The lawsuit
Hey everyone. Hola.
Here is my story that appears in today's editions of the Advertiser: SMITH, 2 OTHER AU PLAYERS FACE ASSAULT LAWSUIT
Though my name doesn't appear on the story, which is odd, I promise that I wrote it. Also, I don't believe the other players are facing a lawsuit. They're just described in the lawsuit as aiding and abetting Smith's alleged wrongdoing.
Also, you're welcome to ready through the lawsuit below. I know it's late ... but I try to come through when I promise something to the HOTTIES. Thanks for your patience.

Good Job JGT the above is answer to michael
Looking for pictures michael?
Michael, thats a little inappropriate don't you think? I mean there could be kids here.
Hottest law blog on the net.
Still HATIN' UAT
Parents should know not to let their kids onto HABOTN.
I was uploadin' one at a time on my shad "high speed" internet connection.
It's all good. You had me on pins and needles there.
So has Mr Jenkins or anyone described what he did to receive such a beatdown? And also, I didn't realize that "knot the size of a tennis ball" was common legal speak. So it's like he had a tennis ball attached to his head? Impressive.
Good morning Hotties..
Having my morning cup O' hate...
I see the lawyer is from Birmingham... stinkin bammer!!!!
shut up bammer
Ok, my two cents.
I work in the insurance industry and I deal with scumbag attorneys all day. This as b.s. as it comes. Eric Smith has no money, what can they sue for? His parents have no money. The law firm of 3 women is looking publicity.
Their website has pictures of them with Joe Namath, Danny Sheridan, Gene Stallings. They go on Finebaum 5 minutes after the suit was filed. MMMM, ladies, lets not be dumb about it.
I did my Auburn deed, I emailed them and gave them a good ass chewing. I feel better now. The defense rests.
I read a lot of legal documents (though, very few civil lawsuits concerning assault), and I find this one way more fun to read. Perhaps it has something to do with the exagerations that make it read like a good children's crime novel.
Peter its crap, trust me.
Crap? I would never had known.
So a Joe Namath groupy became a lawyer and is now looking for publicity and a way into the hearts of the Bammer Nation. All I can say is go baby you are starting off right by engaging time with the great Paul Fienbomb. Your star will shine brightly I am sure.
Wait, Wendy Crews is a Family Lawyer. This kid hired a family lawyer, whose time is spent doing divorces and custody cases to file a civil lawsuit in an assault case? HAHAHAHAHAHA. Awesome!

PDWT, I said the same thing last night. This lawsuit is total BS!
PF, you're enjoying this, aren't you?
Welcome MLF.
I've been in a fight or two in my time but never thought about suing anyone. I've been sued before too. Given a choice between the two, I'd rather settle things outside on the playground so to speak.
Keep Hate Alive.

i haven't read that garbage yet, but the kid who is suing is an AU student, right?
can't he & his parents choose when to file this suit? why would they do it before the Bama game? if u want to file a BS suit then fine, but why would they allow it now? he shouldn't be in school at AU. must be a closet bammer.
Scottie, according to PDWT, the lawyers are bammers, so that is exactly why they are filing it now.
i got that Luv, but who has control over when the suit is filed? shouldn't it be the kid/parents and not the lawyers? if the kid/parents really are AU fans then they shouldn't have allowed this to happen now.
if the lawyers have control over when it is filed then it makes sense.
HATE.
I guess filing a lawsuit that they have 0% chance of winning is more important to them. LOL
i've met a couple AU players that i really didn't/still don't like. if we got in a fight and i wanted to ruin him i still wouldn't want the team (my team) to suffer or be distracted from it.
i guess some people have priorities other than football. i feel sorry for those people.
i've been to lots of parties in my life. many at AU. too many some may say. i never had anyone walk up out of nowhere and cause me any trouble. i saw plenty of trouble, but i have never been beaten up by strangers for just hangin'. something tells me mrs. crew has left out many a detail of the prior relationship, if any, these individuals had
all the bammers can go back to sleep. false alarm. the trial is over. yos has been granted. the record is sealed. smith has been suspended for a game and now looks like a doofus again because of the lawsuit. no even much of a news story to me.
i'd be talking what the over-under is on how many yards ingram has in the ib for more interesting conversation.
mama's probably more pissed her baby got stomped and no one at the AU AD cared to assure her they will get him kicked out of school and off the team and would not pay for their suffering. the REC found their tool and pounced. voila! lawsuit.
yeah, poor baby. i'm so sure he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
That suit reads like a comic book. Did a 4-year old write it?
