The Official T-Shirt thread

OK. We're getting serious about t-shirts.

We have a really awesome logo ready to roll.

What you see above is what you see on the front.

To the right is what you'd see on the back.

We're talking about $15 each. That's at cost with shipping included.

I need a legit count of who wants an official HABOTN shirt. This isn't an official commitment, but we're trying to make thoughtful decisions about how many to make.

So jump in if you're interested.

Jay G..i'll take 2 for me and the wifesterella here in Mobile..great looking shirt by the way.

Yes, fsj, that could be a deal-breaker for you. I hate that.

4:07 PM
Blogger BinOBA said...

Put me down for one, it doesn't matter whats on it, long as there's an auburn logo on it.

I commented on your little musical link on the Thursday thread, Fake Steve.

Did you look at Monica's work on facebook for maybe a small front chest logo with the campfire on the back?

4:08 PM
Blogger Taylor said...

you know im in jay

4:09 PM
Blogger FSJ said...

I knew you would enjoy the musical arrangement. I read that on Tiderinsider and about cried....

Whitney "Crack is Whack" Houston would be proud.

4:10 PM
Blogger Quitstina said...

Yeah I heard the music saw the title and was like "nuh uh"

4:11 PM
Blogger Quitstina said...

You people make me forget how to use proper puncuation.

4:12 PM
Blogger Jay G. Tate said...

Scottie and his peeps just took this one so deep. I liked what Monica did, too.

4:13 PM
Blogger Quitstina said...

Will there be anything on the front?

4:13 PM
Blogger Jay G. Tate said...

Yes. There is stuff on the front.

I didn't post it because I gotta make sure we have clearance to use the AU logo. I don't want to show you something and then have to change it. See what I mean?

4:16 PM
Blogger FSJ said...

Ok...in that case, I'll take one made out of two back sides of the t-shirt.

4:18 PM
Blogger Quitstina said...

Yeah I was just re-reading the post. Sorry, I thought it was just the AU logo but that wasnt gonna work out. I see now that the au logo was just part of it.

4:18 PM
Blogger JCS said...

Jay,
Put me down for one. Trying to fan the flames here in the Ham.

4:21 PM
Blogger Jay G. Tate said...

Lookin like the AU logo is out.

Which is a good thing because we don't want FSJ to feel uncomfortable. Wearing a blue and orange shirt will be bad enough.

1 Large please

Front logo, sans AU logo, is now posted to the main blog.

Guys & Gals,

I've just heard that Dennis Franchione may be calling the Auburn-UGA game for ESPN radio.

Be sure and treat him with the respect he deserves, which is none...

4:27 PM
Blogger Taylor said...

can we throw any white outlining oin the fire logo and lettering?

4:28 PM
Blogger BinOBA said...

good enough, let me know when i can mail my payment to someone. Oh, and mark mays is about to tell us all why alabama really isn't number one over on espn. ESPN, they'll tell us who will be in the mnc game as soon as they figure out who will churn out the most revenue.

I'm in for at least one.

4:29 PM

Great design. Put me down for a couple.

4:31 PM
Blogger Quitstina said...

I wouldn't think that shirt would be more than $15 even with a heavy duty grade type t-shirt. Oh wait. Are we raising money for something?

4:32 PM
Blogger Taylor said...

surely scottie b can hook us up jay?

4:33 PM
Blogger BinOBA said...

Making money for Jay G. is not part of this endeavor. I'm going strictly by what Scottie and his peeps tell me.

I'll be buying two shirts just like you all ...

BinOba ... that pic was originally a front page spread on the Montgomery Advertiser sports page. I have the original framed.

check that ... it might be the ATL Journal/Constitution. Either way, I still have it framed.

5:28 PM

hell make that two! One will be a nice stocking stuffer

5:31 PM
Blogger BinOBA said...

I've got the beckett football monthly it is the cover for. There's a 4 page spread that's just bo, no reporters, talks about not liftin weights since high school unless he was injured and his idea of a workout being hauling a big deer 2 or 4 miles out of the woods or fighting an 80lb grouper or 200lb jewfish. Article makes him out to be a pretty regular ol' guy from alabama.

I only post on here every once in a while, but count me in.

5:43 PM

cool.

The one that has been bumming me out lately is, somewhere I have a "Vincent Jackson" autograph. He signed it his freshman year. I can't find it anywhere!

I think it's big logo on the front, medium-sized logo on the back ... more toward the neck.

Blogger ADP said...

Who is going to the game? I can't decide what to do. I need some Hottie help here.

Do I watch the triple Dave show and move right on into the rest of my life after it is all over ... OR ... do I follow my Zen instinct and spend the day watching AU upset UGA ... only to find out that it was not Zen instinct and actually indigestion from the four chili dogs I ate for lunch.

I'm at a crossroads.

5:58 PM
Blogger FSJ said...

I'll be there with bells on..

5:59 PM
Blogger FSJ said...

Jay,

Don't know if I was clear earlier or not, but count me in on a shirt.

It will be the only clothing item I own containing the color orange.

6:00 PM
Blogger Unknown said...

Campfire? Is there any breaking news to discuss? I don't have anything to say, but I don't mind saying it. We could discuss why I model my life after the Dog Whisperer possibly.

6:43 PM

And now onto my next dilema.

Anybody got an extra ticket?

hey guys, here's a little onfo on the shirts:

just so you know, i work for a sporting goods company up here in knoxville and t-shirts and jerseys are what i do for a living. i'm not making any money off this deal. i'm only in this for JG and us hotties. i based my cost on 30 t-shirts and a 2-color logo on the front and a 1-color logo on the back. it also includes tax and shipping. yup, still gotta pay that stuff. i like the idea of having that back logo 2-color as well but i was trying to keep the cost down a bit. if the powers that be want that it shall be done.

anyways, just wanted the hotties to know i'm not a quack and it's legit. if anyone has any questions just click on my name and send me an email. :)

once the order is in it should take roughly two weeks to be done.
