I hope you have a swell day. At least it's not raining.
My big gift was a Wilson Evolution basketball, indoor ball, real leather, necessary because the YMCA people choose to spend annual fees on new centers in different parts of town. That means the Bell Road branch gets neglected. Do I sound bitter?
Anyway, my ball is awesome. Thanks, Santa!

ReplyDeleteMy Christmas dinner will be cuban style pork, plantains, rice and black beans. in laws live in Boca. Its sunny and warm.
ReplyDeleteNewton is supposed announce onNew Years Day. Maybe it is supposed to coincide with the game. Maybe the staff is making it a timing thing to get some talk going about a top rated prospect and giving Auburn some run.
ReplyDeleteChristmas Day last year I posted on HABOTN from Budapest.
ReplyDeleteThis year, I'm posting from work.
Guess which was more fun.
Dude, come kick it at Souteast Y with me and you will see a truly neglected Y.

ReplyDeleteI have one of those fancy Neverflat bballs. It's cool, but had way too much bounce unitl I broke it in.
ReplyDeleteI'm drinking a Jones Soda on I-10 headed to Louisiana for a five hour visit. The cap says "Climb a Tree." Jones Soda > All other soda companies (sorry seanzie).
There's almost a hundred pounds of unwrapped candy (gumballs, super sours, atomic fireballs, gummi worms, etc...) trapped in a UPS truck somewhere that needs to be here wednesday, but won't make it until next week. Booooo to the stupid candy company. Return to sender.
Is this love, is this love, is this love that I'm feeling?
Peace be with you, Hotties.
i am outta my ham coma and going back to bed. hope all had a nice holiday season.
ReplyDeletesanta left me a lump of coal in my stocking for all the hate. i ate it for breakfast with a glass of rusty nails. my hate grows stronger as we approach the new year....
ReplyDeletePecan pie, pecan pie....
ReplyDeleteGood gosh a-mighty it's a pecan pie.
Dukes up, Hotties. It's Boxing Day.
ReplyDeletep.s. I know what boxing day is, no need to explain that no punches are thrown. I know you're out there.
Good morning, Hotties! Off to hit those after Christmas sales. I LOVE shopping the day after Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI hope everyone got just what they wanted for Christmas! I want an Auburn win in the OB Bowl. Will you Hotties who are lucky enough to go to the game bring that back gift wrapped for me?
Hey Cincy.
ReplyDeleteTake an additional 50% off at the Brooks Brothers outlets today...makes something that was already on sale virtually free. I might stop and get a fancy suit if I pass one on the way back to Jacksonville (FL) today.

Good morning Hotties. We're broadcasting live from Dear Leader's Uranium Processing Plant, where I'll have a doubly long work day today.
ReplyDeleteWhatever you not-at-work folks are doing, y'all have fun.
THT, I hope you win at solitaire or hearts today.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I had no internet service before to tell everyone Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI hope all of the hotties had a very Merry Christmas! I hope you got everything you wanted, and got even more joy out of seeing someone enjoy their gift from you!
ON PULLING FOR UAT ...
ReplyDeleteThere's a time and a place to pull for UAT.
The time is never. You can figure out the place.
Good Morning Hotties.
ReplyDeleteBrooks Brothers, PF? Nice.
After many hours of Google map, Atlas study and road construction survey I have decided there is NO good way from Rainbow City to Tampa. So I am going to go I20 - I75 get off on US41 south of Tifton.(to miss 43 miles of single lane construction between Tifton and Valdosta.) get back on I 75 at Adel and boogie on south.
ReplyDeleteglad you got you a new ball homes.
ReplyDeletegot my PS3, NCAA, & Madden. i'm set. now if i could only get my internet connected to the freakin' thing i'd be set.
weagles hotties!
Thanks for the heads up on the construction digger!!
ReplyDeleteJust took a look at weather.com - they're showing another AU rain game. I'm hoping that changes.
ReplyDeletedigger - what's your source for I-75 lane closed?
ReplyDeleteThis site shows no I-75 construction listed in Georgia.
THT My brother in law just traveled I75 to Fla last weekend and said coming out of Adel Ga just north of Valdosta he had single and sometimes two lane traffic all the way to just south of Tifton. 30 minutes ago I was on the same site and it covered a project on going in that same area. I went back there and it is gone. Santa must have fixed this 7 year project that has been ongoing for three years, so far.
ReplyDeleteI found the site
ReplyDeletehttp://www.wctv.tv/home/headlines/79557677.html
Big Ten network is replaying NW vs Iowa. It's an opportunity to get a look at our next opponent.
ReplyDeleteBoxing Day?
ReplyDeleteWe ain't part of the Old Empire anymore. Ain't no Boxing Day as far as I'm concerned..
Digger,,,
ReplyDeletethat part of south Georgia is awful.... i have driven it a few time in the last year... adjust your time accordingly..
THT.... if you hit your quota maybe next year I will get you that lead protection vest you asked for...
keep that "glowing" feeling...
IV and 2 sons will be traveling south on I-75 from Hotlanta to Tampa. Is there any other sites showing construction that hasn't been mentioned? I know that one son and I will encounter construction on I-85 heading to Hotlanta to retrieve son number 2 but I can't find anything about I-75 South construction.
ReplyDeleteIV - see my post above plus there is minor construction around Macon.
ReplyDeleteThanks Digger. The construction doesn't bother me as much as the weather report as it stands for now. They are saying rain, rain, rain for the game. I sure hope that changes before next week.
ReplyDeleteSure looks like another wet game for Auburn. I would rather not have to sit through rain but I will.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the Hottest Road Construction Blog on the Net. Keeping you up to date on the highways on the Information Superhighway.
ReplyDeleteWhy? Because it's your asphalt!
Hola Hotties. Hope everyone except Jet had a very Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteIV - the construction on I-85 has now opened up considerably and shouldn't really be much of a factor in your travels.
I didn't hit the various links people provided but try www.georgianavigator.com if it's not one already posted.
I'm getting abused at work. I'd rather be HABOTNing.
ReplyDeletethe construction north of Tifton is real and heavily patrolled. I haven't seen it one lane in a couple of years, but have not been through there since the Auburn UGA game. I advise driving through it during off peak times.