Not to be the voice of dissent here or anything, but if the allegations are true, then Eric Smith is a pretty big douchebag in my book.
But the lawyer is still bammer scum.
i think michael is a bammer.
The wording in the suit is Extremely slanted to favor the plaintiff and to establish a halo over his head Michael. If the truth be known, both were probably equally to blame for the incident.
Been on each end of a beat down in my younger days, but never thought of getting a lawyer - thought a lot about getting even once or twice though.
Why did the kid not just go get the officers rather than stand there on his phone twenty feet away from them?
That makes no sense to me. Oh well.
I am just saying, here we all are as Auburn fans assuming Eric Smith in the absolute best possible light, but it may turn out that he is a total jerk who deserves what he is getting.
I am just saying, let's not assume this Jenkins fellow is a lying jerk, and let's also not assume Eric Smith is the devil. Just let it play out and don't defend/attack anyone vehemently when you have no idea what happened. It is OK to assume, however, that bama lawyers eat their young and shed their skin every 7 months.
Lkjhgfdsaqwertyuiopzxcvbnm$
I am just saying. ladfklasdfjkl
sorry, i went and listened to some Enya to mellow out. i feel much better now.
i'm just blinded by my HATE for bama & my LOVE for AU.
Michael ...
You have well stated my position ... time and circumstances will reveal the actions and character of Eric Smith and Decari Jenkins.
What is indisputable is that a suit was filed on Auburn's off week before the Alabama when the statute of limitations for such an action, I believe, is TWO YEARS.
There is only one reason to file such an action in such a time frame -- an attempt to embarrass Auburn's football program.
I cannot be convinced of anything else.
I hate 'em and will for the rest of my days.
I've never been beat down. Got hit once, but somehow have a sixth sense when I'm drunk. If I can take the guy, I stick around and emerge victorious. If not, I run off like a girl and keep my face in tact. My friends are amazed at my instinct and think it's the funniest thing in the world.
"That suit reads like a comic book. Did a 4-year old write it?"
Well they are Bama fans, right?
I'm no lawyer, nor do I play one on tv, but it sure seems that they'd have had a better chance at a nice payday had they waited until near the end of the Statute of Limitations. Then, they'd be in better position to argue to attach his potential NFL earning. So it's clear to me that FSJ's friends in the REC are up to no good once again.
I'm just sayin'.
Keep Hate Alive.
I'm with Jet on this, Finebaum built this up and shockingly released it just prior to the Iron Bowl.
Weird, huh?
You know what's weird?
This comment has been removed by the author.
please tell us PF.
Well, someone may have already given the answer, but it got deleted. Until I know that the answer hasn't been shared, I cannot risk repeating someone.
My investigative techniques show that FSJ deleted the post in question. I'll bet he really trashed you but then deleted it for fear of making you even more angry at him.
Well, I guess I don't need to give my normal reply (shut up bammer) this time.
michael, tell the people what's weird.
What's weird? This is, according to Chevy Chase's character in "Dirty Work":
"What I don't understand is when you owe a bookie a lot of money, and he, say, blows off one of your toes, you still owe him the money. Doesn't seem fair to me. Especially when he's gonna kill me in four days anyway."What I don't understand is
another Vol freshman was arrested this week trying to take something that wasn't his? I was really starting to like Lane, but it appears he's just another Urban.
False PF - Lane is actually kicking offenders off the team.
i recall that FSJ wondered aloud if you thought he was weird PF. then he deleted.
another bammer conspiracy foiled! :)
Okay, I read it. Didn't seem that comical to me. Looked pretty standard.
Two Questions:
Who the hell was Decari rushing outside to call? His boys?
Why does the fact that Eric Smith a widely known football player entitle Decari to punitive damages? If Mr. Smith was not a widely known football player, is it safe to assume that there would be no punitive damages sought?
Well if he was Eric Smith college student, then there would be no publicity.
I temporarily interrupt this important discussion to ask:
WERK - how's your dad?
I now return you to the previous discussion.
Keep Hate Alive.
I had a friend who got punched at UT by some random dude after talking some trash while drunk. He had to get his jaw wired shut for a couple of months. He sought punitive damages and won.
