Speaking of holes
I think "front door" and "back door" labels would have been a nice touch.
I'd like it to be bigger, and this is really not optimally viewed on a screen. I need this guy on paper.
Looks like it was built by ants if you ask me.
And we got basically no snow. I'm at work now. Should have called James Spann's bluff.
we're supposed to get about 6" between tonight and late tomorrow morning. Various computer models say anywhere from 3 to 10. With our usual luck, we'll end up with only 3 :(
They had 20+ inches here 7 months before we moved from jawja. That would have been so awesome!
Re: cave That would have takes some awfully big ants. Maybe Texas ants.
So Caylin is going to Howard. There goes my c2011 prediction of AU nat'l championships in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
Auburn will make him pay for that decision whenever we play Howard, I'll tell you that much. You don't spurn Auburn without repercussions!
yep, Evans and Foster are still paying the price.
Probably cry themselves to sleep every night.
Sure, they win all the time. But they're not Auburn Men. Which is more important, THT??????
Breakfast. By far the most important.
epic fail by our meteorologist, whose "promise" is an "honest forecast". As late as 11pm they were predicting 6-8" of snow. The snow stopped very shortly thereafter with a grand total of about 3/4", now covered with about 1/2" of sleet. I bet that famous 18th century Salem, NC, climatologist, Joe-han Schmidtstrudle, had more accurate weather predictions.
We got a good half inch or so of ice. It was enough to occupy the kids for a day on Saturday and for the roads to be unusable.
I was briefly behind someone this morning who was driving EIGHT mph. Since the double yellow line was obscured by ice, I figured it must be a passing zone.
we're going to have a good basketball team next year, right?
No THT. No we won't.
Are you looking for a real answer or comforting words, THT?
Oh no! MJT gave me his one-second-too-late-itis!
I would have preferred comforting words :(
We will field (court?) a basketball team next year, yes.
lol I made bubbs look like an idiot.
4 miles from my house, bammer Gottfried's team was taken behind the woodshed yesterday by UNC, 107-56. OUCH! I keep such close tabs on college basketball that I just learned of it this morning.
michael, are you certain you aren't giving yourself undue credit
Well I'm not really worried about whether credit is due or undue just as long as I get it.
There you have it. You can credit michael for our football team imploding the last 4 games.
Hey, we crushed Alabama A&M!
And rightfully so! They probably had a lot of players that spurned Auburn
Welp. I guess that's the end of bammer.
Where is errbody?
BTW - MJT gets credit for them knuckle heads that rolled the trees last night.
I don't mind taking credit for that. Roll the dang trees. Don't let haters like bubbs get you down.
Bunch of idiots.
you are.
I learned of the outcome of the game by way of the excited screams from 2.0. She apparently was watching. LB and MrsTHT were asleep. I was watching the last of a night full of Star Trek Voyager episodes on BBC-America. Two episodes featured Dr. Victor Ehrlich, no longer the target of Dr. Craig's condescension, but now the source of the late 19th century computer revolution.
Time to move to WY. Atlas Van Lines reports Wyoming had the highest ratio of outbound:inbound moves of all 50 states last year. That just means I could get a really good deal on a house in Laramie now. The entire state has about 1/4 the population of the RDU metro; that is highly appealing. Oh wait, I just remembered... MrsTHT has veto power on any more moves.
I'd move to WY, but the wife has already made it known it would be without her.
Actually, that's not true. She basically said she'd be miserable and in turn would make me miserable. Which, really, is even worse than me going it alone.
ok, we're done with Conetoe. I think next month we'll focus on round towns. I'd invite Sir Charles to be our guest blogger, but since he's from a square town, he's not qualified to discuss round towns that abound.
Funny you should mention that. I just listened to an episode of 99% invisible. They talked about Circleville in it. Because it was set up like a circle. Go ahead. Check this out, THT.
http://99percentinvisible.org/episode/mini-stories-volume-1/
BTW - That's an excellent podcast/site.
Your head is a shaped like a circle.
You don't know me. You should probably start referring to me as Col. Boxhead.
You must be a Lt Col, a measly O-5. The real Captain Boxhead is of course a Spaceship Captain, which, following the naval ranking system, is an O-6.
What does it feel like to be so far below Captain Boxhead in rank?
I didn't realize your Spaceship Captain used naval rankings. I didn't translate properly. That being the case, it's "Admiral Boxhead" (O-10) to you, pal.
I highly doubt it. Present your commissioning papers as evidence, please. As well as your birth certificate. I have a source that tells me you were really born in Kenya.
