Troy LB commits
Jawara White, a 6-foot-2 linebacker from Charles Henderson High, has announced plans to sign with Auburn in February. We know this because our friends at AuburnSports, AUTigers and Auburn Undercover say so.
Scout and Rivals, the top two scouting services, rate White as a three-star recruit (out of 5) and consider him one of the nation's 20-30th best outside linebackers.
He also had offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Ole Miss and a bunch of other major schools.
White is the sixth member of the Tigers' 2010 commitment class. Other members include:
OL Shon Coleman, Olive Branch, Miss.
LB Jake Holland, Pelham
ATH Shaun Kitchens, Atlanta, Ga.
K Cody Parkey, Jupiter, Fla.
WR Jeremy Richardson, Springville

DOH! too slow.
top 10 is a shocker. As much as I love Auburn, I can't imagine it being on a non-Auburn fan's top 10 places to live. Of course, the Ludwig von Mises Institute is a big draw, I'm sure.
I'm 8 miles high when AU wins the Iron Bowl
I heard that we would have been No. 1, but Harry's closed and that wrecked it.
Auburn was a great place to live ages 17-21 when I was there.
I wouldn't mind see what it's like to live there sometime down the line as well.
THT, I see that Harrison is your hero now. Thanks a lot for sticking with me, man. Jeez.
I had a professor tell me an interesting story about Harry's
Nice, THT. I'm at a loss as to how to work in Mr. Tambourine Man.
Michael, you're teflon man!
Ephemeral, at what time can we expect your full report on what Chizik has to say?
Yeah, and I am still Queen of HABOTN and President of Eurasia and the owner of a lucrative business, so I still have all that.
It'll have to be tomorrow, but I'll be sure to take notes.
Thanks Ephemeral. I am starved for anything football these days.
The recruiting process is kind of frustrating. You want to see all the high profile recruits suddenly choose Auburn, but at this time of year it would be pretty much meaningless anyways. A lot will ride on how we do this season.
We have a very talented offense (except at QB) and with some luck we could upset some of the big boys. A finish in the top half of the SEC West would be pretty impressive considering the competition.
By the way folks, give me about another month and a half and I will have myself convinced we will win the national title.
Scott Chocolate - take your time.. I'm not sleepy and there ain't know place I'm going to
know place???
The idea of retiring to the Auburn area seems pretty attractive to me. It is something I am going to have to consider. I would like to retire in a few years. I could be the dirty old man walking around campus checking out all the hot young girls and.....uh, maybe I shouldn't have said that.
Bammer's on a trip
on a magic swirling ship
All their schollies will be stripped
Saban's lost his grip...
That's all I've got!
Tar Heel, you deleted your comment and now mine - that was in response to yours - just looks stupid.
choc scott throwin down a rhyme!
Luv - answer your email, honey chile!
Monica, I did!
The truth is now told.
Jimmy Johns was dealing coke out of the UAT football parking lot as a front for his textbook sales.
THT has become a comment deleter??? Bad form.
coke is cheaper than textbooks
i would imagine
the comment was in badder form
"i would imagine"
you bad girl you. :)
Scott Choc - that's great!
Now we just need to get Aubie to provide lyrics for "Things to do in tuscaloser when you're dead"
scottie, when you tell Monica she's bad, she thinks it's a good thing! ;-)
Luv ...
That would be a MASSIVE understatement.
New thread up.
Old thread down.
and what do you do to bad girls???
