    ReplyDelete
  9. Nice job, Kodi! Back to back plays including one (the first) that was just amazing in that he even got the pass off.

    ReplyDelete
  10. We are in missed FG range. Whoopie.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Anonymous2:10 PM

need to punch in a TD here

    ReplyDelete
  12. Anonymous2:10 PM

Wow, that red zone stat is depressing.

    12 td 6 FG 28 trips

    ReplyDelete
  13. Pump fake from Kodi? Who is this guy?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Anonymous2:10 PM

I am sorry, did someone else witness a good route and seperation? I want to make sure I am not dreaming.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I got so excited on that pass play that I ripped my DSL line out of the wall...

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  19. Anonymous2:12 PM

Well, i guess Tubby has just figured out that is isn't against the ruels to call those timeouts.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Anonymous2:12 PM

    Now they call a timeout?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Anonymous2:12 PM

    LOL James.

I know, Jay G? Who is this dude?

Maybe they said found the Bobby Petrino playbook from 02.

    ReplyDelete
  22. who is this coaching staff that actually used a time out?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Kickin? Gotta be Byrum, though he shanked a few in pregame.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Anonymous2:12 PM

    echo sorry

    ReplyDelete
  25. Wes kicked the extra point didnt he?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Sorry, I'm hungry and on that pass play I could almost taste the Papajohns pizza at Legion Field.

    I'm good now...

    ReplyDelete
  27. Anonymous2:14 PM

Throw it to the endzone, tubs

    ReplyDelete
  28. Anonymous2:14 PM

    Darn it!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Anonymous2:14 PM

    awsome!

    ReplyDelete
  30. three rushing - why not run it?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Anonymous2:14 PM

bleh. Try to not make me look stupid, Kodi.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Anonymous2:14 PM

Who was that supposed to go to Jay G?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Anonymous2:14 PM

    dang

    ReplyDelete
  34. that was a criticle mistake!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Goodness. He committed to throw the ball, decided against it, couldn't stop, threw it nowhere good.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I was hoping I was gonna get to wake up my husband with a Touchdown Auburn! Or at least Field Goal Auburn! Instead I woke him up with an expletive

    ReplyDelete
  37. chalk up another one to the choppy feet qb dance...

    ReplyDelete
  38. Anonymous2:16 PM

    So close, yet so far.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Anonymous2:16 PM

    A stop here is imperative.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Well...figs! Like I said earlier, Kodi is still a very inexperienced QB. INT's like that will be something that he either learns from, or he will learn to sit. I personally think he's a smart young man and will get better as he plays.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Good coverage there forcing Snead out of bounds...

    ReplyDelete
  42. Anonymous2:17 PM

    make sneed bleed!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Anonymous2:17 PM

    Dangole zone defense

    ReplyDelete
  44. that catch was in triple coverage.

    ReplyDelete
  45. It's wrong of me to have such intense dislike for McCluster, a kid. Maybe I'll catch 5:00 Mass.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Anonymous2:18 PM

Yeah, but Sneed threw it through the coverage to his man.

We float those as a general rule.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Mack trucks and Peterbilts

    ReplyDelete
  48. Anonymous2:19 PM

just keep it a 3 point game

    ReplyDelete
  49. Anonymous2:19 PM

    Has Enrique Davis played yet?

    ReplyDelete
  50. Kodi doesn't float man. He zipped that last INT, tyvm.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Anonymous2:19 PM

bet they run our zone sweep on us

    ReplyDelete
  52. Anonymous2:19 PM

Lots of flags in this game

    ReplyDelete
  53. Sheesh, guys it was QB sneak. Faskmask, seriously...

    ReplyDelete
  54. Anonymous2:20 PM

biggun there, we gotta make a play on d

    ReplyDelete
  55. Can't CTT get a custom cap? Does he have to wear an adjustable?

    ReplyDelete
  56. Gotta hold em to 3 here...

    ReplyDelete
  57. i've never been a big fan of schools that celebrate first downs with an organized crowd cheer...

    ReplyDelete
  58. Is that the first time we have stopped that dude?

    ReplyDelete
  59. Anonymous2:21 PM

And people ask me why I drink.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Anonymous2:21 PM

    I'm with Phred.

We need more dudes with dreads.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Oh that flag is complete and total crap...

    ReplyDelete
  62. Anonymous2:21 PM

These flags today have been pretty sketchy.

    ReplyDelete
  63. We are self imploding here...

    ReplyDelete
  64. That's a BS call.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Anonymous2:22 PM

    Ark 17 Tulsa 13

    ReplyDelete
  66. I'm headed down for interviews.

    Behave yourselves!

    ReplyDelete
  67. We need a turnover.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Anonymous2:22 PM

weight of the game is just too much

    ReplyDelete
  69. Anonymous2:22 PM

7 = done and dusted. Stop imperative.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I'll create a separate thread for post-game commentary.