Your sources are wrong. Terrible. Look at all the info they gave me on you.
Also, what kind of commissions do you have? Papers? Who still uses papers? I bet you still use titanium on your spaceships too. LOL @ CaptB
He did say please.
Who replaces Robert Leff as Auburn's right tackle in 2017?
I didn't read the article; that headline implies massive ignorance on the part of the sportswriter. Maybe the editor is trying to make the writer look like a fool.
At least they didn't make the title of the article, "Who will fill Robert Leff's shoes." We all know why he doesn't wear shoes.
And bubbs good job avoiding my question you low ranking Kenyan spy.
Fake news. You're information is garbage. Nothing but garbage. Trying to create lies about me. 100% false. No one should listen to you.
bubbs knows more about garbage than the sanitation workers.
in case y'all were wondering what I'll be watching tonight... Pens @ Ovechkis, 7pm CST, NBCSN
Never had a doubt. If Pens are on and you're out of prison ... I know what you're doing.
y'all be sure and give my best to FearlessFreep and Phormerly Phred if they drop by. I'm going to sneak out early today.
Lol bubbs doesn't even know who those people are because he is such a n00b lol and not a RoF member at all hahaha
You're kidding?
No better offers than UConn? Ouch. Even One T got a better position, and he stunk.
So.... take a page from Saban's playbook and hire a former HC who many consider radioactive? I doubt it. Two former Duck HCs are unemployed. Sonny Dykes is available.
Big hire or a hire that sends us to The Pit... what are y'all's predictions?
West Georgia (D-II): The University of West Georgia is looking to fill a video coordinator/GA position starting in May.
Rumor has it the prior video coordinator/GA will soon be announced as AU's new OC.
I'm strangely optimistic about the situation. I'm leaning towards Gus realizing he needs to get a real OC in there to run the O. That he needs to fully transition to being a HC.
I think it's prolly something I ate. All logic points towards the pit.
“We believe that a coaching change will reinvigorate Cal football, stimulate lagging ticket sales and renewals and energize our alumni, donor and fan base,” UC Berkeley Athletic Director Mike Williams said in an email to donors Sunday night.
Who are they going to hire, especially at this late date, who will rescue their ticket sales? I mean, seriously, they are still Cal.
Bigger splash hire... Cal HC or AU OC?
Cal
I've already lost my optimism, THT. Only took one good burp.
mercy, bubbs. I think you've been hanging around me far too long.
Well, if both programs are smart, they'll be looking to hire from that renowned coaching staff at Boston College. Cal could hire Adazzio and we could hire the BC offensive coordinator. That should work.
I think we hire some old Gus guy to come in and be Rhett 2.0. Gus gets fired in a year or two and welcome in our new head coach Rhett Lashlee.
I think you're correct, minus the Rhett hire.
wow, we're just full of high hopes around here.
Chargers home games for the next 2 years will draw capacity crowds of 27,000 at Carson’s StubHub Center. I'm surprised the other owners would allow that.
The other owners are spineless.
Sad!
Kansas: FootballScoop has learned that TCU co-OC / inside receivers coach Doug Meacham has accepted the offensive coordinator position at Kansas.
What? We weren't good enough for Doug?
DUMPSTER FIRE!!!
I did not know that The Cyrkle was named for an Easton, PA, roundabout called "Centre Square". That makes perfect sense.
Gonna have to build a pit for the pit!
Terrible. Just awful.
Garlic Fest, baby!
Come for the food, and stay for your renewed singleness!
Good idea, bubbs, as long as there is a ban on The Price is Right reruns in the pit of the pit.
Oh man. I dunno if I could do that. TPR is what keeps me going in there.
This is getting ridiculous. We're already 5 1/2 hours into the work day and we still don't have an offensive coordinator.
Speaking of dumpster fires or, at least, dumpsters, I've now got this catchy little tune stuck in my head.
Y'all must think I've got all day.
Well, guess what? I don't.

I blame your having to wait on MJT. He's not really pulling his weight around here.
if I tried to pull my weight, the only thing I'd pull would be my back muscles... or muscules.
wow. Sean McVay an NFL HC at age 30. Impressive.
Makes sense. Kiffin was promoted to NFL HC at about that age. It went well. Didn't it?
I can't believe we just hired Kodi Burns as OC. Did not see that coming.
(this is me pulling my weight)
Speaking of weights, there was this one time this Auburn QB had a weight in his hand
Sullivan handed the weight over to...
