Q just said on the broadcast, 99% of the time if we line up on offense with our linemen down it's a run/ 99% of the time if we are sitting back it's a pass.
Much like the Nallsminger of 03 where if the TE was on the left, the run was the the left.

Look, a QB isn't going to get us out of this chaos. It is going to take a whole lot more than a change there. Chris Todd wouldn't have done anything on the last drive either, and obviously Caudle and Trotter can't even take a snap. Auburn has way bigger problems than just at QB. We can all say goodbye to Tubs because he is outta here.

Ive always been a CTT supporter. Have been around him many times, incredible person.
But, this season, and what has happened, is all on him. The team is lost, they dont want to be together, they dont want to play, they are just going through the motions.
CTT created this mess, and it will be his downfall.

I think the Ole Miss Mafia went whining about Franklin after he took charge on Tuesday and Tubs pulled the plug a little too quickly. That's why you don't want to be your employees pals.

I never thought I'd see a time again where we weren't a tough football team. I thought the Bowden era toward the end where we were soft was a fluke, but we are soft.
Well that's still sad, because if the SEC west was down and we have only gotten to Atlanta twice this decade, that's not good either.
I hate to say it, because I like Tub, but maybe 10 years at one school is enough.
I really don't see a decent coach wnating to come to Auburn. Especially with Saban in the same state. Think about it.

Tubs got schooled by someone who was slated to have his job. Tubs went all in with firing Franklin, and, well he got the aces laid down on him. Ouch, freakin hurts. I feel for the players.

Running backs ran the ball 13 times for 43 yards.
Burns ran it 15 times for 38 yards.

Todd 3/10 18 yards and 1 int/3 sacks
So why fire the pass happy- sideline to sideline running OC; and then do nothing but just that the entire game. At least it would have run off some clock, and maybe D is fresher.
Also, how many times did Arky run the crossing route for 30 yards a pop. Could we not see that coming??

Who decided to play Chris Todd? Bad decision. Its obvious he cannot handle the pressure of being put in crucial situations. He holds on to the ball too long, he makes dumb decisions, his speed is that of a injured elephant. At least Kodi can run and pass decent. Kodi did not get a lot of help from his receivers. Kodi is the better of the two in my opinion

It has nothing to do with Tuberville; it has everything to do with Petrino. He stiffed Louisville. He lied and bolted Atlanta. He has no class, no integrity, and no place in Auburn.

Did you something from Kodi that I missed? I saw a guy make one play the whole game, and that was breaking a way from someone who had his arm and underthrowing a WR that was wide open that had he hit him in stride it's a TD.
Seriously, I don't see where Kodi did anything that much greater than what Todd did.
I give Tuberville a 15% chance to make it into next season.
This loss is going to resonate.
He's at his best with his back against the wall, but this is going to be a seriously long climb out of a really deep hole.
steve from Columbia. This team has progressively gotten worse since 2004. This is not just one year, but a conintuation. How can you not see that.
I think he has to win out to stay...maybe if he loses one of the last two in a close nailbitter where coaching decisions aren't questioned he'll get to stay.

I'll be pissed if Tubs loses out and wins againt Bama, thus buying him one more year. We should not base this season on the Bama game. It's time for him to go.

Spurrier might want to get out of SC, he isn't doing to much there.
If we lose out and win against Alabama...that's still 5-7 and he's still gone.
Even going 6-6 and you add in the game with TN-Martin & Alabama as win, I think he's still gone.
I don't think we'd go after someone of Spurriers age if we are looking for a coach.
wareaglek. He can throw decent and run well. His receivers don't really help him either. Unlike Todd, he actually drove the team down to the 5, and it wasn't his fault that they were terrible play calls in those 4 downs. Todd will just stare a down a receiver and throw it in the hands of a corner. The offensive plays calls are just terrible.

I'm at a loss as to why Auburn was throwing the ball inside the five yard line late in the game. I was positive that Tuberville would pound the ball in that situation.
WOW I thought the play calling was bad for the first six. Ace anyone? Arkansas is among the worst at defending the run...so...we..throw it? I could have done a better job calling this game and I am a complete idiot! I apologize for asking if the play calling could get worse after Vandy (who lost to Miss. St.).
I thought Franklin had lost it, but it must have been me, once again the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
They have to try to point out the positives, it's their job. Turn Finebaum on Monday if you want to hear the bashing.
Once Burns 1st target is covered he scraps the play and tucks it and runs.
He paniced with 50 seconds to go and tucked and ran and didn't come close to a 1st down so the clock kept running.
He did throw two really bad int's.
Yes, he's got far more talent that Todd, but unless he can get over his nerves and take advantage of the chances he is given, he isn't a good QB.
This game was his chance to shine and at the half he was 0-4.
Yes he got us in position to score at the end on a broken play where the WR was wide open and he had to break stride to get the ball...but once down on the 4 yard line he made 3 bad passes.
Yes, he has talent. I haven't seen it be anywhere near consistant.
Guys, I just think our offensive line is really bad and we can't block for the run OR the pass.
His first INT was from a receiver not catching the ball and knocking it up in the air. The ball was a little high but the receiver still got his hands on it and knocked it straight into the air. That should fall more on the receiver than on Kodi. I'm not saying that Kodi is an awesome QB, BUT i am saying he is better than Todd and that Todd should have never been in the game. Oh and his INT cost us the lead.
okay 90% +/- of this board has more football knowledge than me....what is wrong with the offense? Playcalling, execution, talent please inform me.
