News of the day, 11/9
Hey everyone. I'm running a picture of Carnell Jr., aka Knowshon Moreno, today because my latest piece of journalistic brilliance is about the talented UGA back. He really is a lot like Carnell ... even down to the jersey number. I still think Auburn is going to win the game. There has been a quiet confidence at Auburn this week that makes me think they know something.
You're not alone: Kim Jong-il, grumpy Korean dictator, may read the Auburn blog on the 'net. I got a hit from Korea on Tuesday.

The motto around Georgia this week is: "I don't Think shon, I don't Believe shon, I Knowshon."
Whatever.
It's funny that Knowshon is the least highly-recruited and is lowest-rated of all of UGA's current backs (according to Rivals.com):
Thomas Brown 6.0
Kregg Lumpkin 6.0
Caleb King 6.0
Knowshon Moreno 5.9
Here's how Auburn's backs were rated:
Brad Lester 5.5
Ben Tate 6.0
Mario Fannin 5.8
Tristan Davis 5.6
Georgia has been able to pull in some studs at runningback since Richt has been there... but none have ever amounted to anything. Knowshon has had a few good games. We'll see if it continues.
One thing I know(shon)... it won't continue against Auburn's defense. For UGA to win, Stafford will have to have another superior game.
I love the guys at Rivals, I really do, but they have OT Lee Tilley (2006 signee) as a 4-star recruit with a 5.8 rating.
He is the least useful scholarship player of the Tuberville era. Four stars? Same player-valuation rating as Mario Fannin?
ALSO: Thomas Brown and Caleb King are really good players. I think they were worth 6.0s coming out of high school. Lester committed so early, which seemed to affect his rating.
Ben Tate was a STAR in high school.
