalty

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  29. That was the best false start of all time.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  35. I'm going to auburnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!////hhg/hirhnlkfngfnbgfbgngkgfsdpspsdd

    ReplyDelete
  36. I am on cloud 9. There will be no negative comments... Ya'll hear me NO NEGATIVITY.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Let's do another onside!!! kidding. but not really. keep our defense off the field as much as possible, please.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Please don't let this be another beginning like the UGA game! Oh My... This is AUsome!

    ReplyDelete
  39. 5:58 time of possession on that drive.

Longest of the year for Auburn.

    ReplyDelete
  40. good god morgan hull

    ReplyDelete
  41. You're pulling my leg. I may be okay with not giving Arenas a chance though.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Nice pursuit. Another big play...and the defense comes up! Just think if this was a 3 and out from Alabama's 25 rather than the 40.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Two bad things almost happened there...

    Roughing the kicker....

    Fumble.....

    But neither did....

    ReplyDelete
  44. That ref was watching the punter like a hawk. No flag.

    ReplyDelete
  45. why no RTK call? lucky?

    ReplyDelete
  46. Walt knocked him silly, but I guess he was blocked into the kicker. That ref was ready to pull the flag, didn't.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Trott was open...horrible overthrow.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Todd's too excited.

    ReplyDelete
  49. We are just daring them to score on us.

    ReplyDelete
  50. So Alabama's had 3 possessions, all at the 40. Our defense better step up again or else this may be a repeat of Georgia.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Please don't let things start going down hill now. Please... This has been one fast start.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Todd has to miss one to let 'Bama think they have a chance.

Now is when the chess match starts. We have blown our emotional load and now have to hang for the next 3 quarters.

    ReplyDelete
  53. no more botched kickoffs please.

    ReplyDelete
  54. So you're saying Auburn blew its emotional load too early?

    ReplyDelete
  55. Not a bad first quarter.
Man, the underneath routes ALWAYS being open kills me. The WRs will have lots chances to bust big plays.

    ReplyDelete
  56. What can we say, JGT? We got too excited. . .

    ReplyDelete
  57. i feel this tiger woods situation is being overblown.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Looks that way. Hit a fire hydrant?

    ReplyDelete
  59. Please hold them

    ReplyDelete
  60. We're alright still. Just need to answer with some points.

    ReplyDelete
  61. And then a tree...but was going less than 33 mph and is out of the hospital already...

    ReplyDelete
  62. Screw Tiger Woods..... Its the IRON BOWL

    ReplyDelete
  63. we need points. and good kickoffs.

    ReplyDelete
  64. These super charged emotional first quarters leave me drained. Hope it hasn't left the team that way.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I know, the attention they are devoting to it seems especially overblown given that we are in the middle of the IRON BOWL. I hate golf.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I would settle for good defense and the score stays right where it is.

    ReplyDelete
  67. true. I could live with that. just doesn't seem the way the game is gonna go...

    ReplyDelete
  68. NO Kodi under center..... PLEASE

    ReplyDelete
  69. Ziemba just looked lazy.

    ReplyDelete
  70. oh boy, did we need that.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Stupid Stupid move by Mcfadden.

    ReplyDelete
  72. CATCH A BALL!! But it looked like Bama's coverage guy hit Demond. And don't be stupid, we can't have penalties.

    ReplyDelete
  73. It was 6, who is 6?

    ReplyDelete
  74. ahh...been missin some salsa. must have been waiting for bama to show up.

    ReplyDelete
  75. oh yeah. duh. I always get his number mixed up with Fannin. Do not ask me why.

    ReplyDelete
  76. That would've been a game changer.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I don't see any Ref bias..... Seems to me they are letting them play Salsa.

Unless it is the week of the Masters, I couldn't care less about Tiger.

    This is the Iron bowl....

    ReplyDelete
  78. oy, with the penalties.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Ah well, it was fun while it lasted.

Third and long is our Achilles' heel.

    ReplyDelete
  80. And the stupid 15 yarder is gonna hurt chances to score before the half.

    ReplyDelete
  81. How long did Todd plan on holding it?

    ReplyDelete
  82. Ziemba needs to pick that up.

    ReplyDelete
  83. sigh. oh well.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Not Todd's finest hour. He saw that coming, too.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Here is our chance to seize the momentum and take it to halftime.

    ReplyDelete
  86. please please please score. please.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Darvin! Adams! I love him.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Fannin just doesn't get tackled. We need him bad

    ReplyDelete
  89. I still don't understand where the corner was on that pass to D Adams.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Anonymous3:07 PM

    This is surprising for sure

    Gutsy performance so far

    ReplyDelete
  91. Hope he is ok... he was clearly rocked there.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Anonymous3:09 PM

Needless to say however this ends, I was wrong with my impressions for the game

    ReplyDelete
  93. All square at halftime.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Well, i didn't think I'd be disappointed with a 14-14 tie at halftime, but with how this game has gone I feel like we're losing.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Well...I'm glad that quarter is over. Here's to returning to 1st quarter form.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Struck a fire hydrant and hit a tree... whilst pulling out of his driveway. That's a pretty big spaz moment if I've heard of one.
And I do not like Tony Barnhart.

    ReplyDelete
  97. we should at least have some kind of points on our last two possessions.

