Can you explain the contents of this twitterfeed? Do I get tweets explaining that the page has updated, or is it more of an RSS feed thing where I have to maintain my feed and the articles come in whole? Will I be able to read comments there, or just here. I know, I could wander over to twitter and look around until I found all of these answers out, but that would take time, and I'm getting ready to make pancakes.
