E-Bro - Horseshoe Bowl is on Peak 8. It's mostly 30% grade, though part of it is close to 40%.
It was the only thing I liked about Breckenridge. Everything else was too crowded. Snowmass is a fun mountain, though not difficult.
In my old age, I would love to be able to afford a week at Deer Valley. Groomed slopes everywhere and the food is absolutely incredible.

i like watching those extreme skiers and wondering how they survive what they do.
Why would you want to stay on groomed trails there? Besides the terrain park (which is fantastic), there's no reason to go to Snowmass if you aren't tearing through the trees and cliffs, or hiking the backcountry bowls.
the last time I was at Snowmass was in the mid 90s with 2 little kids. I don't think MrsTHT would have appreciated me taking them off a cliff!

I like snowmass a lot, and the vistas are incredible, but I think you pay a premium for extra ski patrol and other amenities, than for are for me.
I would pay a little less and go to copper mtn and little closer to Denver.