Just being devil's advocate here. It does seem pretty stupid to put the well known college football player part in the lawsuit, but I don't know that the entire reason there is a lawsuit is because the guy plays football. But that lawyer is totally bammer scum.
Phred ...
There is no reason to sue in this matter unless you are seeking punitive damages.
If this goes to court, compensatory damages would be medical bills ... but that's essentially the money he owes for his care. There's no gravy in that for him and the attorney.
Punitives are what he -- and his attorney -- get to keep.
If this should settle, though, you can bet that all the money that changes hands, though, will be conspicuously labeled as compensatory in the settlement because punitive damages are taxable, while compensatories are not. The attorney gets a percentage of all money collected -- compensatory and/or punitive.
My hunches: He was calling other people who has something to do with this fight. Or his mama.
I think the suit would have more legs if Ms. Crew had omitted his status as an athlete. She should have made it about what it is, if that is what it's about. You follow? Judges don't like to look silly.
Jet knows big words and their meanings, too.
Jet, I understand that part. I was attempting to point out the irony of the reason to seek damages at all, as presented in the suit. I think I may have failed in that effort.
Norm,
He's doing ok, just very weak right now. Thanks for asking.
Eric Smith should hire Matlock. Not only would Matlock get Smith off scot-free, he would find someone else to blame the crime on. Now that's an attourney!
...and he'd wear a searsucker suit while doing it.
is that the first Matlock reference on the HABOTN? good work MJT! my grandma would be proud.
How awesome was this TV theme?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQgdfJoxX1s
I'd be more entertained if Defendant Smith hired Denny Crane to represent him. Denny would probably shoot Plaintiff for some reason.
Alan Shore would make opposing council feel pretty....even though she's not.
I am following the "Jet stream". There was a fight or beating and there is a law suite. Let it play out and see what happens. None of us were there and do not know what happened, our testimony, if asked for, is heresay.
Is the Law Suite nice? I was thinking about asking for it. Does it have mirrors on the ceiling. I think ceiling mirrors are important.
And a round bed that revolves. It should also have velvet wallpaper.
This comment has been removed by the author.
i agree, ceiling mirrors are the cat's meow.
ooooohhhh, Velvet wallpaper. Classy!
i went to a bar in Nashville this summer with velvet wallpaper.
total class. i felt like a pimp.
How much you want to bet Smith shows up with a pretty high profile lawyer himself? One that probably takes the case gratis being that said high profile lawyer is a Auburn grad - and the timing of the filing of the case was meant to severely embarrass his Alma mater.
I'll bet a dollar double cheeseburger from BK on it, LT. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
i would hire that unfroven caveman lawayer. he never loses. Our world scares and confuses him
Or, maybe he should hire Jackie Jackson.
Jackie Jackson, Kramer's lawyer that is.
Famous lawyers got me thinking. Is Robert Shapiro the only surviving member of OJ's dream team? I know Kardashian and Cochran are dead, but couldn't remember who else was part of that.
I think he should hire Lawyer Tillman.
F. Lee Bailey was part of that "Dream Team" and he too is dead.
Do you guys think OJ killed them all?
oh, yeah. So we have Kardashian, Cochran and Bailey dead. Shapiro alive.
OJ didn't kill anyone, michael. The glove didn't fit.
Regarding earlier posts, I'm with Michael and Jet. If this is all proven to be true in a court of law, then ES has to be gone. That said, innocent till proven guilty, etc.
The timing is beyond dubious, however, as well as the hyperbolic nature in which Finebaum released the info.
HATE BAMA!!
E-Bro, this is a civil suit. ES's had his day in criminal court on this matter. All of these facts have been heard once already, and the coaches are aware of them. There's no need for him to have further punishment from Chiz and Co for something they've already punished him for.
My bad PF.
But I read somewhere last night that an associate athletic director (or something) said that Auburn University was not aware of the new allegations, meaning this isn't what they thought happened back in August.
Either way, even if he's doesn't get kicked off, I'm with michael in what he said earlier Eric Smith being a d'bag if this is all true. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt till anything comes out of this civil case, though.
If Chizik learns something new through the civil case that didn't make it through the criminal case, then that is certainly the grounds for further punishment. It's not like a football coach has to have the law involved when he hands out punishments.
I am sure Eric Smith has his side of the story, and I am guessing his side was good enough for the police not to push this further and for Chizik not to punish him further. We will see how this all pans out.
