I would try honey in coffee but my doc says watch that sugar boy. Even natural sugar in honey and fruit can cause trouble if your pancreus won't act right.

I was ailing yesterday, and finally checked out about 10 ... so I missed the end of the FSU-Wisc. and Ohio State-Siena games.
You could smell a FSU gag job coming from 3 miles away about 2 minutes into the second half. FSU scored a scintillating 18 points in the half. I was proud of Siena, since it was one of the few games I got right in the first round.
In honesty, I thought our standing as a No. 1 seed was somewhat dubious. I've watched a good bit of hoops this year, and I thought Va. Tech was better than we were -- and they're going home.
Baylor looks pretty good too. We know what Florida and Kentucky can be and what they've been when they don't play well.
I hope we have a strong crowd Tuesday. They packed the joint today in Blacksburg.
Yea, Jay, thank you so much!! I have been watching it on the computer - I didn't even know my satellite had alternative ESPN channels. But, I found it.