30BEASLEY!!!!!
And he said to him, "Pull this!"
And you know what? 30BEASLEY!!!!! did just that. He pulled his weight.
checking footballscoop, as I often do this time of year...
Green Bay Blizzard (Indoor): Diamond Weaver has joined the staff as defensive backs coach / pro personnel assistant with the Blizzard organization.
Does that mean they also have an unpaid volunteer personnel assistant? Or does that mean they have a separate assistant for the amateur personnel? Or does it just mean they like to put superfluous extra words in their statements?
So... is the reason CGM hasn't yet named an OC because he doesn't want it to look like he already had a hire waiting when he told RL to skeedaddle? I'm not sure what the proper etiquette is in this situation. Amy Vanderbilt and Emily Post have wildly disparate views on the subject.
How do the Eurasian coaches handle it?
The fans all send faxes in of who they want the new OC to be. The head coach has to pick the one the fans want most. that is why all the Eurasian teams are so successful.
I know some pretty offensive people. I'll pick a name out of an old shoe and fax it to Gus.
It is mathematically impossible for all Eurasian teams to be so successful unless their schedules include a lot of non-Eurasian teams. Any chance we'll see AU schedule a series with that school in Magnitogorsk, the "Black Pearl of the Urals"?
If a Eurasian team loses a lot of games, it's players and coaches are disappeared, and the team is retroactively deemed "not a real team," because a real Eurasian team wouldn't ever be made up of a bunch of losers. Like I said, all Eurasian teams are really successful.
Eurasian teams are tremendous. Just tremendous. They're very, very exciting to watch. They do great things. They're players are incredible people and work very hard to be the best there is. Not a single loser out of the whole bunch.
Olivet Nazarene (NAIA – IL): The offensive coordinator position has been filled and the program is no longer accepting applicants. Thanks for the overwhelming interest.
Nothing says "DUMPSTER FIRE!!!" like a NAIA school securing an OC from a flood of applicants while we remain offensively uncoordinated.
Sad!
Welp. I'm not one of those that get today off.
Some fun NFL games yesterday. Don't usually bother with paying attention to NFL until this time of year.
Yeah that GB Dallas game was a real good one.
NFL Conference championships are the best day of football in America behind CFB rivalry week.

Just finished double shift day at the Buy More.
I'd put FCS game (especially with ranked teams) higher and I'd drop much lower any NFL game not involving the Packers.
27 offers a nice segue into news of former AU coordinators, as in...
Arkansas: Bret Bielema is promoting defensive backs coach Paul Rhoads to defensive coordinator source tells FootballScoop.
I would have thought you a Steelers fan, THT.
I don't really have a team I follow, but I do like the Packers. I hope they win it all.
Say what you will about Paul Rhoads, he's a pretty good DC. Arky will probably tackle better this year.
Whenever I see Paul Rhoads' name I think "Ro-ads" from Black Sheep
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KT3vOCWA-J0
I like Steelers and Panthers OK, but I don't own them.
I missed an entertaining game last night while working at the buy more. Penguins overcame a three-goal deficit, only to blow two 2 goal leads, before finally winning in overtime 8–7.
Sounds like a great game. Could probably find the replay.
You know what's crazy, MJT? I remember watching Tommy Boy and loving it (constant quotes), but I'm not even sure I ever saw all of Black Sheep.
I saw Black Sheep maybe twice compared to probably 100 viewings of Tommy Boy. But the ro-ads scene always stuck in my memory.
I think you'll be okay here, they have a thin candy shell. Surprised you didn't know that...
We should have more Tommy Boy quotes around here and fightclub.
Shut up, Richard.
you might as well be saying, Buehler, Buehler, Buehler, whatever that is. I have no idea what y'all are talking about.
Operation: Ostracize THT is going swimmingly so far, then
don't make me quote Jeff Harper at you
"Look out, Slim!"
Seriously, who could ever forget that famous line?
Who's Jeff Harper?
Someone finally showing some interest?
Auburn: Per Lauren Rew, Oklahoma State offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich is interviewing for the vacant offensive coordinator spot on Gus Malzahn’s staff. footballscoop.com/the-scoop
bubbs, I have no idea! I just watched a few good minutes of Jeff Sessions stuff on youtube from last week's plethora of boring confirmation hearing, so I guess my brain was confused. I knew when I typed it that it didn't look right, but after a Buy More double shift, my brain doesn't have much capacity to go fixin things.
