ReplyDeletewoo! A sign of good things to come!!
ReplyDeleteNice work!
ReplyDeleteMy stomach is doing flips. I don't know why I can't help but get my hopes up!! All reason says we will not win this game. Gah I wish I was in Jordan-Hare right now.
ReplyDeleteNot an auspicious start
ReplyDeleteOh great... what is so hard about a kickoff?
ReplyDeleteChecking in. I'm out tho war eagle!!! I believe
ReplyDeleteYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteTouchdown Auburn!!! Touchdown Auburn!!! Touchdown Auburn!!!
ReplyDeleteMan, we have score like a million times more points than we scored against them last season!!! Yes!!! Bring the heat!!!
ReplyDeleteTD!!!!!! AUBURN!!!! some great down the field blocks. Did I see one by Todd in the end zone?
ReplyDeleteI'm jumping up and down in my living room. Alone. I don't care - it's the IB. F'yeah!
ReplyDeleteThat was a strong run. Alabama was totally off-kilter ... nobody on that side of the field at all.
ReplyDeleteWho let the dogs out!!! Who? Who? Who? Who let the dogs out!!! Who? Who? Who?
ReplyDeleteZiemba was down there for sure.
ReplyDeleteThat's exacly what we needed. plays like that are essential; i dont see much success with the inside running game
ReplyDeleteYEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
ReplyDeleteNot a bad first posession. . .
ReplyDeleteWAR EAGLE!
HOW does bama not see that coming??? i dont care!
ReplyDeleteTrott... Come on man...
ReplyDeleteaaannnnnd a drive killer.
ReplyDeleteSorry Trott...
ReplyDeleteMisdirection all the time.
ReplyDeleteokay lets not get too cute and kill our momentum with a mistake
ReplyDeleteThey're running it all.
ReplyDeleteBUrns missed a TD with that no-pitch
ReplyDeleteI Hate the Wildcat.
ReplyDeletegosh Kodi.
ReplyDeleteGet Burns out from under center.....
ReplyDeleteNO BURNS ON 3rd and 6
ReplyDeleteand we have our first Ziemba of the day
ReplyDeleteyay for Ziemba's penalty
ReplyDeleteZiemba!
ReplyDeleteuh, thank god for that ziemba
ReplyDeleteThat was the best false start of all time.
ReplyDeleteOne yard. Can they get it?
ReplyDeleteBig play here...TOUCHDOWN!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful playcalling!!!!
knock on wood
He can.
ReplyDeleteTouchdown Auburn!!! Touchdown Auburn!!! Touchdown Auburn!!! Touchdown Auburn!!! Touchdown Auburn!!! Touchdown Auburn!!!
ReplyDeleteOK.
ReplyDeleteNo imposters this time!
WAR EAGLE !!!!
Way to go Ziemba!!! I knew that false start play would pay off sooner or later!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to auburnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!////hhg/hirhnlkfngfnbgfbgngkgfsdpspsdd
ReplyDeleteI am on cloud 9. There will be no negative comments... Ya'll hear me NO NEGATIVITY.
ReplyDeleteLet's do another onside!!! kidding. but not really. keep our defense off the field as much as possible, please.
ReplyDeletePlease don't let this be another beginning like the UGA game! Oh My... This is AUsome!
ReplyDelete5:58 time of possession on that drive.
ReplyDeleteLongest of the year for Auburn.
good god morgan hull
ReplyDeleteYou're pulling my leg. I may be okay with not giving Arenas a chance though.
ReplyDeleteNice pursuit. Another big play...and the defense comes up! Just think if this was a 3 and out from Alabama's 25 rather than the 40.
ReplyDeleteTwo bad things almost happened there...
ReplyDeleteRoughing the kicker....
Fumble.....
But neither did....
That ref was watching the punter like a hawk. No flag.
ReplyDeletewhy no RTK call? lucky?
ReplyDeleteWalt knocked him silly, but I guess he was blocked into the kicker. That ref was ready to pull the flag, didn't.
ReplyDeleteawesome.
ReplyDeleteTrott was open...horrible overthrow.
ReplyDeletedid it twice
ReplyDeleteTodd's too excited.
ReplyDeleteWe are just daring them to score on us.
ReplyDeleteSo Alabama's had 3 possessions, all at the 40. Our defense better step up again or else this may be a repeat of Georgia.
ReplyDeletePlease don't let things start going down hill now. Please... This has been one fast start.
