D allowed 297 yards. But I think ( I hope) they're starting to get it. I don't know enough to tell whether they're still doing young mistakes or not, but I didn't like seeing their receivers getting wide open those times that they did.; 11:02 PM

1st State TD drive ... 3rd and 13 ... State throws short pass to the sideline ... Demond Washington plays the ball instead of the man ... he doesn't get it and State gets the first down and it leads to the TD.

State FG drive ... we don't account for the running QB and he runs 26 yards to first and goal.

Blocked punt for TD.

Final State TD drive ... 3rd and 7 just inside AU territory. Etheridge lolly gags and never lines up on the receiver who gets the easy first down. Then comes the big play and the Dawgs get their TD.

Special teams ... a shank, poor coverage, a dropped punt, nothing special on returns, and, of course, the punt block.

Offense ... Drops! DROPS?! Todd was falling off on some of his passes.

I love it ... a 25 point win where the coaches have plenty to fuss about and keep the team humble and focused.; 11:23 PM
