Thanks to everyone for a wildly successful Campfire on Thursday night.We had 377 participants during the 3+ hour party.

You've got UNC and jhag,...well it appears as a protest against AU not getting in, he abstained from selecting a winner.
I suck at this bracket thing. Although I'm very happy that Cal St- Northridge, didn't totally destroy my bracket as I was thinking might happen through most of that game.
Everyone must be sleeping late from all the tourney and campfire action last night.
OK, I'm not going to win the bracket challenge - but I do win the ditz award this morning. I just read on Auburn's website - Auburn Arrives in New Jersey, Prepares for NCAA Tournament. I clicked on the article to see what their "new jerseys" looked like!

Campfire last night was extremely fun and while it was a tough hauling my tookus out of bed at 4:45 this morning it was worth it!
I was just happy I was able to keep up with the campfire last night!! As for my bracket? I'm in 63rd place in d.Miller's group. Oh well, at least my final 4 group is still in the hunt!
I never thought 13 out of 16 would have me tied for 17th. You guys are on fiyah. I thought Miss. St. would have a shot; I guess not.
I got a little upset crazy with MSU and VCU. I should've known to not take VCU. ESPN has been saying for the past week that they would surprise everybody...

It does mrtommy. I, like you, am optimistic about the new coach, but after the last couple of years, i'm skiddish on Auburn Baseball. We seem start out hot and then fade into a black hole.
Sorry I missed out on the campfire, I was watching the games on TV and Eric Clapton jamming with the Allman Brothers Band on my computer.
I'm off to a 14-2 start so far with Miss State and Cal letting me down.
i still don't know how State won the SEC tourney.
Well if he can do here the same thing he did at Col of Charleston we will be well on our way.

Losing 2 out of 3 to FSU and especially Elon is a lot of it. Plus we haven't played a difficult early season schedule. We'll know soon enough about this team.
Morning Hotties - I enjoyed my time in the Campfire with you last night. Sorry I had to leave early but a free dinner at Ruth's Chris was not to be missed. About to jump on the plane to head back home finally. War Eagle.
That would explain a lot of it RK. I just took a look at the schedule. Seems we don't like to play away from home too well either.
Harrison - State won the SEC tourney because the SEC isn't good at basketball this year.

Michael - How bout that BC situation.
Question - I just saw some actual football news about practicing leading up to A Day. Any one have thoughts about those practices being closed to the public? I thought it would be beneficial.
State isn't very good and the SEC isn't any good. Shouldn't the league have imploded on itself? Like the ACC did in football?

AU1 - the BC coaching situation is really complicated. It questions the very fabric of our belief system when it comes to applying ethics used in the rest of the workforce to the ethics used in athletic businesses. What do you think about it?