    ReplyDelete
  71. We've got to be one of the most penalized teams around.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Anonymous2:23 PM

I didn't remember Ole Miss having the old school turf.

    ReplyDelete
  73. I've got that sick to my stomach feeling again. I thought I was over this.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Anonymous2:23 PM

Yep, we need a dude with dreads that can fake people out of their shoes.

    ReplyDelete
  75. remember when we used to recruit playmakers?

    ReplyDelete
  76. Anonymous2:24 PM

    just horrible

    ReplyDelete
  77. Crap. Another facemask

    ReplyDelete
  78. Anonymous2:24 PM

    OK these flags are BS.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Anonymous2:24 PM

    good grief

    ReplyDelete
  80. Anonymous2:24 PM

    more penalties

    ReplyDelete
  81. Anonymous2:24 PM

    another 4th quarter meltdown

    ReplyDelete
  82. Nice play by Ole Miss. As Stan just said on the radio "You can't coach speed". May be cliche but very true.

    ReplyDelete
  83. another bad call

    ReplyDelete
  84. Stan, sorry dude, his head turned. It was a facemask

    ReplyDelete
  85. He didn't get the facemask.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Ref's have played to big in too many games this year. Ours and other games.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Game over gang...

    War Eagle anyway

    ReplyDelete
  88. Anonymous2:25 PM

If he'd have been any more open, he'd have a drive-thru attached to his hip.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Anonymous2:25 PM

I miss 5 yard penalties. We only get 15 yarders, I guess we can say that we xcel at something.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Anonymous2:25 PM

They should have punted 8 plays ago. Stupid penalties prolonged that drive

    ReplyDelete
  91. Anonymous2:25 PM

pitiful, where was the de, absolutley poor coaching

    ReplyDelete
  92. do we need to start posting in the post-game thread because this game seems over...

    ReplyDelete
  93. We may score again but that will be it I'm afraid.

    ReplyDelete
  94. That interception was the old nail in the coffin.

    ReplyDelete
  95. That was...bad. I can't believe how easy our D made that for Ole Miss.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Anonymous2:26 PM

    Does anyone hear singing?

    ReplyDelete
  97. Anonymous2:27 PM

How quickly a game changes. We go from driving and talking about who is kicking the FG to they just scored a TD.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Anonymous2:27 PM

It's bad when 17 points and a 10 point deficit seem insurmountable.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Nutt will probably call for the onside kick here which we won't be prepared for!

    ReplyDelete
  100. We jinxed them au1

    ReplyDelete
  101. Marched it down Auburn's throat with how many penalty yards?

    ReplyDelete
  102. Anonymous2:28 PM

yeah, the game of football just seems too heavy for our guys to grasp. What do they do in practice? Is there a situation period? This is middle school stuff we're getting beat with here folks.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Anonymous2:28 PM

    ReplyDelete
  104. Anonymous2:28 PM

roman - I told you to go back in the shower!!

    ReplyDelete
  105. I said this earlier in the day - this team is beyond jinxing...

    ReplyDelete
  106. the interception was the nail in the pine box that tommy tuberville told ole miss fans was the only way they'd get him out of there.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Surprise, another penalty!

    ReplyDelete
  108. Anonymous2:29 PM

    There's the Ziemba meltdown...

    ReplyDelete
  109. Anonymous2:30 PM

    Nice. Creative play calling there.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Anonymous2:30 PM

Oh wait, something new. A flag.

    ReplyDelete
  111. roman - I told you to go back in the shower!!

I need a waterproof laptop. (Watching the game on Yahoo on line.)

    ReplyDelete
  112. what a suprise...draw play when we need big yardage

    ReplyDelete
  113. Anonymous2:31 PM

    That may be it gang

    ReplyDelete
  114. Anonymous2:32 PM

That last wormburner throw is indicative of the whole season.

    ReplyDelete
  115. So, tell me about Tenn Martin...

    ReplyDelete
  116. Anonymous2:32 PM

PUNTING? this doesn't make sense, and it didn't against WVU either.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Anonymous2:33 PM

WHOA! on a silver freaking platter, guys. let's get it.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Clock is about to be a factor. Five and a half minutes to go, down 10 points and punting. Do we have a quick strike/two minute package?

    ReplyDelete
  119. Ziemba always holds his breakdowns until the 4th quarter.

Burns throws the best one hopper in the SEC.

    ReplyDelete
  120. We get the ball back!

    ReplyDelete
  121. Anonymous2:33 PM

    kewl

    ReplyDelete
  122. Anonymous2:33 PM

    Here ya go Kristina.

    UT-Martin

    ReplyDelete
  123. Wow! We get to keep the ball. Ole Miss may want to give it away.

    ReplyDelete
  124. At this point UTM might take us out...

    ReplyDelete
  125. Anonymous2:34 PM

    these short plays aren't helping

    ReplyDelete
  126. Anonymous2:34 PM

Doesn't this give us false hope?

