Radio Appearance Forthcoming

Hey everyone. I will be a guest host on today's production of the MAX Roundtable on WMSP-AM 740 here in Montgomery. That program runs from noon to 2 p.m. CDT today.

Of course, it's streamed on the Interwebs.

It'll be me, Josh Moon and Kelvin Datcher.

AU-FSU Sugar Bowl week ... at the Hyatt ... I left my room to run downstairs to buy something in the gift shop. On the elevator going down in is PJ Carlesimo, then Seton Hall hoops coach. He's wearing a Fedora, by the way.

Go to the shop, 2 minutes later, back on the elevator to go back up and there's Harry Kalas. PJ didn't have much to say. Harry was very friendly.; 2:23 PM

WarEagleRK said...: Mr. U is a guy who calls in with what is probably a written script of things to talk about. Hardly ever actually includes the hosts in on the conversation or asks questions. He talks in a cadence with a stream of conscienceness type style, but it all appears to be from a script.

Usually every one of his topics is ripping on someone or a backhanded compliment, and he seems to like to attack Monica.

More than likely if someone on the show stopped him and asked him something that wasn't on his script, he would get lost and not know what to say.

He's like a lot of the gimmick posters on AL.com, he just plays a role that he has created for himself.; 2:56 PM

Unknown said...: WarEagleRK, I think it unfair to say there is nothign Kodi does well. He runs the rfyl offense better than any QB I can remember since Dameyune Craig. That is the run for your life offense, by the way.

Kodi has potential. I am hoping that I am being mislead by Malzahn's coaching style and Kodi is much improved.

What is best for Auburn is if Kodi or Todd can start. They have the experience. Both have obvious flaws. If Trotter or Caudle end up being the guy, we will go through growing pains.; 4:14 PM
