Hey everyone. I made another appearance on the WMSP morning show today. Not much going on there, though I pointed out how weird it was to me how many folks figured Ben Tate clearly prefers Kodi Burns.We already have another satisifed customer.

Jay G here is one for you to post on your blog. You are a bitter, childish beat writer that has tried to get another job for 10 years now. When you come on John and Barrys show and predict Auburn to win 8 or 9 games and say your leaning to 8, then you go on the Round Table and predict 10 wins and say I quote, "they are going to be very good if not great" what Auburn fans suppose to think?
JAY G SPEAKS: Hey Carney. Thanks for your support. Opinions evolve and, yes, mine evolve as well. I believe this is a 9-win team. If I had to go higher or lower than that, I'd now go higher. As for "trying to get another job for 10 years," you simply aren't aware of the facts. Thanks for playing.

Sending WMSP a disparaging email from your work address and asking me to post it on the blog is begging for trouble. I mean, seriously.
I don't understand why so many are in an attack or put down mode? Come on, folks; it's only a game that's there for our entertainment.
BTW I'm so thankful I have found this blog. I really enjoy SEC football, but I hate all of the "jawing" that goes on. That's the reason I've stopped listening to 740.

I'm embarrassed that an Auburn fan sent that to Jay. Why do people give a rat's ass so much about what people think? I mean, everybody's got an opinion. If others don't agree with you does this wound your self-efficacy?

But seriously, folks. This is a 10+ win team in my opinion. Anything less than 10 is a let down although not so different than any other Tubs's coached team.
"Carney" sent that to WMSP and, as you see there, asked for it to be posted.
"Carney" didn't email me directly. The email was forwarded to me by the WMSP people.
OOOOOH, in your face, Carney!!!! Jay Tate does a great job, the only person getting laughed at here is you! by the way, I'd rather have an honest opinion than a sugarcoated and delusional one any day. Leave that for the bammers.

This is really something else. Everyone has opinions that change on a day to day basis. Right now in my opinion I believe that Jay is a good man....tomorrow things may change....Just kidding Jay. Love the work and keep it up. I live in atlanta, with ties to montgomery and this site helps me get through having to listen to all the BS from the dawgs. It also keeps me from disliking Georgia more than Alabama.

Absolutely nothing is going on today once again. PPL has not been vaulted over the endzone pile on by John Douglas and Julio has not caught his game winning alley oop through the uprights and then back down comfortably in the endzone.

I'm always glad to talk about WMSP's morning show. I just thought this particular situation had run its course.
I just love the "FAT POS!?!?" in the original comment. See what I mean? We live in the third most obese state in the nation. Twenty-eight percent of adults in Alabama are obese. Cash money says at least half the people who rip me for weight are overweight themselves.
Plus, is there anywhere else outside of grade school where people publicly humiliate civilians over their weight? It's so far out there that I actually enjoy it now.

As a footnote, "Carney" has emailed the HABOTN Hotline (using his personal email this time) and said he is not the anonymous poster who called me a FAT POS!?!?
