Hey everyone. I'm off this week and, true to form, I'm not doing a whole lot.
My friend, local financial magnate Jeff Key, mistakenly believes that a lot of people read my little bloggish enterprise here. He's helping plan a nice little event here in Montgomery that will benefit the March of Dimes.
As someone who participates in the MoD's Wonder Walk every year, I am empathetic to his cause.
Here's the information.
What: Pancake breakfast to benefit March of Dimes
When: Saturday, May 5, from 8-10 a.m.
Where: Down the Street Cafe on Zelda
Price: $5 for adults; $2.50 for children < 12; $15 for families, which in this situation is defined as mom + dad + children.
How to get tickets: At the restaurant either before or during the event. Also available at Publix on Atlanta Highway and the trio of local Citifinancial havens: Atlanta Highway next to Arby's, Perry Hill Rd. next to Bruno's, North Eastern Bypass next to Brendle Rentals.
So let's get out there and save the babies!