I dunno. Pretty much reads like the same facts to me. If there are new facts, it's because someone withheld information from the police, which usually does not help out in a civil case. The victim doesn't want his integrity questioned.
I would be willing to bet that someone who wasn't paying attention the first time around asked the asst. AD what his response was to the new allegations. Since there aren't any, his reply of not having heard about the new allegations would be appropriate.
Although I realize there isn't anything else to talk about but aren't we kind of giving the story legs? Maybe if the kid's dad would have come out and said his son deserved what he got this would have died after it happened. What I can't figure out why f bomb and his bammer cronies seem to think this is disaster for Auburn. Eric is a good player but losing him is not the end of the world. It is reasonable to assume that the other two players have already been kicked off the team...and guess what? We made it without them. Does this incident mean Chiz is a poor disciplinarian or poor judge of character? Chiz Senior was a marine that survived Iwo Jima...next question. Does this incident mean the NCAA is gonna pitch a tent at Toomer's? Who cares? We have already self imposed scholly limits without being investigated. The bottom line is there is nothing f bomb nor UAT nor the NCAA can do to take away my degree nor the pride with which it is displayed. They certainly can do nothing to weaken our bond as alumni or diminish our experience while there. We shouldn't give their efforts merit by fretting over them.
Kris...good point.
And I'm not worried about what implications this case brings. It's only a finebaum caused distraction. It's not anything that will cause grevious harm to Auburn (and I said this last night). It's an isolated incident, unlike a certain campus wide textbook scandal...
I have all the confidence in the world that Chiz does and will do the right thing. That's part of the reason we were down to 74 scholarships, right? B/c Chiz doesn't mess around. I'm just saying Eric Smith might have been kind of a d'bag for doing what he did, but I'm sure he's learned and moved on.
I hate awkward silences.
I hate awkward noise.
I'M ON A BOAT!!!!!!!
ok, not really, but it sounds nice.
Interesting story...
When the OJ trial was going on my roommate in college wrote each attorney requesting an autographed picture...He got one from Shapiro, Bailey, & Cochran.
Cochran's was signed "For Justice, Johnny Cochran"...
LMFAO
So, Scarbinsky wrote about Chizik standing by Roof. Is there some clandestine movement by Auburn fans that I'm not aware of wanting Roof gone?
For the record, the prosecution attorneys didn't respond.
The OJ story was apparently so relevant that my 8th grade science teacher (perhaps at the school's behest) turned on the television to watch the verdict read back.
FSJ, that's ausome.
FOR JUSTICE!!!!!
I was in the Ferguson Center at UA when the verdict was read. They had it on the big screen. There was an interesting reaction in that location....no doubt.
I actually got Cochran's pic when we graduated and went our seperate ways. He took Shapiro's and Baileys..
I'll have to see if I can find it somewhere.
It's hilarious.
shut up bammer.
after graduating high school a couple buddies & me fly out to L.A. for a week and went to O.J.'s house. this was shortly after the verdict. we got shewed away from his gate by security. it was pretty sweet. ah, to be 18!
scottie,
I have another OJ story too..
A friend of mine that went to AU was in Miami at a club a few years ago (around 10) and ran into a very drunk OJ...
He had his picture taken with the Juice and right as the picture was snapped he pointed at OJ and made a face like...Can u believe this shat!!!?
Anyway this my friend (whose last name is Simpson btw) didn't tell a single one of us....We only found out when we started receiving Christmas cards with the picture and the greeting "Merry Christmas from the Simpsons."
FSJ...awesome. Just awesome.
Merry Christmas from the Simpsons.
nice.
OJ is still out there hunting for the real killers.
I asked my friend if he thought OJ had the physical prowess to kill two people at once...
He said physically he was totally up to it. Said he had the biggest hands he had ever seen on a human.
No wonder the glove didn't fit.
FSJ - as sort of a follow-on to your autographed picture story; years ago ('83 or '84) Bailey was in the Gump representing some drug dealer who'd been busted after landing his private plane at the Gump airport. I was working part-time for a law firm who had their offices next door to the firm Bailey was using. He came out of the Capital City Club at the same time I came out of our front door so we almost literally ran into each other. I knew he was working in the building so I wasn't surprised. Since I figured I'd never have another opportunity, I introduced myself to him (in much the same way I did with Dr. J this summer). He likely promptly forgot about this meeting but I didn't just so I could share it with you now.
