Oh yes he did ...
Hey everyone. The Dothan Eagle is reporting that Troy offensive coordinator Neal Brown has accepted the same position at Texas Tech under new coach Tommy Tuberville.
Brown is a nearly exact replica of Tony Franklin and has described Franklin as his mentor. They run essentially the same offense.
What can Auburn fans take from this? Tuberville clearly didn't consider Franklin's offense, the one that went awry during Auburn's 2008 season, the primary problem. It was a personnel problem from the beginning.

I once had some King Louis XIV Bourbon, which was very good, but it was $135 a shot and fortunately someone else bought it for me.
J. Lohr Cabernet Sauv is about $10 and I've only heard positive reviews from anyone that likes good wine (including the rating services).
You guys won't care, but I would like to share my proposal with kathy, cincy and any of the other lady bloggers one day. I might be biased but it was one of the best ever.
The only problem with drinking this glass of wine each night (usually after dinner) is that I am ready to go to bed.
My 1st flip and I didn't even know it. Crap...wasn't what I thought it would be like...hahahahaha.
Except for the almost throwing up part?
Love to hear the story, CH=B. My mother-in-law proposed and my mother set the wedding date, but that is a story for another day.
But now you'll have plenty of options for the next Mrs. CHB.
No cincy, the time for your story is NOW
Who is the poster from Tampa?
I am by no means a good judge of wine. My choices are pretty random. I just have the price I am willing to pay and a general idea of the types of wine I like. In general I don't even remember the specific names, although there was a wine called Zenergy or something like that, which I liked years ago. It was much better than the name implied.
Comm'r,
I know what your problem is with some of the selections, but what is "questionable" about
Belle's Oberon
Belle's Two Hearted Ale
Holy Mackerel
Left Hand Milk Stout
Duvel
I'm thinking about getting some friends together to do this:
http://www.ozanwine.com/shelbywinetrail.htm
Good grief...what happened here?
One is enough for me. If something happens to this one I'm playing the field the rest of my life.
Some of the blood is on my hands, FSJ. And I feel crummy about it.
Cincy, I will share the story later tongiht. I'm out of this place (work) and headed home to work (FAUWG). Talk to you guys later.
FSJ, it was a counter-punch to a re-hashing of certain coaching situations. MJT is responsible for lighting the fuse on that one. Steve from Lubbock is responsible for pouring gasoline on it.
FSJ, all the drama earlier caused every to start drinking.
Now that my hall monitor duties are performed, perhaps I will do a little work over the next hour or so. Wait a minute, none of your business what happened here, Bammer!
King Louis XIV Boubon????? Who distills that?
I'm getting ready for Bunko at my house tonight - hubby is SO glad he is out of town. Working on appetizers - prosciutto wrapped asparagus, raspberry salsa cream cheese dip, bruschetta, Mmm.
Spinach and Italian tomato penne pasta for dinner. Desset is cake made with sour cream, dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate candy bars, pecans and coconut.
So what kind of wine goes with that?

So this wasn't as funny as it was in my head?
Speaking of wine, anyone have any recommendations for a christening?
"Bless this ship, and all who sail on her. I christen thee The Flying WASP"
I don't know. If you are ever at Pinehurst, go to the Ryder Cup Lounge. Look at the beautiful bottle at the top in the center of the back of the bar. Even the bottle for that stuff is worth some bucks.
ugghh Bunko. Love it when it's at other people's house though. I can do whatever i want
It all looks great to me, PF. Some of the stuff that y'all are having trouble finding... are there supply problems in the Gump? The HG supply has really started smoothing out in the Mobile area, and if I can't find it, I can always hit Hopjacks. 60 taps of unabashed glory, there, don'cha'know.
We've all been there, CH=B. Never as good as we dream. Still like getting that first post, though I haven't done that in awhile.
PF, possibly Bartles & Jaymes if Steve from Lubbock is the one who posted that. He DID admit to drinking wine coolers earlier.
Steve from Lubbock,
that wasn't bourbon.
I snickered, CH=B
I just caught up, all of the Beer and Bourbon talk makes me happy, thats practically all I drink, with a little Tequila just for fun.
The worst beer I've ever had is Josef Hoffbauer. If you want to find out who the biggest man is among your friends, buy a bunch of this stuff and see who can drink the most. The stuff is ridiculous.
Bunko?
My sister plays that game with her girlfriends...I suspect it is an excuse to drink and talk badly about men.
Maybe it was the XVIII. You can find some information on Louis here.
Waker.....Bourbon for me.
Tequila....not so good. Me no like..
My grandmother has a military ID. She can go on base and get almost anything you guys could want. They have stuff you can't find anywhere else. If anyone lives in LA (Lower Al) near Enterprise/Ozark I will look for some of that hard to find beer. Or anyone in the bham area. I can bring some back next time I do down.
Thats what it is FSJ.
Ok, outta here.
It was a Cognac made by Reme Martin.
I say again that Sports Illustrated has the best photographers on the planet for athletic events.
Their cover photograph this week is good stuff.
speaking of bourbon. I play in a golf tournament with my dad, bro and grandfather this weekend in st simons,ga. There is a ton of whiskey drank these weekends, and the tradition will continue this year
make me a banana cognac, bit**
I once paid $150 to drink something that I thought was bourbon, but turns out to be cognac. Because it cost so much, I really liked it and would like you to know about it.
New thread UPZ.
Just in time for puppets.
FSJ says.."My sister plays that game with her girlfriends...I suspect it is an excuse to drink and talk badly about men."
That is correct! How did you find out?!
CH=B the comment at the end of the poll...click on it and a map will come up with all the places votes have come from!!
Cincy, sounds great (except for the Bunko part). Just make sure you go Italian for that menu. Get some of your Pinot Grigio to go with the appetizers and a Sangiovese or a Chianti for the main course.
And yes Peter, it was Bourbon, supposedly from the Bourbon king. And no, I wouldn't pay that much myself. I am way to cheap for that.
