Dyer commits to the Tigers

Hey everyone. Our friends at AuburnSports.com, who have ace reporter Jeffrey Lee on the ground in Arkansas, are reporting that tailback Michael Dyer has committed to play football at Auburn.

Dyer stands 5-foot-8 and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He is Arkansas' all-time rushing leader with 7,566 yards and 74 touchdowns.

``Coach (Gus) Malzahn is a really good coach and I respect his offense a lot. I know he would do really good things," Dyer told AuburnSports.com. "People promise good things, but I have a great idea that he would do the things that he says he will."

ESPN lists Dyer as the nation's No. 1 prep tailback. Rivals.com and Scout.com rank Dyer third.

More to come on this development.

  2. Way to go, WEG.

    Big-time, 5 star substance!

    ReplyDelete
  3. Good news this is a step in the right direction now a long wait to signing day

    ReplyDelete
  4. I think he's solid. Hasn't really ever waivered.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Jet, the stars are aligning lately! In more ways than one! Hope this bodes well in my private life!

  6. Friday rumor: Tubs is going to Ware Jewelers to get the battery replaced for the watch he received for the Capital One Bowl by Wisconsin, then he's going to Kroger to pick up some Crystal Light packets.

    ReplyDelete
  7. We're pulling for YOU, WEG!

    ReplyDelete
  8. WAR EAGLE MR. DYER!!!!!!

Luv, the wifey has a wedding to go to next weekend. thus, i'll be a solo tiger.

    ReplyDelete
  9. This is a huge pickup for Auburn and the start to some more domino's falling in place!

    ReplyDelete
  10. As much as I like Tubs and his personal life, I am not interested in following him through his daily search for a job.......

    ReplyDelete
  11. I don't what made me think of this, but, speaking of Tubs, did anyone go to the UT game and see the sports section of the newspaper the morning of the game? It was very funny.

    ReplyDelete
  12. What do you think the bammers are saying about the Dyer commit?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Luv- They are saying that Dyer is no Trent Richardson by the way he looks in his topless photos :)!

    ReplyDelete
  14. They have Ingram (sophomore) and Richardson (freshman).

Alabama has plenty of impact TBs.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Michael- that might be the worst or best movie I have ever seen. sounds like a sandra bullock flick

    ReplyDelete
  16. I'm sure Bama didn't want Dyer

    ReplyDelete
  17. Bammer 1 we didn;t want him anyway

Bammer 2 naa Saban said he could look him in the eye and that was scary.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I planned for Sandra Bullock to play Bigfoot, actually.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Happy Michael Dyer Day!

    ReplyDelete
  20. I realize that, Jay G, but we all know it gets under their skin that AU got a TB that ESPN lists as the nation's No. 1 prep tailback and Rivals.com and Scout.com rank Dyer third.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Luv - the good bammer (if those 2 words can be used together, in reference to FSJ) probably is saying "Who cares what's going on at Auburn?" The typical bammer is talking ignorant trash.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I'll ask my Alabama experts at the gym today.

I always try to get in your shoes and imagine what I'd think about Man City getting some big-time baller like Kaka or Ronaldo.

As long as WE beat Man City, I couldn't care less about who they have on the roster.

    That's just me.

    ReplyDelete
  23. JGT they also have like 20 LB's but that didn't stop them from going after more.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I must admit, I can't name a single Alabama commitment... so I imagine the majority of their fans don't care about this at all.

The psycho online ones are probably reacting in predictable humorous ways.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I agree Jay. I don't even read the Bama articles in the paper cause I don't really care. But I still don't want them to win!!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Jay G, what the heck is Man City? Am I the only one who didn't get that reference?

    ReplyDelete
  27. thanks for b'day wishes everyone. I hope I feel this good in 10 years.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Rivals just dropped dyer to a 4 star recruit. Say he is tough enough to play in the SEC.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Man city = Manchester City. Crosstown rival of PL juggernaut, Manchester United. I hope they both lose.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Yes, LUV, I'm afraid you were.

