He was the 58th overall pick.
"He's a no-nonsense runner," NFL Network analyst Charles Davis said. ``He and Eric Berry will have some of the most explosive meetings when they meet on the field next year."

ReplyDeleteFinally!!
ReplyDeleteWay to go, Ben. I am quite impressed with his social media campaign from a marketing point of view.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Ben Tate...the best back in Alabama.
ReplyDelete:-)
This is great for him.
ReplyDeleteSecond round? That's best-case.
Glad to see you admit it, faker :)
ReplyDeleteCody to the Ravens huh? Wonder if Ozzie Newsome had something to do with that? Nahhh.
ReplyDeleteWhere did the other QB's go?
ReplyDeleteAuburn up 5-2 over KY, bottom of 3rd, 2 on, 1 out.
ReplyDeleteSam Bradford Rd 1 pick 1 Rams
ReplyDeleteTim Tebow Rd 1 pick 25 Broncos
Jimmy Clausen Rd 2 pick 48 Panthers
nice. congrats 44!
ReplyDeleteTrent Mummey hit solo homerun, Auburn up 7-2, top of 5th
ReplyDeleteIt was fun watching Ben and his family on ustream. Ben was very humble.
ReplyDeleteJoe Cribbs was in the house.
ReplyDeleteBen Tate was not the best back in the state last year, but I don't think Mark Ingram was either.
ReplyDeleteStorms moving in now. Everyone be safe.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the baseball updates
ReplyDeleteJet-
ReplyDeleteTrent Richardson?
I'm scared of him.
Auburn tried to give it away. KY had bases loaded in top of 6th, but AU pitched out of it. 7-4 going into bottom of 6th.
ReplyDeleteWow, I thought Tate was going to be a third rounder. Pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteCall me a homer but Ben should have gone higher. I can see Spiller with his versatility going ahead of him but no other RB has all that he does. Tate may not have been the best back in the state, but I would not have traded him any of the others.
ReplyDeleteNew thread UPZ.