Just one of my many brushes with fame or perhaps infamy.
Keep Hate Alive.
The Seinfeld parody of that moment was hilarious...
"Who told you to put on the balm?"
"Did I tell you to put on the balm?"
"Outrageous!!!....Preposterous!!!"
"This is the most public yet of my many humiliations."
The theme song to Fraggle Rock is running through my head.
Was that show an economic illustration in the same way the Wizard of Oz was?
I feel that I have earned the trust of all the people out in the HABOTN.
The "RK" in my name actually stands for "Real Killer".
It was me.
Shhhhh
You better hope OJ doesn't find you, rk.
"murder was the case that they game me."
I finally got around to reading the documents Jay posted. Never knew til now that court documents could be so tabloid-like--very colorful descriptions.
At the end it says "each of the individual defendents." Who are the other defendents?
I hate that this happened, but I do believe that Eric S might have learned from it. One can turn from one's sins. I also hope the Jenkins kid gets over his injuries.
US beating Denmark 1-0 at halftime in an international friendly.
Thought everyone might like to know.
One HABOTN.
Hello from Texas. Off to go see Seastrunk and force him to sign with Auburn!
good luck Eddie.
may the HATE be with you in TX.
Ukraine just beat by Greece 1-0, Thought you would like to know!
good luck Eddie.
may the HATE be with you in TX.
Remember, it was Seastrunk that called out the great Saban on Big Cat Weekend. Time for him to come home and make it truth :)!!!
Thanks bro, already saw. Hellas going to South Africa.
Seastrunk going to Auburn. How do I know? Because Auburn has brought in the closer for this one: Eddie.
Ireland with a goal to tie France on aggregate!
And the US gives up a goal one minute into the second half.
Some matador defense there.
Go Ireland!!!! Down with French!
US gives up another goal, now trailing 2-1.
Yep, that's two goals in five minutes.
Group stage exit in South Africa, here we come...playing like this anyway...and without arguably our four or five best players.
Denmark scores again. Now 3-1 over the US.
WTF?!
Good thing the US is already locked into South Africa!
For real!
For what it is worth, I am a retired Police Officer. Some things I have noticed from this case:
Anyone can file a lawsuit. And they usually do it for one of three reasons, publicity, money or both.
The Officers originally arrested Eric Smith for Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor. Which indicates that at that time, the arresting Officer did not see anything defined as even a low grade Assault (Assault 3rd). Once it became known the "victim" had received physical injury, the Arresting Officer upgraded the charge to Assault 3rd, STILL a misdemeanor (Google the Alabama Criminal Code and you can compare Assault 1st, 2nd, or 3rd with Harassment, which is the actual next step below Assault 3rd and what Eric Smith attempted to charge the "victim" with). While at it, look at the Alabama definition of Disorderly Conduct (the orginal charge against Eric Smith). By the descriptions and accounts in the lawsuit, Smith should have been charged with Assault 1st Degree (a class A felony and one that could give an offender a long time in prison). Keep in mind this is typical lawyering up the case to help their client. The criminal case has been adjudicated. There was obviously not enough physical injury to charge Eric Smith with a felony OR give him any jail time, allowing his youthful offender plea.
In my experience there are three sides to a story. The stories of the two parties and the truth, which is somewhere in the middle. Attorney's do nothing unless there is money of some sort involved in it for them (No Offense to any of you out there). Over time this will become obvious. This case should have been over the day Eric Smith left the court room.
thanks for the perspective Alan.
Everydayshouldbesaturday.com has a photo of a tent on the AU sideline Saturday night that is clearly being used by Mike Blanc as a portolet.
ElTurbo's quip:
"Apparently the only thing Trott can't hold is his bladder."
Thanks Allen makes sense and hope it blows over and Eric can get on with his life.
Sorry should be ....Alan
http://deadspin.com/5407011/miami-coach-not-impressed-by-lexington-reporters-question
Hey all, I'm out of my self imposed blog exile...I really REALLY hate losing to UGA.
I hate Bama more.
Keep the hate alive.
Miami's b-ball coach reminds me of Fred G. Sanford.
When they introduce the starting lineup at Miami, does Fred G announce "I'm gonna give you 5 of these!"?
Jet...let's just go ahead and pretend they do.
FYI, Ireland and France heading to extra time looks like. 30 minutes to see who will be going to the World Cup in South Africa next summer.