    ReplyDelete
  31. btw, LUV, the "PL" refers to the English Premier League.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Not to thread-jack, but here I go.

    1. There will be recriminations against my co-host for what we'll call "the John Denver incident."

    2. How bummed would Jeff Lee have been if he got to Arky and Dyer broke out a hog hat?

    3. How come I have to re-register anytime I want to post something on HABOTN.

    4. Sorry I missed the HABOTN tailgate circuit last Saturday. I blame Gannett. Maybe Iron Bowl weekend?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Don't worry, LUV. I would have been just as clueless if THTjr didn't talk about West Ham every day.

    ReplyDelete
  34. THT, thanks, I didn't even think to type it out.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Oh, and also: Your Auburn University Tigers are 2-0 when J. Kev is in the press box. Me thinks I'll request a credential for the Bama game.

    ReplyDelete
  36. you better be there J-Kev!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Thanks, Tar Heel. I don't follow that kind of football AT ALL.

And, I was talking about the stereotypcial bammer. Fans like us and UAT fans like FSJ couldn't care less who the other team recruits. Like Michael and WEG, I have no idea who UAT's commits are. I probably can't even name 10 players on their current roster.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Comparing Man U / Man City Rivalry is like comparing Tennessee / Vandy. It's there, but does it really exist? It's a derby and all, I get it. Now if Liverpool was getting a baller then I would be concerned.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Back to work :(.....TGIF :)
Thanks for letting me be #1 again! DWWD!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Did Rivals really just drop him a star? There really is a Bammer conspiracy isn't there.

    ReplyDelete
  41. JKev- You can't truly live up to the name of your segment if you don't attend the Bama game and help fuel the Hate that we all share here that week.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hey, Hotties!

War Eagle, Mr. Dyer! We look forward to seeing you in navy and the appropriate shade of orange.

Regarding UA recruiting, I knew when they got Julio, but who didn't? The giant huzzah was kind of hard to miss.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Dyer is still a 5-Star, but Rivals has a history in the past of dropping big time Auburn Commitment's star ranking just magically after they commit. I think that was what WTC was make fun of.

    ReplyDelete
  44. "As long as WE beat Man City, I couldn't care less about who they have on the roster."

I'm with you on this outlook. Part of why I don't follow recruiting that closely at all.

    ReplyDelete
  45. You are correct Eddie.

    ReplyDelete
  46. speaking of The Hammers, well, I sort of mentioned them, I'm getting hammered here at work today. I am trusting the Hotties to make me proud at post 88.

    Cheers! Ciao! and WARRRRR EAGLE!!!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Welcome Mr. Dyer to the Auburn family. WAR EAGLE!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Keep those big time 'cruits coming. The more, the better.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I thought I was really explicit about this. No EPL references, and definitely no Man United references unless I am around. Everybody ready for the Battle at the Bridge on Sunday?

Odds that I just killed the thread with this post?

    ReplyDelete
  50. Funny stuff I saw on Sportscenter this morning:

    1. Bullrider celebrating staying on bull for 8 seconds by doing flip while leaving the ring. Bull smacks him from behind upon completion of the flip.
    2. Semi-pro football player returning punt is tackled by member of his own team. It was not a situation where they accidently ran into each other. The tackler completely wrapped him up.
    3. Mark Ingram still being touted for Heisman. He's not even the leading rusher in his own state, for crying out loud!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Sounds like Malzahn attracted Dyer. Very interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Eddie, I'm guessing that's the first and probably only College Women's Soccer highlight SportsCenter will show all year. Classy.

Like the old times when the only soccer highlights SC ever showed involved a riot. How about some more informed journalism.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Scott C- I thought the guy tackling his own player was in high school. I saw that video also. Looked to be a lineman of some sort and he just completely tackled his guy. That was good.