ReplyDeleteTodd has to miss one to let 'Bama think they have a chance.
ReplyDeleteNow is when the chess match starts. We have blown our emotional load and now have to hang for the next 3 quarters.
no more botched kickoffs please.
ReplyDeleteSo you're saying Auburn blew its emotional load too early?
ReplyDeleteNot a bad first quarter.
ReplyDeleteMan, the underneath routes ALWAYS being open kills me. The WRs will have lots chances to bust big plays.
What can we say, JGT? We got too excited. . .
ReplyDeleteguilty.
ReplyDeletei feel this tiger woods situation is being overblown.
ReplyDeleteLooks that way. Hit a fire hydrant?
ReplyDeletePlease hold them
ReplyDeleteDang it.
ReplyDeleteWe're alright still. Just need to answer with some points.
ReplyDeleteAnd then a tree...but was going less than 33 mph and is out of the hospital already...
ReplyDeleteScrew Tiger Woods..... Its the IRON BOWL
ReplyDeletewe need points. and good kickoffs.
ReplyDeleteThese super charged emotional first quarters leave me drained. Hope it hasn't left the team that way.
ReplyDeleteI know, the attention they are devoting to it seems especially overblown given that we are in the middle of the IRON BOWL. I hate golf.
ReplyDeleteI would settle for good defense and the score stays right where it is.
ReplyDeletetrue. I could live with that. just doesn't seem the way the game is gonna go...
ReplyDeleteNO Kodi under center..... PLEASE
ReplyDeleteZiemba just looked lazy.
ReplyDeleteoh boy, did we need that.
ReplyDeleteStupid Stupid move by Mcfadden.
ReplyDeleteCATCH A BALL!! But it looked like Bama's coverage guy hit Demond. And don't be stupid, we can't have penalties.
ReplyDeleteIt was 6, who is 6?
ReplyDeleteWalt.
ReplyDeleteahh...been missin some salsa. must have been waiting for bama to show up.
ReplyDeleteoh yeah. duh. I always get his number mixed up with Fannin. Do not ask me why.
ReplyDeleteThat would've been a game changer.
ReplyDeleteI don't see any Ref bias..... Seems to me they are letting them play Salsa.
ReplyDeleteUnless it is the week of the Masters, I couldn't care less about Tiger.
This is the Iron bowl....
oy, with the penalties.
ReplyDeleteAh well, it was fun while it lasted.
ReplyDeleteThird and long is our Achilles' heel.
And the stupid 15 yarder is gonna hurt chances to score before the half.
ReplyDeleteHow long did Todd plan on holding it?
ReplyDeleteZiemba needs to pick that up.
ReplyDeletesigh. oh well.
ReplyDeleteNot Todd's finest hour. He saw that coming, too.
ReplyDeleteHere is our chance to seize the momentum and take it to halftime.
ReplyDeleteplease please please score. please.
ReplyDeleteDarvin! Adams! I love him.
ReplyDeleteFannin just doesn't get tackled. We need him bad
ReplyDeleteI still don't understand where the corner was on that pass to D Adams.
ReplyDeleteThis is surprising for sure
ReplyDeleteGutsy performance so far
Hope he is ok... he was clearly rocked there.
ReplyDeleteNeedless to say however this ends, I was wrong with my impressions for the game
ReplyDeleteAll square at halftime.
ReplyDeleteWell, i didn't think I'd be disappointed with a 14-14 tie at halftime, but with how this game has gone I feel like we're losing.
ReplyDeleteWell...I'm glad that quarter is over. Here's to returning to 1st quarter form.
ReplyDeleteStruck a fire hydrant and hit a tree... whilst pulling out of his driveway. That's a pretty big spaz moment if I've heard of one.
ReplyDeleteAnd I do not like Tony Barnhart.
we should at least have some kind of points on our last two possessions.
ReplyDeleteCBS guys still give us NO chance. I can't say I blame them b/c though the score is tied.... that 2nd quarter sucked. Here's hoping the third quarter turns things around!
ReplyDeleteGood game but I hope Auburn didn't just have 15 minutes of glory and will come out firing.
ReplyDeleteI agree Cotton. It feels like we are losing. I think it's b/c we were on such a high the first qtr. We've got to come out and play like we did. (and dare I mention, call plays like we did in the 1st qtr as well).
ReplyDeletekeep giving the ball to fannin
ReplyDeleteJay how is JHS compared to other games in the past atmosphere wise?
