Getting things started, 9/13
Hey everyone. I'm still is scenic Columbus for today's epic showdown between Sly Croom's Bulldogs of Mississippi State and Your Auburn Tigers.
Toe meets leather at 6 p.m.
I'm planning to head over around 2. My goal is to post a video around 5 so you can get a feel of the Scott Field atmosphere. I skeeched an HD videocamera from my organization, so maybe you'll get to see lovely Starkville in high definition. Wouldn't that be an uplifting moment for you?

They have been great.
Rational discussion among fans isn't strictly a myth.
the talk with MSU fans has been nice. I don't think there is such a thing (i.e. a rational fan) in the corndog nation we will be dealing with next week.
As an Auburn fan, I have seen some putrid refereeing (word?) in my day...almost to the point where you would swear the refs were on the take; but I just witnessed the absolute worst call ever in the S. Carolina/ Georgia game. After the gamecock DB picked off a horribly underthrown ball from Stafford and was half way up the field, two flags came out which were presumably for a block in the back that I still havent seen. One of the flags was for pass interference on an uncatchable ball (by anyone other than a S. Carolina player), the other a block in the back. My question is this: If you have a pass interference how in the hell can you have a block in the back on a return? These idiots actually allowed GA to decline that penalty. Thank goodness this group of morons isn't in Starkville...oh thats right, the most powerful conference in the nation has plenty more incompetent blue-hairs to wheel out on the field......what a freakin joke.
best line of the morning...
"Fight the power."
You da man.
Thanks for the updates.
agreed kris, that was ridiculous.