Hats off to Roy Harper
as far as Jess Harper is concerned, here's a good one*:
army captain: Blindfold?
Jess Harper: Keep it. Blow your nose sometime.
*because it's the only one I could find, which is surprising. He would have made any great philosopher proud.
I think that was the problem with Black Sheep. You really can't come behind Tommy Boy and expect to be as good.
It's just like Jeff trying to come behind Roy. Never had a chance.
Talk about, lame.
I've been munching on some legal crack I bought at Costco: Hoody's Organic Honey Cashews.
They are so yummy. I usually don't buy products labeled organic, but Costco doesn't offer inorganic honey cashews. That label, "organic", has always annoyed me. Now that I no longer... or rarely... eat chalk , I'm not sure I eat anything inorganic.
Moseley has been lame since falling off 2.0's bed while trying to get out from under the covers a few weeks ago. She never had any deformity or exhibited any point tenderness on exam, but she still favors her right arm. She's earned a new nickname: Hobbles. I think she likes it better than the old nickname 2.0 gave her: Chunky

Sounds like the Ducks are developing team chemistry. I'm not sure trinitrotoluene is the best choice of ingredients.
Sounds like a couple of guys are trying to get the edge on playing time!
AU Fans held hostage: Day 7
I wonder if this will become a permanent late night news show on ABC. I wonder if Malzahn is waiting until Trump is sworn in to release the news of an OC hire.
Confession: I'm the new OC
Get ready for some double passes, gang.
"Get ready for some double passes"
Oh no. MrsTHT loves razzle dazzle. She'll have me driving down there all the time.
Eh. I'm okay with the hire. Gus doesn't listen to his OCs anyway. Plus, we can finally get some inside info!
just don't buy/sell AU stock based on that info or you'll never confirmed for your cabinet post.
just a little house cleaning...
-p
get
Well it looks like I won't be OC after all. Couldn't make it through the confirmation process.
The Bagman asked some really tough questions. And it threw me off my game to have Aubie "laughing" and twirling his tail after every one of my responses. WHAT'S SO FUNNY AUBIE?! AND WHY ARE YOU COVERING YOUR MOUTH?!?! YOU CAN'T EVEN MAKE VERBAL NOISES!!
Don't mess with Aubie. Ten consecutive 1st or 2nd place finishes in Mascot-of-the-Year competition deserves everyone's respect.
Based on my progressively lowered expectations, I predict Yurcich and we'll eventually end up with a OTE*
*One-T Equivalent
I hate when customers interrupt my posts. I was trying to type "I predict Yurcich will turn down the offer..."
after the interruption, i guess I picked up where my thought had been interrupted rather than where my typing had ended.
Did you mean "predicted?" I think you did.
If you remember it only took me about 15 min to go from optimistic to pit on this. I think we end up with a TFE.
*Tony Franklin Equivalent
I can't decide if you're being coy with Yurcich comment or you really haven't heard that he DID turn down the job.
If Aubie farts in the forest, does it make any noise?
to be honest, bubbs, I don't hear things as quickly up here as you do down there. I had not heard. After your post, I looked at al.com... nothing. Just refreshed footballscoop and...
Auburn: Oklahoma State offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich has removed his name from consideration for Auburn’s next offensive coordinator, according to Robert Allen.
btw, wikipedia says Tony Franklin has returned to MTSU after Sonny Dykes got fired at Cal. I guess he didn't know how to get directly from Berkley to Auburn.
confirmation hearing for michael's appointment as OC has been reconvened. I hear he has the support of the entire DNC*
*DefeNsive Coordinators
Sounds like we offered OK OC a big chunk of change to come over here. Word on the street is that he hasn't yet said "no."
I hope we can get him since the West Georgia OC is no longer available. He just took the same position at another directional school in Louisiana.
I suspect he'll get a raise, and we'll start vetting option R.
But don't let my optimism change how you feel about it.
We've got another couple of weeks to go for an OC if we're only at R. I'm not expecting a hire until we get to TT. Any confidence I had in a great hire disappeared when we made it past B. Or maybe I should say when we started at F.
I think it would be cool to wait until after signing day to hire a new OC. We could sell the kids on it like "Coming here is like buying a scratch off card. You're probably going to get something terrible/nothing but there's a chance you could be coached by a big time OC. Which big time OC you say? Well, which do you want? There's a chance we'll get him!"
Maybe we can hire Gus Malzahn as OC?
You aren't taking the postition? Did you get a raise, michael?