    ReplyDelete
  54. but those are the only things that make soccer interesting

    ReplyDelete
  55. Bro- Actually, they do show women's soccer when great plays or made. I've seen them on a few Top 10 countdowns and you will also see when the NCAA Champion is crowned. But you are right, usually only bad things.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Harrison...wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  57. There's a difference between a Top 10 play and minute and half highlight where more than a minute is spent covering the rough and tumble stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Eddie, it was an adult league game out in Las Vegas where the guy tackled his teammate. Either way, it was funny!

    ReplyDelete
  59. man, that soccer girl is viscous. Brandon Spikes doesn't have anything on her.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Maybe the other girls told her she was thick and sticky and that's why she was so mean to them.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I don't mind tough girls, not sure I want one that will beat me up tho.

    ReplyDelete
  62. WEG a Double WOOHOO! for Dyer

    ReplyDelete
  63. Probably the most impressive thing about Dyer is his ability to adjust his height. Not every player can do that. I have seen him listed anywhere between 5'8" and 5'10". Being flexible to make those kind of adjustments is something I like in a runningback.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I didn't know that Dyer would be playing on ESPNU tonight.

    Interesting...

    ReplyDelete
  65. The team that Dyer is playing never punts. They go for it on all fourth downs. There was a story on si.com about it

    ReplyDelete
  66. Harrison- That is cool. Somebody actually plays it video game style. What is their record?

    ReplyDelete
  67. that would be the exact opposite of 'living to punt', eh Harrison?

    ReplyDelete
  68. i believe the article said they are 7-2.

    ReplyDelete
  69. yep. In the same article Mike Leach said he liked the idea, surprise. He also likes pirates

    ReplyDelete
  70. He doesn't like fat girlfriends, though.

    ReplyDelete
  71. he sure doesn't. His wife better be super hot if he's gonna talk liek that

    ReplyDelete
  72. A rational thought ...

A month ago, I didn't think this. Mark Ingram is legitimately a Heisman candidate. He is clearly talented, and is the pre-emiment offensive force on a top-3 team. That's a one-way ticket to the Heisman discussion.

I wouldn't be surprised if he jumped to the head of the pack after Faker's team puts a beat down on the Hat tomorrow. May not happen that way, but I have a feeling it will.

I'm all about hatin' UAT, but I'm not going to trade my ability to be rational as well. By the objective standards (yards per game, yards per carry, TDs per game), his stats are better than Ben Tate's. If I had a Heisman vote right now, I'd probably vote for him.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Speaking of Leach, he had a great cameo on Friday Night Lights talking about.....pirates.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Eddie - That is just Insane!!! That's one dirty playing little witch!!

I must be demented - I enjoyed it......

    ReplyDelete
  75. Jet- You coming out of the closet here?

    ReplyDelete
  76. Logan- It was amazing the things she was getting away with in the game and it just seemed to escalate, maybe not, hard to escalate from a punch in the back to begin with.

    ReplyDelete
  77. There has been a mass shooting in Orlando. It amazes me how often someone wants to go out in a blaze of stupidity.

    ReplyDelete
  78. I also think the Tide puts a beatdown on the other tigers too. I don't have a problem with Ingram's "Heisman run"

    ReplyDelete
  79. My standing as a UAT hater is well established and permanent. In fact, I'm saving up a lot of my vitriol for Nov. 15 and beyond.

Sometimes, you gotta give the devil his due, and it turned out, the guy on the boat with Julio has been the real stud this year.

    ReplyDelete
  80. I'm not saying Ingram's not good. And I understand the top 3 team ranking. I just don't see anything that clearly separates him from Tate or Dixon, the other 2 top RB's in the conference. Throw in Hardesty, too.

Honestly, a person I might seriously consider is C.J. Spiller. Guy seems to score a touchdown of 50 yards or more (whether returning kicks, running, or receiving) every game.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Urban Meyer has been fined $30K.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Jet- Who started the hate in here? :)

    ReplyDelete
  83. Mr. Jet, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this forum is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Man, Urban will be hurting after that fine. I wonder if he carries around that much money in his wallet?

    ReplyDelete
  85. I just hope Colt McCoy or Tim Tebow lights it up over the next couple of weeks so Rashaan Salaam Ingram doesn't win the thing.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Urban's fine is about 3 days worth of work to him.