    ReplyDelete
  127. Anonymous2:34 PM

    Check their stats.

James, those guys can move the ball.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Anonymous2:34 PM

    throw down the field

    ReplyDelete
  129. Thanks, Mr. S. I was slightly joking, but it's crazy to see someone score 87 points! Did you send me the basketball link?

    ReplyDelete
  130. Anonymous2:35 PM

    swinton?

    ReplyDelete
  131. Anonymous2:35 PM

    James Swinton lives.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Swinton, 3rd catch of the year

    ReplyDelete
  133. Anonymous2:36 PM

    Nope, the can score, Kristina.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Anonymous2:36 PM

    That's your ballgame gang.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Anonymous2:37 PM

    I hate these clock rules.
Well, the clock doesn't matter now.
    Game over guys.

    ReplyDelete
  136. Anonymous2:37 PM

Excuse me, where was this earlier?

    ReplyDelete
  137. Anonymous2:37 PM

    Nevermind.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Anonymous2:37 PM

    Where was what?

    ReplyDelete
  139. On to the Florida/Georgia

    ReplyDelete
  140. Anonymous2:37 PM

beating us is simply a formality of taking the field and letting us beat ourselves, a well managed game is enough to beat us, simply run your offense and don't make negative plays, that is enough to beat auburn this year, simply showing up and playing, makes me sick.

    ReplyDelete
  141. I just do not understand this....

We need big yards and we run a draw. 2 yards to stop the clock and we air it out...was that play designed that way?

    ReplyDelete
  142. i'm changing my name to battlekitten

    ReplyDelete
  143. Well...if we were still in it before, I don't think we are now. At this point, it would take a miracle.

    ReplyDelete
  144. I think we now know why Kodi doesn't throw the ball down field.

He leans back every time like he's throwing a 60 yard hail mary.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Well said binoba.

    ReplyDelete
  146. great more false hope

    ReplyDelete
  147. who wants to bet that our best week of practice will be this week upcoming?

    ReplyDelete
  148. Anonymous2:40 PM

    um. holy hell.
    SNAP IT NOW

    ReplyDelete
  149. We keep getting all the breaks.

    ReplyDelete
  150. eh that will be reviewed

    ReplyDelete
  151. Anonymous2:40 PM

    Won't change the outcome.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Anonymous2:40 PM

Mr. S - I am behind, I was commenting on the offense that was moving the ball prior to the 3rd Pick

    ReplyDelete
  153. They showed the replay again on the big screen while reviewing it...

    ReplyDelete
  154. our one scoring drive was off of a big break...hopefully the refs don't over turn this one.

    ReplyDelete
  155. I actually think the ball was coming out before his knee hit.

    ReplyDelete
  156. If they uphold this call (and on the replay, it looks as if they should not), we may have our potential miracle.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Anonymous2:42 PM

    that can't be overturned

    ReplyDelete
  158. Anonymous2:42 PM

Please tell me so I don't again have to wait

    ReplyDelete
  159. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  160. Anonymous2:42 PM

make it interesting, give us the ball

    ReplyDelete
  161. Anonymous2:42 PM

    Reverse the call

    ReplyDelete
  162. Anonymous2:43 PM

thats bull. for real. no way in hell they could prove that from the replay.

    ReplyDelete
  163. So much for false hope

    ReplyDelete
  164. unless your the home team..

    ReplyDelete
  165. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  166. I'm saying this right now.... UTM has a better than average chance to beat this Auburn team.

4-8 is a VERY real possibility this year.

    ReplyDelete
  167. Next week's game could be a rough one. How many empty seats will there be?

    ReplyDelete
  168. Anonymous2:45 PM

i hope we get good tackling in at practice cause we are auful in the games.

    ReplyDelete
  169. Anonymous2:45 PM

    4-8

I just threw up in my mouth a little

    ReplyDelete
  170. Anonymous2:45 PM

    DL = sieve.

    ReplyDelete
  171. sorry..i posted the same thing twice

    ReplyDelete
  172. Anonymous2:45 PM

But you are right. They have a week off coming in to this game as well.

    ReplyDelete
  173. this is the kinda year that builds character...sigh

    ReplyDelete
  174. Tulsa now tied with Arkansas. Apparently Gus's offense can play in the SEC...

    ReplyDelete
  175. Anonymous2:46 PM

bowl, we don't deserve a bowl of cereal.

    ReplyDelete
  176. I think a jet just flew over...

    ReplyDelete
  177. Anonymous2:46 PM

    Lucky Charms?

    ReplyDelete
  178. Well this was worse than last week.

    ReplyDelete
  179. lowered have mercy - it's hard to watch this year...

    ReplyDelete
  180. Anonymous2:47 PM

not enough cold beer in the fridge to erase this one.

    ReplyDelete