    ReplyDelete
  98. CBS guys still give us NO chance. I can't say I blame them b/c though the score is tied.... that 2nd quarter sucked. Here's hoping the third quarter turns things around!

    ReplyDelete
  99. Good game but I hope Auburn didn't just have 15 minutes of glory and will come out firing.

    ReplyDelete
  100. I agree Cotton. It feels like we are losing. I think it's b/c we were on such a high the first qtr. We've got to come out and play like we did. (and dare I mention, call plays like we did in the 1st qtr as well).

    ReplyDelete
  101. keep giving the ball to fannin

    ReplyDelete
  102. Jay how is JHS compared to other games in the past atmosphere wise?
Tons of great recruits are in attendance...

    ReplyDelete
  103. Aren't there lots of former players in town? I like Chizik's halftime abilities. This is not a TT team that fails to correct his mistakes. Then again, this could be deja vu of the UGA game. Just don't know what to expect. And maybe that's a good thing.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Good point jhag. I forget about that whole aspect. I get caught up in the here and now, but there's a lot to be gained for the future by playing well and keeping the crowd in it.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Hopefully CGM is putting together a game plan as we speak

    ReplyDelete
  106. Gotta think this has been a good showing so far for recruits. If we can play with Bama right now, imagine what we can do with YOUR help.

    ReplyDelete
  107. I'm think this may get out of hand if we dont come straight out with points on the first possession.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Need to score on this first posession

    ReplyDelete
  109. Man Cotton. I keep agreeing with you. We really need to put together a drive here and cash it in.

    ReplyDelete
  110. I do hope he had the game plan before the game.

A very good first half, although we need to find a way to make Bama pay for the pressure on the QB.

    ReplyDelete
  111. points! points! points right away!

    ReplyDelete
  112. i feel like we need at least 14 more points to have a chance. doesn't mean we have to score them on offense, but 14 nonetheless

    ReplyDelete
  113. I know he has Karlos Dansby speak to the team and I know Ronnie Brown, David Irons are in town

    ReplyDelete
  114. Here's the starting point for Bama's first-half possessions, save for the last one as the half ended:

    UA 40
    UA 40
    UA 42
    UA 35
    AU 45
    AU 48

Despite that, they have only 14 points against the worst defense in the SEC.

    ReplyDelete
  115. My uncle's comment this morning when I said we had a good chance of beating Bama:

"You shouldn't say things like that, it makes you look stupid"

I have never wanted to make someone eat words so bad.

    ReplyDelete
  116. we have been torched the few times we blitzed. gotta get pressure with the four down linemen.

    ReplyDelete
  117. yeah I think Kenny Irons is there too? They are all hosting a party at the KA house after the game... (they being DI, RB, KI and... one other person). I know this b/c I got a Facebook invite from KI (I used to friend all our players when I was in college- I assume he sent it to everyone on his friend list).

    ReplyDelete
  118. Ask the question now CBS who is the best back in the state?

I think Au says you may beat us but Ingram wont.

    ReplyDelete
  119. We should have someone short over the middle or in the fla and Todd should hit one when they blitz. This should be there every play.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Will the person that cares that Tiger Woods got a boo boo please turn to CNN and get these guys to stop talking about it?

    ReplyDelete
  121. Digger, I have been waiting for them to hit a slant over the middle when the blitz comes. Hopefully it is coming.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Demond, get the ball!

    ReplyDelete
  123. Why do they keep calling him "Devon" Washington? Come on.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Dang, terrible 3rd-and-short call.

    ReplyDelete
  125. i wonder if fannin is out.

    ReplyDelete
  126. That is my beef with malzahn, you need a yard and you call for a screen pass...he has done that all year. Line up in the I and see what happens

    ReplyDelete
  127. Toooouuchdoooowwwwnnnnnn Auuuuuuuuubuuurnnnnnn!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  128. Doesn't the Noodle now hold Auburn's record for touchdown passes in a season?

    ReplyDelete
  129. was that a replay of the WVU game?

    so sweet...

    ReplyDelete
  130. And Todd will guide them through the murky waters of the Alabama defense and they shall see the light of the endzone and it will be good.

    ReplyDelete
  131. And the Heisman candidate had two chances to make one yard and he failed and he was a Heisman candidate no longer.

    ReplyDelete
  132. War Eagle!!! Excellent stop defense!!!

    ReplyDelete
  133. May National Championships be forgotten and the Heisman candidate too, one more good quarter of Auburn football and this Alabama team is through.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Oh no!!! They said he had to throw. Oh no!!! Todzilla!!! Eeh!!! Eeh!!! Eeh!!!

    ReplyDelete
  135. Bama wilting under the pressure? Bama commits a Ziemba? Wow!!!

    ReplyDelete
  136. Brodie!!! Brodie!!! Brodie!!!

    ReplyDelete
  137. Just do it!!! Take it to them. Stick the fork in. Finish this thing!!!

    ReplyDelete
  138. Need some of that Malzahn Magic on this drive.

    ReplyDelete
  139. I am proud of our team! War eagle!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  140. For those of you that missed it Auburn gathered at midfield for our standard post game prayer and the lone white jersey belonged to mr Greg mcelroy...our defense did what it needed to do and made him beat us...I have never felt so good after a loss.