    ReplyDelete
  87. RK- Is that a Billy Madison reference i'm sensing?

    ReplyDelete
  88. E-Bro ...

In the real world ... winning matters, too. Style points, etc.

Now, Tate circumcized Ingram at midfield after we win, then that might changes things ... significantly.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Jet- I see your true colors shining thru. I see your true colors....

Apparently they are crimson and white. :(

    ReplyDelete
  90. Eduardo ...

    You are dead to me.

    ReplyDelete
  91. You're missing another key component of the formula, Jet:

Being a QB. Only one RB has won it this decade. Bama has to make it to Atlanta and win there to have any chance for Ingram. Even then, my cousin Colt McCoy might (and hopefully will) beat him to the crown.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Eddie,

    That is correct.

    ReplyDelete
  93. i guess the hate never ceased after the segment this morning, eh?

    ReplyDelete
  94. Malzahn is the single reason Dyer committed. Case closed.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Plus, jhag, Auburn rules and everywhere else drools.

    ReplyDelete
  96. jhag, have you decided where you are going to college? Are you enjoying your fall break?

    ReplyDelete
  97. I remember when Jet used to hate, now I find out it's all shanigans. We were pioneers for Hate, apparently we hated opposite things...

    ReplyDelete
  98. My position is this:

    a) he's a legit candidate
    b) if I had a vote, as of now, I'd vote for him.

Doesn't mean I think he'll win, but he's more legit than Tate, Spiller, Dixon, Herring or Crompton.

I presume if the Gainesville win the SEC undefeated, His Eminence, the Dalia Lama of Gainesville, will win.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Scottie, does the hate ever cease?

    ReplyDelete
  100. Oh, I hate UAT. With a passion. I hate UAT.

And I love lunch. Which is where I'm going now .

And I hate driving to Mobile. Which is where I'm heading this afternoon for a sure playoff blowout.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Jet:

    I agree..

Ingram has been fantastic this year.

    ReplyDelete
  102. nope, never Luv.

happy driving Jet. if you stop off in Wilmer tell my mom 'hi'.

    ReplyDelete
  103. FSJ, wasn't it T. Richardson that everyone was talking about pre-season?

    ReplyDelete
  104. Jet,

    a) Only 'cause nobody is really setting the world on fire this year.

    b) Are you crazy? Vote for some bench-sitter for Idaho before you vote for a Bammer!

    ReplyDelete
  105. Jet- gotta go to Mobile tonight too. blech

    ReplyDelete
  106. Luv,

Yeah, because Trent was the stud recruit of the last class. He's playing ahead of another good back named Upchurch, but you are gonna have to so something special to unseat Mark before he leaves after his junior year.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Jet:

I'm probably going to watch Gadsden beat up on Huntsville tonight. This is their annual playoff win before choking in the second round.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I'm surprised Ingram's Heisman campagin has not lost a little more momentum after UT.

Again, I concede he is a great running back and he's done great this year. But it was his fumble that sparked UT's comeback and nearly cost the Tide their undefeated season. I'd vote for a Bama defender before Ingram. I said that a few weeks ago, and I still say it.

    ReplyDelete
  109. fsj- i went to Glencoe, i thnk they made the playoffs for the first time in a looonngg time

    ReplyDelete
  110. E-Bro,

The problem with Ingram against UT is that they didn't run him enough.

Yeah he fumbled on a good play by the UT defender, but that was his first lost fumble since he's been at Alabama. Pretty good if you ask me.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Harrison,

I've seen Glencoe play three times this year. They are very well coached.

Lee Ozmint does a great job. If you could swap Glencoe's staff for Gadsden's they would be in the running in 6A every year.

I keep thinking that eventually Gadsden will can Billingsley and make a run at Rush Propst who is from nearby Ohatchee.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Jet & Everyone Else- Below is the post where the hate really started to be born on here. Apparently I was Jet's hero, now I'm dead to him. OH well :). Actually, it's funny to look back at these old posts knowing what we know now, but it also reminds that we have several people that don't post anymore along with a bunch of people here now that weren't here last year. I love this place. My favorite spot on the net.

