HABOTN 2.0 countdown begins
Hey everyone. The "new" HABOTN, which has been in the works for months, is going to be unveiled at some point this weekend.
It signals a major change in how we're going to operate here. While my primary focus will remain on making HABOTN.com a pool of credible and timely information, we're adding a proper forum to the festivities. Several of our most tenured posters graciously agreed to help me test the forum this week for problems, adjustments, functionality.
Things have been running smoothly over there after a rough beginning. I'm now confident enough to unveil the HABOTN's first-ever renovation.
See you at HABOTN 2.0 later this weekend.

This should be exciting. I wonder if it will have a special area to store Michael's goats.
And this site has too many puppet parts laying around. I would have Michael clean up after we leave.
And a real forum is exciting. I can see the threads now. Tubertalk is one. Tony Franklin and you might be another. Bumping chests with Trooper should be interesting. A thread to keep track of the number of times Chizik says day by day would surely be a must read. And the Eric Mack and cheese thread is sure to be tasty.

I love math parties. As Michael can attest, induction is the mathematical demonstration of the validity of a law concerning all the positive integers by proving that it holds for the integer 1 and that if it holds for an arbitrarily chosen positive integer k, it must hold for the integer k + 1

chocolate - I plan on getting paroled at 4 pm EDT, and being at home with my ankle bracelet on by about 4:30.
If it's either of those two types of induction, then I'm not going (unless I'm induced to).
SC - It is "shots week" at the goat farm in Idaho. What started as a way of immunizing the goats over the course of a week back in 1997 has devolved into a drunken haze of tequila shots for 7 days straight. Although disease is up within the community due to the lack of immunizations, they tend to reproduce more as a result of the tequila. So it's all the same to me.

so, continuing the story started at 10:01 a.m on this thread...
Nubs decided he need a playmate, so he adopted a 4 legged dog from the local animal shelter.
the dog was a bit hyper at first, and thought that Nubs was a stuffed toy and not a real live bear.
Nubs suffered a few bumps and bruises as the dog would grab Nubs and toss him across the room.
However, it wasn't long before the dog calmed down and learned that the immobile Nubs could use a little help.
The dog became Nubs's BFF and even learned to carry Nubs to the bathroom and to the dinner table (where of course, Nubs had to be placed on the table in order to eat, seeing as how he had no arms or legs).
The mailman came by one day and saw Nubs and the dog playing so happily together.
"What is your dog's name?" asked the letter carrier.
BEASLEY!!!!!!!!!!!
shouted Nubs.
"Why that name?" asked the letter carrier.
"because I want to be cool like Scottie B and the Great People of KENNESAW, GEORGIA!", replied Nubs.
