First Post: Monday of Week One
Hey everyone. I don't have much to say today for some reason. Maybe it's because the preseason feels like it has lasted three months. Maybe it's the rain and dour forecast. Maybe it's because of another late night spent at Auburn.
Or maybe it's because we're looking at another Monday. Who knows?
What I do know is this: We need to hold a campfire at some point this week. How does Thursday sound? Maybe we can do two sessions -- afternoon and evening -- because everyone works different schedules. How does that sound?
Here's the Auburn situation at this moment:

Auburn is off today. I don't expect anything to go down. I still have plenty of quality interview footage to show you -- ie Trooper Taylor -- but upload times here at HABOTN Headquarters are LONG. I need to get that straightened out.

Mon., Aug. 31, OFF
Tue., Sept. 1, 4:30 p.m. (Chizik presser at 11:30 a.m. CDT)
Wed., Sept. 2, 4:30 p.m.
Thu., Sept. 3, 4:30 p.m.
Fri., Sept. 4, OFF
Sat., Sept. 5, vs. Louisiana Tech, 6 p.m. CDT

JGT, i'm down for a campfire on thursday. a little chat during the USC-NC State thursday nite game sounds like a winner.

My management accoounting professor isn't gonna like me campfiring and watching a football game on ESPN360.com while he's instructing.
That's why you gotta be incognito, PF.
She'll get over it, Frankenbummer.
Chris Todd
jhag does it all the time.
Use that brain PF...get inventive!
Doin it, right about NOW
true...and a crusty old grad-school professor is way less likely to say something than an angry HS teacher. Count me in.
Rich Rod's players turned him in? Did I hear that right?
That's the story, K.
Sorta Kristina, HAHHAHA
Kristina, that's they way it reads on espn.com. says they interviewed 10 or 11 players and 6 confirmed the reports.
I'll just record his lecture and listen to it on the way home. No way I'm missing the opening game of CFB season and the official gameweek campfire.
I am wondering if they were asked by someone and answered honestly or if they actually outed him to someone.
I can't wait to see the lights on at JH
PF, if i told you that while you were in class thursday nite i was going to be at home, in my auburn room, with my auburn kids, watching the game in glorious espn high-definition, drinking a Coke Zero with a little adult concoction mixed in, would that make you angry?
;)
New thread UP.
If I told you all be in Tallahassee this weekend at the Pike hosue staying with my brother with two HD screens in his living room, then going to bars after that, then going to concerts (ying yang twins) then doing the same sunday, then monday tailgating at the Pike house all day then going to FSU/ Miami game at 8, then God knows what else after that...would that make anyone jealous?