Bama Hatin' on Habotn at it's beginning

    ReplyDelete
  113. Harrison,

One other thing....I don't think Glencoe has a player that is bigger than me but they get after you.

The run the spread and have a pretty good QB. They are 3A but have beaten a 5A school and a couple of 4A schools this year.

    ReplyDelete
  114. i had some buddies go back home for the hokes bluff game and said the same thing. I am impressed. We have usually stunk so bad

    ReplyDelete
  115. FSJ, again, I'm not saying Ingram isn't great. My point is that Heisman candidates are generally held to a higher standard and the first game after his first real week of hype, he almost cost his team. No shame in that. It happens to anyone. Just saying.

Like 1992, if Bama goes on to win everything this year, reason #1 will be the defense, even as good as Ingram is.

As for tIngram in the UT game, they definitely didn't run him enough, but that said, their only real success running him was the from the Wildcat, when for some reason, UT refused to bring up a safety into the box.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Anonymous12:22 PM

I'd vote for a Bama defender before Ingram. I said that a few weeks ago, and I still say it.
    =======================

I've said the same. Ingram is an excellent back, but he won't win the Heisman. Bama has been winning with defense. Heisman winners are lately QBs. A RB who wins it better have crazy-good stats...like a 2000 yard season.

Tebow will win it again for the simple reason that they'll want to honor him as one of the greatest college FB players ever by giving him a 2nd Heisman..plus his career stats are just sick...

    ReplyDelete
  117. I agree that if we win it all it will be because of the defense......buttttttttt

If we do say (by some miracle) win the SEC and are undefeated with Ingram being basically our offense...He will finish in the top three and may win it.

    ReplyDelete
  118. When is the Heisman awarded each year.

    Since we've rarely have a candidate, I don't keep u too well.

I know it used to be before the bowls.. (Hello Gino Toretta)

    ReplyDelete
  119. Anyone fine it ironic that Urban Meyer, the beneficiary of what seems to be alot of the "bad" calls is the first one to get fined for speaking out against the refs?

    ReplyDelete
  120. Apparently Meyer was fined $30K according to ESPN

    ReplyDelete
  121. FSJ- It is usually the week after the SEC CG if I recall correctly.

    ReplyDelete
  122. dangit Eddie..beat me to the punch

    ReplyDelete
  123. No question there, FSJ. Despite what I've said, I'm enough a realist to know how the Heisman works. He would definitely be in the top 3 at that point. His biggest fork in the road then will be an undefeated Texas team and Colt McCoy, even though I think Texas, like Bama, is doing it with defense first.

They're certainly more explosive on offense than Bama is, but I don't think that defense gets enough credit. Texas Saftey Earl Thomas is a man.

    ReplyDelete
  124. so Eddie, is that officially when the HATE began?

it's crazy reading that stuff and remembering posting that stuff a year ago. and i usually can't remember anything.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Eddie,

Thanks for the flashback... I was all over that "Paul Rhodes to Utah State" rumor.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Anonymous12:31 PM

previous three RBs to win the Heisman...

    2005 Reggie Bush 1740 yards
    1999 Ron Dayne 1834 yards
    1998 Ricky Williams 2397 yards

At this point in time, the Heisman is a QB award...simple as that. For a RB to win it, he has to have CRAZY numbers.

Ingram is good, but as one sports writer said (Chris Low, I think), he might not even be the best back in the state of AL...

    ReplyDelete
  127. I too loved the flashback..

I also loved the two weeks of hate.

    Fun times on HABOTN...

The weeks before and after the Iron Bowl last year are the best I can remember on any board.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Random thought, but...

Alabama-Tennessee, the South's most bitter rivalry (so says Clay Travis).

    Agree or disagree?

    ReplyDelete
  129. Apparently he's never been to Auburn or Tuscaloosa the last week of the season.