ReplyDeleteTons of great recruits are in attendance...
Aren't there lots of former players in town? I like Chizik's halftime abilities. This is not a TT team that fails to correct his mistakes. Then again, this could be deja vu of the UGA game. Just don't know what to expect. And maybe that's a good thing.
ReplyDeleteGood point jhag. I forget about that whole aspect. I get caught up in the here and now, but there's a lot to be gained for the future by playing well and keeping the crowd in it.
ReplyDeleteHopefully CGM is putting together a game plan as we speak
ReplyDeleteGotta think this has been a good showing so far for recruits. If we can play with Bama right now, imagine what we can do with YOUR help.
ReplyDeleteI'm think this may get out of hand if we dont come straight out with points on the first possession.
ReplyDeleteNeed to score on this first posession
ReplyDeleteMan Cotton. I keep agreeing with you. We really need to put together a drive here and cash it in.
ReplyDeleteI do hope he had the game plan before the game.
ReplyDeleteA very good first half, although we need to find a way to make Bama pay for the pressure on the QB.
points! points! points right away!
ReplyDeletei feel like we need at least 14 more points to have a chance. doesn't mean we have to score them on offense, but 14 nonetheless
ReplyDeleteI know he has Karlos Dansby speak to the team and I know Ronnie Brown, David Irons are in town
ReplyDeleteHere's the starting point for Bama's first-half possessions, save for the last one as the half ended:
ReplyDeleteUA 40
UA 40
UA 42
UA 35
AU 45
AU 48
Despite that, they have only 14 points against the worst defense in the SEC.
My uncle's comment this morning when I said we had a good chance of beating Bama:
ReplyDelete"You shouldn't say things like that, it makes you look stupid"
I have never wanted to make someone eat words so bad.
we have been torched the few times we blitzed. gotta get pressure with the four down linemen.
ReplyDeleteyeah I think Kenny Irons is there too? They are all hosting a party at the KA house after the game... (they being DI, RB, KI and... one other person). I know this b/c I got a Facebook invite from KI (I used to friend all our players when I was in college- I assume he sent it to everyone on his friend list).
ReplyDeleteAsk the question now CBS who is the best back in the state?
ReplyDeleteI think Au says you may beat us but Ingram wont.
We should have someone short over the middle or in the fla and Todd should hit one when they blitz. This should be there every play.
ReplyDeleteWill the person that cares that Tiger Woods got a boo boo please turn to CNN and get these guys to stop talking about it?
ReplyDeleteDigger, I have been waiting for them to hit a slant over the middle when the blitz comes. Hopefully it is coming.
ReplyDeleteDemond, get the ball!
ReplyDeleteWhy do they keep calling him "Devon" Washington? Come on.
ReplyDeleteDang, terrible 3rd-and-short call.
ReplyDeletei wonder if fannin is out.
ReplyDeleteThat is my beef with malzahn, you need a yard and you call for a screen pass...he has done that all year. Line up in the I and see what happens
ReplyDeleteToooouuchdoooowwwwnnnnnn Auuuuuuuuubuuurnnnnnn!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't the Noodle now hold Auburn's record for touchdown passes in a season?
ReplyDeletewas that a replay of the WVU game?
ReplyDeleteso sweet...
And Todd will guide them through the murky waters of the Alabama defense and they shall see the light of the endzone and it will be good.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Heisman candidate had two chances to make one yard and he failed and he was a Heisman candidate no longer.
ReplyDeleteWar Eagle!!! Excellent stop defense!!!
ReplyDeleteMay National Championships be forgotten and the Heisman candidate too, one more good quarter of Auburn football and this Alabama team is through.
ReplyDeleteOh no!!! They said he had to throw. Oh no!!! Todzilla!!! Eeh!!! Eeh!!! Eeh!!!
ReplyDeleteBama wilting under the pressure? Bama commits a Ziemba? Wow!!!
ReplyDeleteBrodie!!! Brodie!!! Brodie!!!
ReplyDeleteJust do it!!! Take it to them. Stick the fork in. Finish this thing!!!
ReplyDeleteNeed some of that Malzahn Magic on this drive.
ReplyDeleteI am proud of our team! War eagle!!!!
ReplyDeleteFor those of you that missed it Auburn gathered at midfield for our standard post game prayer and the lone white jersey belonged to mr Greg mcelroy...our defense did what it needed to do and made him beat us...I have never felt so good after a loss.
ReplyDelete