France scores halfway through extra time. Irish hearts about to be broken?
If France wins, Charlie Weis might not coach out the season.
Yep, it's a high stakes game tonight at the Stade de France.
First, thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!
I haven't had a chance to read the docs yet but have enjoyed the comments. Lawyer Tillman comment= Priceless!
War Eagle folks!
just heard I'm in EDSBS's food montage from Athens when we were eating at Five Star. I cannot confirm this, but I love finding out I'm in random places on the internets.
michael, I heard that on the radio this morning. Awesome...
Also good listening is Ricky Williams's conversation with the Dolphins beat guys. Apparently, he hasn't been talking to the media, so they told the front office they'd turn him in and he'd be fined 25k. The way he handled the ensuing interview was hillarious. His answers were short and boring, and he whistled while they asked questions. Apparently, they have never had to deal with access issues like Jay G does, because they were infuriated by it. Ricky Rules.
Ireland falls to France. Sigh...
Back to hatin' Bama I go.
I want to throw this article in the fray. It really upset me as a man in a fraternity at Auburn.
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703683804574532052658242422.html?mod
This is what I love about this article. Around 1/3 of the student population at Auburn is greek. Of that, only a small percentage (I am not going to give an exact estimate) are rude, crude, sexist, and completely drunk at games. I am upset that a lot of the "facts" presented in the article aren't really true. How can you take the worst behavior of a small percentage of the population and present it as the prevalent culture of the University? If you did that will anything, it would be pretty embarrassing. I would love to write an article of the worst behavior of people in New York City and then generalize it to everyone in the city. I am so glad that when I visit in the North East and say that I graduated from Auburn, this is the preconception they will have: I am drunk, stupid, and sexist because of a poorly researched article in one of the most trusted names in newspapers. Thanks WSJ.
This is another good "horrible drunk fans at Auburn" story
http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=4657099
I haven't watched it all, but I think it is pretty hilarious. It is obviously ESPN's C-team doing the reporting here. They are reporting on drunk fans with the somberness of a rape story on Dateline.
dodgeball
Drunk fans at AUBURN?!?
Have they never heard of a little school called Louisiana State University?
I guess it wouldn't be "news" if they reported it there though, huh?
Thats funny they received 25 text messages with 88,000 people at the stadium hahahha
I know, right? Imagine that in a group of of almost 90,000 people, there might be a few incidents at a FOOTBALL game. I would love for everyone to be as responsible as most fans are. But to expect it? Crazy.
I read that story about Auburn's stadium-text situation.
I thought it was funny ... for the same reasons you all did.
I've been there, though. ESPN commits to the story, gets here, realizes there isn't much of a story ... but the honchos at ESPN still want a story. So you write it. And it ends up like this.
So it goes.
Another hint from Jay G about his impending departure to ESPN, but his lawyer still cannot confirm or deny it.
WDCWE,
I love that LSU's "tradition" is being called corndogs.
WSJ girl was kinda snarky, huh? She probably went to journalism school at Transy.
Hottie of the Day honor goes to.....*drum roll*
SCOTTIE SUPPORTS ERIC for his clutch performance at 11:59 a.m. CST.
JayGT - I appreciate you taking the trouble of uploading all that lawsuit crap. Please forgive me for my lack of interest. I suspect it reads something like this:
Plaintiff's lawyer: "blah blah blah blah blah"
Rumor has it 2.0 was lurking on HABOTN today while I was in prison. Doesn't look like she made her presence known.
Welcome MLF and WARRRRRR EAGLE!!!
Eddie-After watching that video, I think I have found a way to get rid of just about all UAT fans that may have bought tickets in my section.
Stadium may be slightly empty but I won't that rammer song very much, if they win.
Chicken fried bacon with gravy.
Even I have my limits.
Last night, wife made mac n cheese with small amount of blue cheese, bacon, bread crumbs. It was outstanding (recipe from barefoot contessa on food network)
Just sayin'
Anyone know of any truth to the unidentified players being Neiko Thorpe and Darvin Adams?
WTC- Sounds like a plan. Text the police :)!!!
A dude on Facebook just credited the Littlefeat great "Dixie Chicken" to the Dave Matthews Band. What is this world coming to?
Prowler,
One of those two you mentioned have been mentioned on other boards/blogs I have read.
Have no idea if that is true or not.
New thread UPZ.
