SCHEDULE UPDATE: I have created a video for release this afternoon. I'm planning to debut that puppy around noon.
PERSONAL NEWS: My wife and I are going to get tattoos today. I got my first one exactly one year ago. I think this is The New Tate Tradition. What am I gettin'? Two yellow stars on my neck. They'll symbolize my guiding lights, better known as my wifey and daughter. Court's getting a sun/star thingy. It's a girl tat.
One other beat writer has a tat. Care to guess?

jay, congrats on your 300% increase. can't they make the link to the HABOTN a little bigger on the auburn sports page? i mean, seriously? you're a star and should be treated as such. just don't go all Solange Knowles on us. talk about an ego.
My advice: Bookmark me and go from there.
To an outsider who doesn't follow sports, you know, blogs seem like tangential endeavors.

We have told you if you have to explain to the novice what "Hottie" is then they are either too old or just don't get it... like rap music....hahaha wait hell i don't get some of it... anyway.... i'm getting another tat soon apple with and eye with three daughters names top, bottom and sides...
Whenever anyone asks me why I never got inked, I always tell them that I've discovered that the normal aging process is painful and disfiguring enough for me.
That said, I enjoy the blog. Keep up the good work.
I spent so much of my life obese and sedentary. Then I lost a bunch of weight in my 30s.
I swear that helped me age slower. My body never was forced to deal with difficult things like ... being ambulatory or even getting off the couch.
I love tats. If they were $25 each, I'd have a bunch.
My dad got a small superman symblom tatooed on the left side of his chest. Ever heard the saying "you don't see no S on this chest" it didn't apply to him.