I'm listening ...
somebody at the Buy More satellite store is selling Girl Scout cookies on behalf of their granddaughter. I was tempted to tell her to get her lazy granddaughter off her lazy butt if she wants to sell cookies. Instead, I bought a box of Thin Mints. Should I eat them all or take them home?
Well I started taxing the people of Eurasia more in anger for not being chosen the new OC, so in a way I got a raise.
Girl Scout cookies aren't special any more now that I found out Keebler makes "Coconut Dreams," which are basically samoas. I can't get those any dang time I want.
Since I don't like the texture when chewing candle wax, I don't eat coconut. I think I'll have another Thin Mint.
I'm a samoa fan. Candle wax eats good.
I've always thought we could use a good Samoan at nose tackle.
I've always pondered the possibility of a sumo wrestler. Why have we never seen that cross over?
they don't want to be fully clothed?
But, really, who does?
Hey bubbs they have some great tasting candles on sale at Bed Bath and Beyond this week. Might want to drop by there.
Nice. Nothing like a vanilla cupcake scented candle.
i'm guessing you'll get a vanilla-flavored coordinator instead. So much for those double passes
mercy, I may have been right again...
Auburn: Texas A&M offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone “could be the leader” for the OC position at Auburn reports Travis Haney of 247 sports. (footballscoop.com)
Auburn will win the next 12 Iron Bowls.
(if I'm going to be right, I might as well make it count)
OUCH! Vanilla is expensive!
If he leaves Texas A&M for another SEC coaching position, Mazzone would owe 100 percent of his remaining base salary, or approximately $1.2 million. (al.com, quoting dallasnews.com)
apparently, too pricey
I'm thinking more and more that Malzahn is going to loeffler this one big time, which is actually pretty smart from his perspective. Isn't that how Chiz ended up making millions for doing nothing?
Malzahn just left be a message... looks like I am back in the race.
Any suggestions for how I handle my follow-on interview?
tell him you know voodoo and you've got a little L'il Nicky doll
A great OC is less than an hour away from Auburn....

Guess what, THT? In just over 48 hours I'll be in Steamboat, CO.
LOL @ THT
That's where I won a pair of Rosignol skis in a slalom race in December 1975. I'm guessing you weren't even born then? Have fun out there, bubbs.
Me and 1975 never met.
I plan on having fun. Right now it's got a lot going for it. Like, it's not work and it's got below freezing temperatures with snow. Those alone are enough to make it a lock for me.
the first day I skied there it was 22 below zero and the airline had not yet found my luggage from the day before. That is the very coldest I have ever been. My luggage arrived around lunch time and I think I put every article of clothing on.
While you're out there, see if you can find us an OC from the local high school coaching staff.
I've never snow skied before. That's for rich people like bubbs.
I am going to Disney World next week, though.
Hate to break it to you, MJT, but I don't think we're skiing while there. I think there will be some tubing though!
Disney is for suckers.
What do you think a president leaving office does his first night after being done?
I bet he sleeps pretty good.
I'm not going anywhere next week. I guess I'll have to do the work of all 3 of us.
bubbs, not skiing?! You'll be missing out on something more fun than football. And you'd be less likely to bust your spleen than with tubing.
bubbs hates his own spleen. no one knows why.
This will be shocking, guys.
Are you seated?
I'm not calling the shots on this trip. So I didn't press for the skiing. Plus, I'm poor like MJT, and I've never skied before so I don't even know what I'm missing. I bet all this will make next week even that much more painful on THT. All that snow wasted on a spleen vendetta.
in the good ol' days, poor students could ski. My 6 day lift ticket at Steamboat cost me $36. That's total, not per day. Our condo was very close to the slopes, but technically not ski in/out. Combine that with the number of people we stuffed in there and it was pretty inexpensive. At night my brother-in-law and I would hitchhike into town for cheaper food. I still have my Wild West Sarsaparilla soda can, looks like this one
bubbs, thanks for prompting some wonderful memories.
Nowadays skiing equipment alone costs nearly 1 million dollars. Times have changed, THT.
I'm confused about your timeline. So were you married and student at the same time? Or was that your future brother in law? Was Mrs. THT a part of this adventure?
How long was this hike? I'm thinking there may be times when I need to justify some time away from the rest of the yahoos I'm going with.
Don't dig too deep, bubbs. THT is actually a 25 year old web site designer who works and lives in his mother's basement.
Re: 2pm
yes, but that wasn't until 6 yrs later.
no, it was my then current brother-in-law
I didn't meet MrsTHT until about 13 months later. MrsTHT has no brothers, btw.