Interestingly enough I think the players are more civil than some of the fans.

    ReplyDelete
  130. To me, the very definition of bitter is two teams refusing to play each other for 40 odd years because they couldn't agree on the per diem. Or is that just petty?

    ReplyDelete
  131. I understand the Fulmer stuff has escalated things in recent years, but there has to be a history of bitterness, not just a 5-10 year period.

I mean, I know Bama and UT have and always will hate each other, but...

    ReplyDelete
  132. Bitter...petty... Is there really a difference?

    ReplyDelete
  133. http://blog.al.com/press-register-sports/2009/11/lerner_shines_outside_the_spot.html

Max Lerner, whose life was once an open book on MTV's "Two-A-Days" reality series, is junior safety at Furman.

    ReplyDelete
  134. FSJ- I bet you enjoyed the week that Chizik was hired also on here :).

    ReplyDelete
  135. Scottie- That is the best I can tell from reading the old posts.

    ReplyDelete
  136. By the way, in the flashbacks, E-Bro plays the role of Michael4AU. He felt the need to get away from the name "Michael" as fast as he could on here.

    ReplyDelete
  137. E-Bro,

    I agree...

UA/UT is probably the most historically significant rivalry in the SEC due to where both teams rank all time.

However, there is no doubt that Alabama/Auburn or Auburn/Alabama for my HABOTN friends is the most intense.

The thing about the Iron Bowl is that "usually" the best team wins..Not always the case, but usually that is what happens.

The Bama/UT series is totally different. There was a 10 year stretch or so where Alabama won 8 or 9 in a row and Tennessee probably had better players in most of those years. Thank you Johnny Majors.

    ReplyDelete
  138. The week Tuberville was fired and Chizik hired was an interesting week. I had ALOT going on that week. And still couldn't be pulled away from HABOTN.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Yeah, I'm not one to step on toes, and knew early on that either I didn't want to be disrespectful to all that Michael brings to this blog or in no way whatsoever did I want to be associated with what he brings to this blog.

Kind of a double edged sword, but there ya go. Thus, from the ashes of Michael4AU arose E-Bro.

    ReplyDelete
  140. The UT rivalry became even bigger for Alabama after Fulmer got them in trouble and it happened during a time they couldn't beat Auburn so many of their fans focused their attention to Knoxville.

However no game means more to their respective fan base than the Iron Bowl.

    ReplyDelete
  141. I've always had the same name on here and on any of the other blogs I've been rumored to have been ran off from.

Mainly because I'm too lazy to change.

    ReplyDelete
  142. Agreed FSJ.

I accept the Third Saturday in October Rivalry as one of the country's best, but like you said, it's based (until recently with the Fulmer stuff) more in the fight for historical supremacy.

The Iron Bowl is and always has been a good old fashioned hate-fest. The quintessential 365 days a year rivalry.

    ReplyDelete
  143. RK,

There is no doubt who I would rather beat this year.

I was at the UT game..and was thankful to win....but

I think I'll just drink myself into oblivion if we lose the Iron Bowl.

    ReplyDelete
  144. I was Originally Eddie4AU, but now, Eddie is just fine. This future poster may just go by "E" :)!

    ReplyDelete
  145. If you ever want to figure out what games mean more, just lose it and see how you take it.

  146. Exactly....

LOL I just noticed the flashback linked by Eddie is on a day I called into the Roundtable..

I believe I outted a few bammers here that day.

    ReplyDelete
  147. The Roundtable is dead to Habotn these days also.

    ReplyDelete
  148. I could only listen to The Roundtable when Jay G was on it...and half the time he was on it they would have that one guy who just talked over everyone.

    ReplyDelete
  149. I know it was posted earlier, but I wasn't able to watch the women's soccer video at work. I just wateched it. That Lambert girl is a BI***!!! Why does NMSt even allow her on the team? Her actions were totally and completely unsportsmanlike. Who knew women's soccer was so rough?

    ReplyDelete
  150. I make it a habit of not messing with women that I think can physically whip me.

