I was optimistic even after last week that the offense would click again and win a couple of games with little help from the D. Somebody needs to look at the records before stating such things - the 1966 game was played in KY and they won 17-7. That was the last loss to KY, but it wasn't in Auburn. Unknown said...: just my observation- I see a team regressing and playing without passion... looks like last year. Where was the fire and spirit we saw the first 4 home games? we had no passion at ARK nor tonight. AC has a "meeting" with the coach, Eltoro has issues, tonight on 3rd and 6 we try a middle school formation; i guess the feeling from the coaches is that we are not good enough to gain 6 yards in 2 plays so we have to trick the opponent. As for being tired and lack of depth- that has nothing to do with false starts- kids in peewee football know what a snap count is. ugh.; 10:07 PM

WarEagleRK said...: 1st drive of the 2nd half...we run the ball from the 5 straight down their throat...then on a 2nd and 5 we run 3 straight pass plays...one into double coverage one a mile over Smith's head and another Adams had to try to jump out of the park for...then we start getting penalties on every play.; 10:11 PM

I am not 100% sure if Todd is hurt or just has no confidence. I think now that we are against decent SEC defenses, they are faster and they are prepared for our offense. Todd sees this and freaks out a bit; guys are no longer wide open like they were against previous teams. WarEagleRK said...: One part of us using arm tackles when we tackle is it's a lot easier for a RB to fall forward for 3-5 yards while they are being tackled...if we were wrapping them up they would be stopped where they were hit.; 11:04 PM