I think we flew out on a Saturday and back the following Saturday. 6 ski days in between. I had found this trip posted on a bulletin board in Haley Ctr or maybe Parker Hall. There were college kids from all over the country that signed up.
3 years later a group of 18 of my fraternity bros and Little Sisters went to Aspen/Snowmass. We left after Fall finals and drove in 4 cars nonstop except for meals and gas. 9 dudes in one condo and 9 gals in another, in Aspen and not on the slopes, makes for cheap ski trip. I enrolled in Aspen State Teachers College that week. Won the Milk Race on the last day. The milk race was all the guys start at the top and the first to the bottom wins a quart of milk that the others have to pay for. One of the Little Sisters was from Fort Worth, so we stopped there for supper on the way out and breakfast on the way back, plus swapped one of the cars out for her parents' Suburban. We had CB radios in each car and we thought that was cool.
more good memories.
blogger, not web designer. And it's a one-story ranch house. And i just turned 26.
I think you're being less than truthful about living on a ranch. Ranch people and ski people are two different people.
So where did you grow up, THT? It sounds like either you had some good ski experience, or you hung out with a lot people that were really bad at skiing.
I hung out with bad skiers. I grew up in the piedmont region of NC. If I had grown up with skiers, I would love to have been a downhill racer, or maybe a ski jumper. I loved going from top to bottom as fast as possible and looking for any chance to get airborne. Even at my best, I was pretty lousy on moguls. I love watching mogul skiers and wondering how on earth they manage to keep their skis together and their upper body so nearly motionless. I never could master that. But going from top to bottom on a non-mogully run requires no skill, just gravity. Skiing is too expensive now. Plus, I could really get hurt and never heal.
31BEASLEY!!!
I missed the inauguration of our new OC today, if there was one. I'm guessing there wasn't.
You didn't see all the riots on the news after they inaugurated Scot Loeffler as our new OC?

Crepea: Auburn's offensive coordinator search, nearing the end of its ninth day, is hinging on a high stakes showdown over power and control between coach Gus Malzahn and those with influence over the program, a source told AL.com.
It's about time. I thought we had figured out how to get the internal power struggle up and running quicker than this.
Ok, OC is on board. Let's Make Auburn Great Again.
Mercy, poor Willie Taggart. His staff hasn't exactly gotten off to a stellar start. Last week the strength and conditioning coach he brought from USF was suspended for nearly killing several players.
And now, just 5 days after being hired (also from Taggart's former staff at USF)...
Oregon: Athletic director Rob Mullens announced today that the university has placed tight ends coach / co-offensive coordinator coach David Reaves on administrative leave and “the process to terminate his employment with cause has commenced,” following Reaves’ arrest for DUI late last night.
MJT, you wanna update your rough football rankings (not involving Auburn) after those trashy championship games yesterday?
It will be one of almost 40 Super Bowls I haven't watched.
Maybe I should have put a disclaimer in my rankings that blowout wins are boring for impartial observers regardless of the circumstances. I figured that went without saying.
If I had a different set of rankings for blowouts though, the only change I would make would be to put the Super Bowl on top, because the food and commercials can make it an OK experience even if the game stinks.
Lindsey is definitely Malzahn's guy, so I guess he won in the supposed power struggle with Jacobs? Can we count that as Malzahn's 9th win of the season? If he pulls in a top 10 recruiting class, we'll go ahead and call it a 10 win season.
Sorry for bustin' chops, MJT. I'm just bitter about the paucity of good games this NFL playoff season.
I'm also confounded by bubbs going to Steamboat Springs and not skiing. Can only assume he's on a top secret mission to coax a contractual agreement from Verne to never call another college football game.
Godspeed, bubbs!
DOINK!
Hey bubbs, do you still have a spleen? Yo, michael, stay away from those spinning tea cups. I'm almost ready to barf just thinking about it.
I did the spinning teacups yesterday after much peer pressure. No one can make dat thing spin like dad. I came out of it fine, thankfully.
The thing that messes me up is that space mission thing at Epcot. I feel sick for about an hour after that thing.
That "tumbler chair" (I don't know what NASA calls it) in Huntsville didn't bother me nearly as much as the teacups. It probably didn't help that I stupidly hung my head back out of the cup and couldn't get it back in due to the centrifugal force.
He told AL.com Auburn is "pretty even" with Western Kentucky, which he visited last weekend. Florida Atlantic is also in the mix
We're running with the big dogs now!