    ReplyDelete
  151. You don't have to worry about that with me, FSJ. I've never been in a fight in my life.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Luv, are you flirtin' with the Bammer?

    ReplyDelete
  153. Scott C- Why, is she flirting with Jet? :)

    ReplyDelete
  154. Absolutely not. When FSJ said "messing," my mind didn't go there.

    ReplyDelete
  155. Poor Jet. He's not even here to defend himself.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Too bad i don't call into the Roundtable anymore..I'd throw Jet under the bus now.

    ReplyDelete
  157. I think I might have a date set up with Elizabeth Lambert for next Friday. Hope things go well.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Waker..

She will hurt you...and make you like it.

    ReplyDelete
  159. FSJ, I don't think she will have to do too much arm twisting, do you?

    ReplyDelete
  160. Waker- Wear a cup and shave your head and you will be good to go on your date.

    ReplyDelete
  161. It is my intent to raise the hate to great heats and heights.

Unfortunately, I must now take my leave for Mobile and drive back tonight, so I can go to AU tomorrow a.m.

    Hate UAT. Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    Jet
    Hater of UAT
    Victim of Eduardo's Conspiracy

  162. Dunnaway and Brown had Dyer on the show after his press conference. He said he was going to try to get Marcus Lattimore to come to Auburn too.

  164. Jet- We are just two men that started a hate quest. I never thought I would see one of us endorsing a hated back as heisman. That hurt and maybe I over reacted :). Can someone that truly hates bama with all his fiber vote for their back as heisman? I plead for Habotn to rule on the sanity of this issue :).

    ReplyDelete
  165. Jet was never sane, it's a non-issue.

  167. I've just realized that Alabama has not beaten LSU at Bryant-Denny since 1999. Time for that streak to end.

    ReplyDelete
  168. Continue the streak...it must live on! :)

    ReplyDelete
  169. I'm in awe of Scottieus Etheridge. That was great! Hurrah for Terry Beasley!!!

    ReplyDelete
  170. Eduardo ..

Maybe ... Just maybe ... there's a method to my madness.

    BWAHAHAHA.

    ReplyDelete
  171. When does a streak become tradition?

    Nice avatar Eddie.

    ReplyDelete
  172. FSJ - LSU only has about another 279 years of similar success in T'town to go to match UA-T's success in BTR

  173. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVNMvCL4j9Y

Cool video of a Deaf 19 year old girl who won the womens motocross championship. She's a pretty cool chick.

    ReplyDelete
  174. We have a girl at work who does motocross. At halloween a couple of years ago, she wore her gear. Where I work has two main campuses one in the south and one in the northeast. One of our VP's was there and speaking in front of everyone said "we don't have redneck things back home like that".

    Seriously, that happened.

    ReplyDelete
  175. I love how everything in America is PC and racist, except when it comes to "rednecks", we can call them names and make fun of them all day long

    ReplyDelete
  176. way to be there Michael. ;)

i tried to do you proud THT. my boss was calling me into his office so i had to do what i had to do, ya know?

    ReplyDelete
  177. Wow...those hate threads Eddie posted from last year were quite entertaining. I had forgotten how stinking funny Jet was being that week.

Not that hate is a funny thing, but you know....

    ReplyDelete
  178. Let the record show that ever since I gave Kristina's stock the "up" arrow, she has been posting much more.

    My tips are unbeatable!!!

  180. Michael is joking.

    ReplyDelete
  181. I've had the advantage of seeing a few of the Deep South's rivalries up close, and for my money, the fiercest hate I've ever encountered is between Ole Miss and MSU.

    No contest.

    ReplyDelete
  182. Faker is not joking.

    ReplyDelete
  183. Faker likes talking in the third person.

    ReplyDelete
  184. Ole Miss/MSU?

Has anybody ever been killed over the game?

I know that has happened because of UA/AU

    ReplyDelete
  185. Kristina, have you enjoyed your vacation? Was I that bad of a boss that you needed to take a month off?

    ReplyDelete
  186. and my stock keeps plummeting
